My daughter had a flat tire last night. She has insurance on her tires from the other shop, but they told her it was a week before they could fix it.Discount Tire was extremely helpful and kind. They made her feel welcome and like a valued customer. They inspected the flat and found 3 nails in the tire! They were able to replace the tire at a good price and have her it the door in under 30 minutes.Discount Tire cared about her safety and made sure that she was back on the road with a safe tire.Thank you Hamilton Discount Tire for taking good care of my daughter!

About 3 weeks ago I was forced to make a tight turn into a small lane road and curbed one of the month old brand new wheels on my Tesla. I decided to just replace the rear two and go with a staggered setup. Had that done here about 2 weeks ago. Today I found a screw in my tire after noticing PSI drop to ~30. I took it to a local place that said they didnt have the right equipment for nice rims like this and they didnt want to damage it - I appreciate that.I called Discount Tire where I had them put on and they just scheduled me for tomorrow and said Okay! See you then! I am always curious about my expenses so I asked how much the patch would be and he said, Oh, sir, thats free... and I was like, excuse me? What do you mean free? almost offended at the idea of free, lol. He said, Sir, we just want you to be safe. As a grown man that almost made me tear up. This place has such a solid group of guys/kids...some of them are really young and they work fast, hard, and efficient. Discount Tire in Hamilton is incredible.

I brought in a leaky trailer tire. They fixed it for free and even balanced it. They were busy, so rather than me waiting around, they offered to send me a text when it was ready. Friendly service and I will definitely go back for my future tire needs.

Came in this afternoon 9/9/21. I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it without charges. I never heard of that. Usually car tires will charge you between $25-50 for tire patches. Good people. Thank you!!

A+ satisfaction with the staff today Saturday June 5th, the customer service was above and beyond. We purchased a camper at couches RV nation and had a 700 mile drive back home. Wanted to upgrade the tires. Call this place 1 week in advance to make sure they had the tires, made an appointment for right after we picked up the RV. We arrived 30 minutes early they took us right in, big parking lot to manage with a new camper. Had a cones off area , the manager himself came out and took care of us. 100% recommend this store.

I pulled in and a guy was checking peoples air, a line of people in and out one after another. I bought 2 tires from them earlier in the year and had a really big screw in a different tire and wouldnt hold air, not one of the 2 bought from them, but they got me in immediately although all but one of their bays where full as I pulled in. They fixed it anyway in no time!! This is now the second time I have experienced above exceptional service at this location. Its 5:40 right now. The tire with the screw was bought at Firestone and I just spent 1000 bucks on front and rear brakes there not to long ago too but they wouldnt fix it cause they closed at 6. Came here AFTER Firestone and Discount Tire is DONE already. Not another dollar goes to Firestone. Oh, they fixed it for free too. Up yours Firestone.

I have been here twice for tires. This is the first time I bought Arizonian tires. After one year I bought two more of them, the tires have held up well. The first time I bought two tires I didnt receive a registration card, today I bought two tires and got registration card. Caleb was the mechanic that worked on my car, he was quick which made up for having to wait 25 minutes for scheduled appointment.

Absolutely some of the best customer service you will find anywhere. Very professional from start to finish. They have the best prices to go with the best service. Looking for a company or service that cares about your experience then stop in and see the entire team you will not be disappointed. I rarely give reviews but in this case they deserve to here how good my experience was! You guys should train my cell phone company on how important it is to put the customer experience 1st.

