My husband and I have always had good service here. When my mom came to visit I sent here there to have her brakes checked because a dealership was telling her she had to spend a couple thousand because of rust on her brake drums (the car is only 2 years old). Les Schwab took a look and sure enough there was very minor rusting as is typical for snowy areas, but nothing warranting replacement at this time. Very helpful and honest, much appreciated.

The managers are very arrogant and dont know very much about the tires they are selling went to Stevensville Les Schwab very friendly and willing to actually talk to you about tires and what will work best for you. I will be driving the extra 20 mins to Stevensville from now on

Never get your vehicle aligned here!! So I took my car here to get alingnment didnt drive to bad I just wanted it checked to make sure it was good. They worked on it said it was good. I left it pulled hard to the right took it back they said oh thats the best we can do... It was better before! They said bring it back tomorrow and well try again I live a hour away had to get a ride be late to work is not like it easy to leave a car all day and they just didnt care wouldnt look at it or fix just were very happy to take my money and make the car drive worse. It was also nice how they told both me and my wife different stores as to why they didnt fix it. So please go somewhere else or at least be careful they really dont care here.

Poor quality tires purchased two sets from them. Both sets had numerous problems with tires going flat & having to be replaced before the so called mileage warranty. Missoula location kept airing up the tire & telling me it was losing air because of temperatures, after several visits then told me tire was no good at 27000 miles. Gave me a whopping $10.00 from my warranty. Hamilton store sold me a used tire which when I drove the car it shook really bad at 70 miles per hour. Took the car back in explained the issue they rebalanced both tires on one side & charged me an additional $29.98. I asked the customer service rep which tire needed the rebalance he wouldn’t tell me & charged me anyway. Clearly it was the one I bought which is better now but still not good. This is it for me back to Tire Rama much more professional!

Took longer than excepted but they did an excellent job. The owner was incredible and reached out to me when I was unhappy. I would recommend going for any tire service. Thank you!

They made the alignment of my vehicle WORSE. I was told they had driven the vehicle after, which tells me they knew it was not straight and were satisfied to take my money for a job not done. Where I come from, if you accept a mans money, you do the job. Apparently these folks come from somewhere else. To boot, they took longer than they said they would and made me late for work. So, in summary, I got to pay for a vehicle to end up driving worse than when I brought it there and had to be late to work to do it. Go ANYWHERE else.

We have been going to Les Schwab for years and never had an issue, however, when I purchased two new tires from them, that’s when I started having problems. One tire went flat and the other went flat twice. I had them “fix” them each time, but it just kept happening. Also, even though I bought my tires from them and they had me in the system, they still tried to charge me for the repairs until I had to go home to get my receipt. The last time I went, the lady at the counter kept insisting that I need new rims. When they both started going flat again, I decided to go to Tire-Rama to get a second opinion. They got me in right away and within 10 minutes they had my tires fixed and told me it was because the people at Les Schwab were not cleaning the tires well enough before sealing them back on and that’s what was causing the leak and assured me that I did not need new rims. They also told me that people that normally go to Les Schwab, frequently come in with this same issue. They did all this free of charge as well! I definitely will not be going back to Les Schwab. Tire-Rama is the best!

I love Les Schwabb and they have provided great service and products at a reasonable price. However, not sure how great the appointment service is: its now 45 minutes after my 3:00 appointment and my rig still sits where I parked it.... seems like appointment should mean not waiting almost an hour before they move my rig to the bay to get started....Update... front desk just told me to keep waiting: appointment just means that you will be done within an hour or hour and a half including wait time.... NOT exactly what I expected....Update: one hour, still not started on service..Hmmm. bead leak on winter wheel... after several visits last few months was told Les Schwabb put note in my record to either repair or replace used wheel I bough from them... now told I can either buy new wheel which does not match others for $300 or maybe I should go to junkyards to get one....ALLS WELL that ends well. Wheel was okay, found and replaced tire leak. Mounted my summer tires (on my wheels) and rotated... longer wait than anticipated but okay now...

Unfortunately there arent many options in Hamilton to buy tires. I was warned about Les Schwab, but went to them anyways. Always see employees standing around not doing anything, theyve messed up orders on my tires 3 TIMES. Management cops an attitude if you have an issue, they will never call back when they say they will so you have to show up in person to address any issues. Go to Tire Rama down the street and save yourself the headache. Zero stars

Talked down to and super super disrespectful. .The way Mike talks to people is NOT okay one bit. I will not be returning due to this fact. Along with they did not communicate and let me know there was a charge for something(brake inspection). Wish I could leave NEGATIVE 5 stars.!!!

