I receive many packages about 50% of the time they look pre-opened. It is a felony to open peoples mail and I recommend anyone who receives packages here to check and see if it looks tampered with. Mine always seem to be so easy to open because they have already opened them previously. Not good business at all. I will be reporting to the FBI and US Postal Inspector. This is a federal offense meaning whomever you have in there that is doing this can go to jail.

My first and most likely my last time using them. Last week I shipped out a Buffalo care package. UPS said couldnt deliver due to business being closed will try the next day. It was a residential not a business then next thing I know they sent it back to sender. I emailed the company like they requested on Tuesday with no response. Called Wednesday they received my package back the guy said he will call ups and figure it out and call me back he never did.i called Thursday to figure out whats going on he said we can reship the package but will be another 35 dollars to ship. I said im not paying again he said he would speak with someone about it and call me back by the end of the day Thursday. Today is Friday and still no email or call back and my package has been sitting there since Wednesday. Update. They called and shipped it no charge and gave me a 10 dollar credit. Still kinda hesitant next time.

Whenever I need something shipped or packed I go to Lind-Hart and they take care of it. Been going for years and have a mailbox through them as well.Great people, services, and really convenient to boot.

I have been using Lind Hart shipping services for many years. The service is excellent. I was very happy to receive an email from a customer recently who wrote I once had an expensive print crushed in the mail so I am sensitive to shipping things. I have a to say that I was EXTREMELY impressed with the packaging of the picture you sent me. It arrived early and safely.

I love this place, quick, friendly, everyone there knows what they are doing and efficient, take your item, they box, it ship it and you get emails to show your shipment progress, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

All Im going to say is, make sure you get a receipt when you drop off any package.

The people here are friendly, however dont drop USPS packages off here. 2 times now, once for my friend and once for me, the packages sit in limbo for days before finally being received by USPS. Dropped off a package on the 25th, its now the 27th, and the package still hasnt been received by USPS, and it was a two day priority mail. Similar thing happened to my friend who also used them. Maybe use them for packaging but then run up to the post office ~1 mile down the road and ship it from there.

Had a fairly difficult shipping request to make. Had to prepay and envelope that could be dropped off at a shipping Depot no problem weeks after I had the label created. They did it for me. The embassy I dealt with had no problems getting me my documents and , and Lind-Hart mini ship gave me customer support and care throughout the process. We are using them again to get temperature sensitive medical supplies to Papua New Guinea, which is no small feat.Andy will take care of you!

After the 3rd instance I felt the need to write this review. I have a history of dropping off my shipments there in the morning, and yet when I get there multiple times just after 9am (on the hours posted on the door) it is still locked up, no one there, and I am stuck having to go to another shipping carrier to ensure it sends out on time. This time the parking lot was absolutely atrocious with icy conditions. I would like to see things change to ensure the quality service. I support local businesses and want to know this wont be an issue.

Great place! friendly , efficient service

On two occassions I requested FedEx shipping of large boxes. Both times they were shipped via UPS which was 50% more costly for each shipment. I mentioned FedEx at least 6 times to the young guy on the second shipment, it went out UPS, and the weight was rounded up 4 pounds. I like the people there, great vibe, but come on, this seems almost intentional. Sadly, I will not be going back.I gave two stars because the packages did make it there.