DISCLOSURE - I have been going to the Discount Tire near my home and have had great service. I went to this store because its near my work and they have bankers hours.I brought in a damaged tire to be replaced. Guy told me they would have the tire tomorrow. I asked him if I need to make an appointment or if I could just swing by and have them put it on during my lunch break. He says, well call you when its in and you can just swing by and well put it on. Ok, great!Next day I get the call its ready. I asked the guy on the phone, do I need to make an appointment or can I just swing by and you guys can throw it on real quick? He said just swing by and well put it on. Plus I had told him to make sure they put the adhesive weights on it and to inflate it to 44 lbI get to the store and tell the guy at the counter Im here to pick up my tire. He says, okay thats going to be about 2 hours before we can get that done. I said wait! The guy on the phone told me I could just swing by and you guys would just throw it on real quick! He said Im sorry I dont know why he told you that but its going to be a couple hours. When I walked in there was only 3 people in the waiting room and of the 7-8 bays there, 4 were available.I said fine! Just give me the tire and Ill put it on at home! I dont have time to wait, Im on my lunch break! He rolls out the tire and guess what, it has the external weights and not the adhesive weights! I mentioned this to the guy he didnt seem to care. He did take $20 off of my bill for being inconvenienced. I annoyingly said thank you.First and only time I will go to this store! I would have rather you have taken 5 minutes and put the tire on then give me a $20 discount. Now I have to go spend 30-40 minutes dragging all my tools out and putting it on at home because you make a promise you cant keep.

Awesome service once again! Had a slow leak in one of my tires thanks to a screw. It was a quick in and out to get it patched. They even corrected my TPMS sensors, which the last place I visited for service didnt reset after a tire rotation.

This place is great. I called Keith, and was given a no-nonsense, out-the-door price on a set of new tires for my fiances Cadillac Allante. So, two weeks ago, I pulled in the lot and was greeted outside by the service tech. We go inside, pay and bring the car into the bay. The price was what was Keith had quoted me give or take a penny. My fiance and I walked to Menards to kill some time.About 20 minutes later (seriously), I get a call saying the car was ready. How they did this so quickly, who knows? The car drives and looks great with its new tires! Thank you for your top notch service and friendly techs! My fiance was very happy. Shes spread the word a bit, and Ill even recommend your company if anyone asks me for a good tire place.

Got new rims and tires for my Taurus Limited. Came with 20 rims and the tires were junk in rain and snow. Every place I went tried to sell me the exact tires that came on car after telling them why I hated them. Drake gave me options and went out of his way to help. I went down to 17 rims and absolutely LOVE the tires in rain. Will have to wait for S--w to see if I love them just as much. They do look great though.

He is friendly, professional, and, most importantly, wants to help you and honestly earn your business. I had some trouble with excessive tire noise with tires purchased elsewhere, and Mr. Layden took the bull by the horns and expedited an exchange for credit to install Bridgestone Turanza Quiettracks, which are much more suitable for my needs. This store is my go to store, and Mr. Layden has earned a customer for life. I went to a local competitor and they told me Id need a new tire, they told me I was looking at $224 for just the tire. I was suggested by a co-worker to come here instead. They were quick to offer a replacement tire for $125 out the door. I even can get all my tires insured and still be UNDER my price I was quoted from the other place. I will be getting all my car fixes from this place in the future. The staff was super accommodating and they followed COVID-19 protocol (wore masks, minimized contact with inside of vehicle to lessen spread of germs, and kept the waiting room sanitized and set-up in a manner conducive with social distancing). This location provides amazing customer service and great prices. A couple years ago, I got a full set of Goodyear tires here for my last car and loved them. Today I had to get a flat repaired on a different car (tires not purchased from them). Not only did they repair a hole from a large bolt that I wasnt sure would be fixable, but they did it for free. I was in and out in half an hour. I will definitely keep coming back here!

They were pleasant, told me that the emails are based on average driving and may not suit my needs. Very knowledgeable and explained what they found. Best customer service I have ever had at an auto shop, or any business for that matter. I went in 30 minutes before closing time for a nail in my tire and they were already working on two other cars. They were so friendly and tried to make me feel better about the situation instead of making me feel like I was an inconvenience. They assured me that they would fix my tire and I had nothing to worry about. A short time later, my tire was fixed and I was on my way. I highly recommend Discount Tire. Went there to have a small lawn tractor tire repaired. Bought a new tube from another supplier, they replaced the tube at no cost to me.