My wife made an appointment to have the tires rotated. After waiting 45 minutes past her appointment time and nothing done to the vehicle she had to leave. What is the point of making an appointment if Les Schwab is not going to honor it?Then we received an email stating the tires had been rotated, when in fact nothing was done.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

In comparison I have had great helpful experiences at other les schwab locations.

Got brakes and an alignment done. Doug was professional and friendly, got us in same day. Everyone there was great, worked with our schedule and financial situation. 👍👍

Great place.

Went there twice, with appointments, and both times took over an hour longer than promised. Why? Because they take on much more work than the place can get done in a day, then they over promise on completion times. First was tires--took 3 hours. Next was alignment, which is now worse than before their adjustments. Never again. Next time Im going somewhere else.

They treat you with respect and honesty! Another place in town told me that my tire could not be repaired and told me that I needed a new tire for $150! This place took off my donut tire and replaced it with my other one after they patched it. And they charged me nothing! I love this place! Signed, a 68 year old great grandma! Bought new truck tires. Tried to make appt to get tires rotated and was told they dont do that. Was able to make appt to get new tires for car. Talked to office lady who said to call morning of my car tire appt and shed get me set on list for tire rotation for truck... that way theyd get done around same time. When I did this on morning of appt, same lady told me they didnt do that anymore. I told her she just told me this last week and she said they no longer do it. When I said to cancel the whole thing, she got even ruder and told me to calm down and she would try to help. In the end, she offered to keep my car appt, but then Id still have to wait several hours more to get truck tires rotated. I told her forget it..... I wont be using this company any longer.

They are very informative and treat you fair. I was lucky enough to win a full set of tires from the elk foundation dinner last spring. Mike and Robert took care of getting the tires in and mounted and balanced and siped. Was very pleased. Thanks again.

Went in for tire rotation as we bought our tires from them. The guy set us an appointed time which we came back for. Very abruptly a woman told us it could take up to an hour and a half. When we asked why did we make an appt. She stated its very busy this time of year. We will do our best to not patronize this business. Theyre too busy .

Friendly, quick service. Had a low tire pressure light on afterward that didnt click off like it should have. Had to return two days later & was told the pressure sensor was broken & needed replaced. Would have been nice if the broken sensor was noticed and mentioned at the original time of service. Would have saved me a lot of headache, especially since we were planning a long trip.

I have been going to Les Schwabb in Hamilton since I started driving at 15 Im now 38. Two days ago Mike treated a female consumer me (Darla Levandoske) very improper. After this incident im searching for a better tire shop. Hopefully Les Scwabbs can prove better business. Both times i had issues their Mike was involved. .

These guys and gals have been amazing with quick checks before trips, good prices on front end repairs, and straight talk about what needs done now, and what is coming up in a few months. E.g. they just checked out the front end on a vehicle we were buying from a private party, all was good and they let us know we probably had the rest of the summer on the tires before they had to be replaced, and gave us a tire quote at the same time.You cant go wrong having the good folks at Les Schwab help you.

Service here was way better than in Stevensville. I brought my car in with tires that I told the guy at the counter were not from them. I then walked back to work (about a mile away). He called me a few hours later and said it was all done and he would be coming by to drop off my car! I asked about payment and he told me not to worry about it. Now I dont expect free service, and I would have totally paid. What I am most happy with is the AWESOME service, and how they went above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely be back when its time to purchase my next set of tires.

I have used Les Schwab for the past 26 years. I have always found them very helpful. Today I asked them to help with the Spaghetti Feed and auction that will be held on December 15 for the victims of the Mariana Island Typhoon Yutu. They showed their true community spirit by giving a gift certificate worth over $200. Glad they are part of our community.

Been a customer for years. Been having a break issue after having front brakes completely redone but rattle continues after coming in multiple times. Unfortunately may have to switch to Les Schwab in Stevensville after so many years. Maybe they can get it fixed. Never had this problem in years past with other vehicles that were done. Disappointed.

