Recently came here for a balloon for my sons 2nd birthday. The first balloon deflated overnight so I went back the next day and asked for a replacement which they gave no questions asked. The second balloon lasted for 3 weeks before finally loosing its helium. The staff were so friendly.

I was greeted very nicely when I came in, as was everyone else I saw come in. It was a Saturday and super busy, the line was very long and it went so quick! All the checkers and balloon blowers did a great job handling all the chaos of a busy store

I had an order of balloons that was placed in store. They misplaced it and were completely rude and unapologetic about it.

The prices are too highI find the same stuff at Dollar tree!!Those letters were like $3 a piece and we had to blow them up our selves!!

What great staff especially the general manager Kim! Our order was supposed to be delivered by a third party company. When they were a no-show Kim took it upon herself to personally deliver our order. She even offered to compensate us for the other company’s mistake. We need more people like her in business and in our communities. Thanks for helping to make our little one’s party a success!!

Store offered delivery to Hamden, New haven, Woodbridge, North haven, Wallingford, Seymour, beacon falls and Cheshire. So Happy with the expanded delivery area!!

I was looking for a Halloween mask..Michael Myers from the Halloween movies. I saw it online for about 70 dollars. Someone suggested party city and I found a similar but quality mask for 35.00. Was very pleased and had enough to purchase a bloody knife. Will definitely come back.

Salai is phenomenal. Great customer service and her energy can brighten up anyones day. Ask for her when you are a patron.

Bought 2 pinatas for my grandsons 6th birthday, plus all the candy to fill them. Great service too

Found what I needed in a timely manner. Employees helped those who asked even when there were many people asking around at the time. Great place to find party supplies either in a rush or when planning ahead. I did get kicked out and had my bag checked for seemingly no reason so if you are planning on going, go in once and make sure you have all of your things.

Great place to bring balloons you buy online. blowing them up is expensive but it beats buying a helium tank to do it yourself. staff is really quick too

I stopped by the store in Hamden yesterday and I just have to say this. I was so thankful to Jess. I told her a little story about my son and having sympathy for me, she offered to pay for my order!!!! I couldnt stop crying for the rest of the afternoon. That was the sweetest thing an employee of any store has ever done for me. God bless her. Such a sweet person. Thank you!!!

Staff ignored us even though there was only one other person in line. There were 2 additional cashiers who never even said hello.

I misplaced my military discount card that party city gave me years ago. I was told if you use your phone number the discount will automatically come up which is true.for some reason this particular store I always have a problem with the same manager never being able to find my discount and I end up having to go get my military ID. I never have a problem in any other patty city location

The employees were very helpful when I couldnt find what I was looking for.

Things were not where they were supposed to be and the store needed to be cleaned up a bit. Asked for specific items and looked where the staff directed but it wasnt there and they couldnt leave the register to look for it.

Party city had a large variety of birthday themes to choose from and all the supplies we needed to make our party very enjoyable!

Decent selection of stuff, some of it cheaper than the rest in look and feel, but the layout and organization made it pretty easy to find what we needed.

Out of many items I needed. Was greeted and assisted by an associate who was very friendly and tried to help at first. But then was nowhere to be found. Lines were so long. People looking to check out were in the same line as people requesting balloons. There were so many employees behind the counter and walking around but noone got on a register to help. Cashier was very friendly though.

Miserable people. The store is packed during Halloween so prepare for an hour wait in line, the employees that work during halloween are helpful, but any other time of the year- forget it. Halloween costumes are also insanely expensive. In the off season, I was the only person in the store and waited at the cash register for 10 minutes while two employees talked and joked around amongst themselves, right in front of me. I then went to the counter to return something and purchase new items, the lady rudely demanded my receipt and then told me about their return policy, while throwing my receipt back at me. While the return policy obviously isnt her choice- it was terrible customer service. Dont waste your time or money here.

Good for party supplies. More expensive than Wal-Mart but I like Party City. There balloon options are great!

Beware of taking your child with you too Scott impulse buying and whining. Great place to buy tickets for bribing children and planning themed birthdays.

This is the worst Party City in CT they are a disgrace to the Retail Chain ! One of the employees took a copy of my receipt and made a return at another Party City store for my money ! They made it seemed like I made a return and did not refund or took care of the very unpleasant situation, very unprofessional people! The Party City in Orange CT is the best to shop at they took care of the horrible situation the other store started !

Adrianna was exceptionally helpful and extremely pleasant and helped me find all the items on my lengthy list. Wasnt a fan of Party City before but this experience was great!

I was looking for an infant costume and could not find anything I wanted. The two costumes that I looked at were of poor quality and not well made.

Nice place to go for all of your party needs. But check the prices as you load your basket cause it can break your wallet.

U cant beat it if your looking for anything to do with party decorations, paper goods, costumes etc. There is a lot of stuff so if u cant find it there I doubt youd find it anywhere.

There are many things for your parties but they do not have decorations for the cakes that was just what I was looking for and I did not find it

I let you know that if they buy online and they are going to pick up they should line up. Do not go directly where you say order Pickup because there is no one will attend you and they will leave you in sight and waste your time.
