Great customer service and knowledge, went to Outerbike in Sun Valley a couple of years back, and every demo place I went to said that I had to go to Red Barn and that Chad was the man after they learned I was from Hamilton. They werent wrong, great shop, easy to recommend.

Good Morning Red Barn Bicycles. Tis the season...very grateful for all quality service for years. Under a waxing moon, shortened winters day, and Christmas as close as a horse to its own hay. There is, there was, and hopefully will always be such a great spirit under a rooftop. Out there amongst prairie grass a bicyclist will always be able to find air. Out there is bench to enjoy an apple while a hawk searches a fare. Within!

I bought a 2020 Trek Checkpoint SL5 last October. It is an amazing bike. I used it for my first cyclocross races and it did well handling all the various terrain features. Would highly recommend this bike, I have taken it out for sever combination pavement/gravel rides, it climbs well also. Chad, Brian and Mike are always helpful and do a great job servicing all of my bicycles.

Great service. I had a broken nipple on my rim. We were on a bike tour. We stopped a half hour before they opened planning on waiting. However, they saw us, came over, opened the shop and started working on the bike. They fixed the wheel and adjusted all of the spokes. They gave us a few spare nipples in case it happened again and topped off our water.

Wow!! 100% recommend going to this guy!! He was very very nice to work with!!

Fantastic bike shop! Robert built my single speed and maintains all my bikes. Hes the best mechanic I know and Ive seen plenty. I highly recommend RBB. Robert and Sharon run a great business with a real commitment to their their customers and community. Give them a call-you wont be disappointed.

I needed a new rear wheel to replace my junked out stock one. Based on recommendations from the forums, I emailed in my info and Chad and the guys at Red Barn hooked me up! They built me an affordable wheel that obviously far surpasses the quality of my old stock wheel. Chad took the time to learn what I needed up front and then offered assistance after I had received the wheel. Highly recommend these guys if you want new wheels for your MTB.

Brian is seriously a hero! Curtis recommended me to them earlier today and in no time I’m back on the road! This is a great cyclist community and I appreciate the beautiful characters in the community! First Curtis hosted me being a Warmshowers host, next Brian got my derailer fixed in no time! Great bike shop, wonderful customer service

I was glad to get my new bike yesterday , its a Trek bike. Silver gray and it has a flashlight on the frount and a tail light at the back, so that people can see me when I ride my bike.

Great guys, very reasonable prices, staff is well-equipped to handle big rebuilds of suspension and hydraulics as well as the small stuff. They rebuilt the pivots on my Niner WFO and theyre like butter!

Couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Came in from out of town with a job that I needed to be done ASAP on a Saturday morning.... Chad didn’t bat an eye and was happy to squeeze me in, and charged a price I felt was beyond fair. My in-laws are locals so I’ll be returning any time I have bike needs in Hamilton.