Wasnt very fast service for a Wednesday and ok customer service. Was told to come back in 3 hours and was skipped over so had to wait another hour and a half. Then I got blamed for them skipping over me. Noticed a vibration in my tires at 75mph after leaving so balancing wasnt done right and my driver side front tire went flat after 2 days because the rim wasnt cleaned so the bead didnt set right. A huge thumbs down👎🏻 We sceaduled an appointment to have new tires on the front, fronts on the back, and an alignment. It took them 3-1/2 hours to complete, they where obviously putting people in front of us, the employees where discussing work drama in front of customers, and the total cost ended up being $100 dollars more than they told us that morning. Plus when I got the car back it had a vibration out of the front that wasnt there before. Im taking it to tire Rama to have them check if they even balanced the tires (which they charged extra for) save yourself the stress and money and go to a good tire shop.

This Les Schwab is a joke. There is no communication between the employees and I feel like Im communicating with 5 year olds. While sitting in the waiting area I had to listen to the 3 employees flirt, and then bad mouth others. But what is really disappointing is 1. They lost my lug nut key. Then made me wait a hour for them to try to come up with a solution. 2. I had valve stem caps that matches the make of my car. They couldnt put the correct ones one and replaced them with cheap plastic ones. When we decided to give them another chance we went in, spoke to the receptionist, and explained the issue they created with the lug nut key. She said she understood, they would replace it, and rotate the tires. A hour later we get a phone call saying there is an issue because we dont have a key for the lug nuts. No s**t, thanks to your shops incompetence. Done with these unprofessional idiots.

Disrespectful to my vehicle

This is the best tire shop in the county, the staff is great, family owned & operated, most all the employees have been them for many years. I will recommend Jerry Wessels Les Schwab Tire Center to everyone. They have always dealt me with consideration, great service for the 23 years Ive been in Montana.

What a joke. Went in for a warranty replacement on my front tires that are staggered and had them for 10,000 miles (Togo Proxes 4 Plus) and they replaced the tires and told me I owed them $500 and that I cant have them warrantied because my tires are staggered. Not what I was told when I bought them 10,000 miles ago. Will update after I take them to court. This is a joke. Avoid at all cost!! Buyer beware.

Appointments dont mean much here. Second time Ive scheduled an appointment and theyre backed up and you wait like a walk in.

The price are not that great, but my problem with this place is the owner (or possibly just a crappy manager) and his attitude. I swore I would not come back after my first visit, but I decided to give them another shot. The staff is great, friendly, and helpful. But the owner thinks he is clever by turning his back and doing his stupid little laugh (thinking I cant see him), had sealed the site for me on this place. Too many other places with better prices. He needs to figure out that he is nothing without the customers he is insulting. And this is the second time ive dealt with his attitude.

I hit a deer just this morning and it ripped my tire just enough to limp me in to Hamilton after work I expected to pay more than $100 for a brand new tire for my car they have a road damage warranty I only paid $64. Very happy with customer service going above and beyond!

My daughter had a tire showing the steel belts, and the folks at the Hamilton store put a used tire on for no charge. Her and her husband struggle to make ends meet with a 2 year old daughter and 13 year old son. The folks at LSTC gave her a great quote on a new set of tires, but they cannot afford to do that right now. I have good credit, and am disabled with very limited income. So, unless some friend of my daughter suddenly gives her a set of good tires, I will ask them to go back to LSTC in Hamilton, and use my credit to help them out. I would say the Hamilton store is exceptional and deserves both recognition and a recommendation from my family and me.

Cant even keep the correct information in the computer and are to stupid to ask to update your information. Last time I had them do a front alignment on my jeep they left a tire pru bar on my battery. Id have better luck at Walmart!!

Customer service inside with person at the desk was great, customer service outside was not good. I have been a Les Schwab customer in Missoula for years...1st time in Hamilton.

This place is ridiculous, I will never do business with them again. Starting with the very poor customer service when I walked in the door to the fact that it took over an hour to rotate my tires when the shop was empty and finally when I returned and noticed my truck sitting in the bay completely done but unavailable. A customer had blocked my truck in with thier car and I was told Id have to wait until the car was done before I could get my truck. I had to wait 15 more minutes to get on the road. This is the worst service Ive received in a long time and will gladly pay someone else to rotate my tires next time. This is the last set if tires I purchase from Les Schwab in Hamilton.
