Order was ready to go when I arrived to pick it up, and it was just as expected, in fact even prettier then expected. White hydrangea w pink tips. The owner even threw together a quick bouquet I needed and some extra hydrangea just in case!

Updated Review:I spoke with the owner yesterday per their request that I call them. I spent over 10 minutes trying to get a word in while listening to the owner consistently interrupting me and talking over me. She spoke over me most of the conversation.  I had to get quite firm to have my voice heard.  At no point did she seem to care about her customer. I would not recommend this florist or use again.The end result, however, is that she did make it right.  I received a replacement plant today that is beautiful and included directions for care.I would have left it at a one star review due to customer service concerns but raised it to 2 because they did replace the plant. I feel this is because I reviewed my experience negatively online.Original Review:My husband ordered me an arrangement for our 20th anniversary. The employee from Devine delivered it to my home. Included was a very cheap, computer generated 4 part card. The care instructions were left blank.What was delivered were 3 African Violets in a very cheap basket that was a bit warped. All three plants were just sloppily shoved into th plastic liner. They didnt fit so 1 of the plants were simply shoved it with enough soil removed to make it fit. The plastic liner, which was round, was now oval-ish. Some brown mossy stuff was, again, sloppily placed around the plants.The whole presentation appeared very quickly and lazily put together. That coupled with the lack of any sort of care instructions (when there clearly is a place for them on their card ensures that I would never recommend this florist to anyone who wants to send a token of their love and care to a loved one.In my opinion they betrayed the trust of their customer. My husband placed an order, in good faith, from halfway across the country and definitely didnt get what he ordered or asked for.FULL DISCLOSURE: The arrangement was received on October 4th. I cut the flowers off because they were dead. When it arrived all 3 plants were in bloom. Everything else is as it was received.

I just received a delivery of roses for Valentine’s Day from my husband. These flowers are the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. They received tons of compliments from the girls in the office. Thank you Devine Orchids Florist!!!!

Terri runs the best florist shop in this area in my opinion. She is always so accommodating and her arrangements are always beautiful and always on time.

I ordered through 1 800 flowers. My previous order 4 months ago was fullfilled by a different CT florist and was AMAZING! This order was pitiful! Over $80.00 and not even close to what I was expecting. Surely, Devine Orchids went to Wal Mart or a gas station, picked up a $10.00 bouqet and tried to pass ot off as a $70.00 bouqet! It appears that if the order is not coming from someone walking in the door they have no pride in the product. I am extremely dissapointed and have contacted 1 800 Flowers to let them know they should not contract with this florist. Ummm...her birthday is next month. Not even the correct balloon and was charged for two ballons.

I received this bouquet on my birthday January 21, 2021. I think my Sister in law had good intentions. But the florist failed to send a product worth saying something nice about. This was not a happy birthday...😔

This place is a joke. I ordered an arrangement online for my girlfriend, and what she got was completely different then what was pictured. Not only were the flowers wrong but the specific vase was wrong as well. The arrangement looks like it came from a gas station. Definitely not worth the 60 dollars that I paid. The “card” that was supposed to come with the flowers was actually just a ripped piece of paper that was folded up a few times. I found out from reviews on other sites that this place operates under a few different names. Do not trust these scam artists. My daughter ordered a floral display for me for Easter, an Easter egg made of carnations, & paid $45, instead they delivered a peace Lily in a4 inch plastic pot at most worth $15, not even in a ceramic pot! I called the shop & spoke to the owner & asked if they were making bouquets? They had roses, but not all flowers and she said to complain to pro flowers, she would get paid no matter what she delivered. Very disappointed in her attitude. I would not buy flowers here.

I have been frequenting Devine Orchids for about two years and have consistently experienced great service and beautiful flower arrangements. Terry, the owner is hands on and is a stickler for 100% customer satisfaction. She recently has expanded her gift items which comes in handy for an added impromptu present. For those who receive my flowergifts are very impressed with their arrangement. I highly recommend using Devine Orchids for any floral arrangement and / or gifts. Great value - Great Service - Great decision !

Horrible service.they cancelled my same day delivery and gave me no notice. how did i find out? they sent me a refund email...unprofessional ... next time call and say youre cancelling my order in stead of just sending me the refund email

Ordered flowers and candy for second anniversary. Order did not come with candy. When delivered at 8:00 AM. I called Devine Orchids who fullfilled the delivery, and was told I had to wait a day for the candy, the driver wasnt gone 10 minutes. Completely unsatisfactory. Not using FTD, and especially not using Devine Orchids again, they are a 20 minute drive away, and they cant fix what they messed up. Useless! Bad Service Follow up to Review: If you see the comment below that is all in CAPS. An anniversary gift is nothing you give a day late.

Just had an arrangement sent to our teacher for Teacher Appreciation. I wish I had seen these reviews before! I’m so disappointed with the arrangement she received. I’m embarrassed! It’s not nearly as full as the arrangement photo that I ordered. And doesn’t include some of the flowers. And to think I spent almost $70!

Small shop but they do beautiful arrangements. Ive used them a few times now when I buy flowers for my girlfriend. I always get great service when I go in and the employees there are friendly. Plus, theres a rather cute dog thats there sometimes. As long as theyre open Ill always go back.

Every time I order flowers from Terri, she does a fantastic job. I now live in Florida but call The Devine Orchid for all my flower needs. I highly recommend this shop

They went above and beyond to ensure my Mom got flowers on Valentines day, even though their site was down when I ordered. Amazing customer service, I highly recommend.

They left flowers in the sun at the wrong address at my mothers two family house. My mother called to prevent this issue from happening again. The woman on the phone never apologized and excused for every mistake.

One Star is TOO MANY - Absolutely AWFUL. Claimed they made multiple attempts to deliver, but left NO note, no phone message until 4 days later. Flowers arrived with NO card and the roses are just about DEAD. Florist claimed roses would be replaced - did not happen. And no water in the bouquet on a day that is 102 degrees outside.You are pathetic, the bouquet is pathetic - no worries - you will never get our business again

One star is too many. I live in NC and used Teleflora to have flowers sent to my sister who lives in CT and was in the hospital. I received a delivery confirmation at 1:26 pm flowers were delivered. My sister was discharged a little after 4:00 pm. No flowers. I called Teleflora. The delivery confirmation was a mistake. According to the florist, the flowers were delivered after she was discharged and left at the front desk. They offered to deliver a new arrangement to her home the next day. While out, my brother-in-law stopped by the hospital to pick up the flowers. They said no flowers were delivered. The new arrangement was delivered to my sisters home today. The arrangement is nothing close to what I ordered. I paid for the deluxe. This was borderline standard. Teleflora did refund me 20% off my purchase. If I were local, I would not recommend this florist to anyone.

Just got to this place says closes at 2 pm.open sign but a rude guy comes out and says there close because they have a wedding !really bad coustomer service.all I wanted was some flowers for my dad that pass😥I give them zero stars if I cld.

Awful flowers, cheap vases and they do not deliver on time.
