This is the absolute worst print shop I had ever been to. I have never had an experience like this just trying to get a simple print job done. I brought my own paper and I simply needed 25 copies of a file. The attitude of this woman was astoundingly rude and she made me feel like I was an inconvenience when I was going to be a paying customer. The shop is dirty and it smells awful. Do not waste your time at the shop. The service is horrible and its not worth your $0.25 at the parking meter.

Staff was rude. Left and went to the UPS store in Bridgewater Falls.

I want to say that Minutemen Press is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I highly recommend this company for all of you printing needs! As I will from now on use ONLY Minutemen Press located in Hamilton Ohio for ALL my printing needs!!! I was in a REALLY tight spot with another company call Lebrowski Tees and Design locates in Oxford Ohio. Because I had placed a order for two 8x3 banners to hang on our 2nd Grade Pee Wee football teams trailer the team and the parents are all meeting today at 5:30 because it is the last day to hang it all and decorate the float. We was scheduled to do this yesterday I had to cancel yesterday cause I havefor their homecoming Parade float. Well the 2 Banners I had Lebroswki Tees and design print in oxford I got on Monday 9/25/17 and we went to hang them and they was the wrong size they was TOO SMALL. I contacted Lebrowski and they said they will reprint them and I would have them later that same even in. Well I never got them and now it’s the last day for the kids to hang and decorate their parade float and now they are refusing to reprint them for me and have them done today when I told them about their mistake yesterday at 9am, when they insured me that they would have them done and ready yesterday evening and that NEVER happened. They said I had to get in line behind other customers!!!! When they messed up and made the banners 6 x 3 and not 8 x 3 like I had ordered a month ago!! So I contacted other printing company’s to find someone to print them for me and yes I was gonna have to pay someone else AGAIN to do this job. And I was lost, sick and Beside Myself. Then I got a call from Minutemen Press and they wanted to DONTE the 2 Banners to our team of Boys!!!!! OMG, I was thrilled and so overwhelmed with Joy. Let me says Minutemen Press in Hamilton Ohio you are Amazing, and I will ONLY use your service in the next 4 years that these boys are in Pee Wee football!!! I truly can not thank you enough!! So from the bottom of my heart and from our 2nd Grade Edgewood Pee Wee Cougars we all want to genuinely thank you for doing this. You all are AMAZING!!!
