My daughter takes ukulele lessons here. Her teacher is awesome, very knowledgeable and talented. They have a great selection of musical instruments, and helping staff. I would highly recommend to any friend and to all. Plenty of parking, and a great location!

Went in looking for a replacement part for my instrument. The man behind the counter acted as though we were bothering him. He responded about it not being that broken and can still be playable. That was not the question I asked. I asked if they had this part. He was extremely rude and acted as if he was doing us a favor to offer to order it. After this experience no thank you. I will take my business to Music & Arts Store (Formerly Al Hemer Music) in Orchard Park. Much nicer experience. The lady was helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy what she does. I recommend going there before even thinking of going to the Hamburg Music Center.

Absolutely awful. Do not rent anything from this business. Currently being billed for an instrument that was returned over 4 months ago !!!! If it was possible to give a ZERO star review I would. It’s also convenient that the “ bill” arrives in mail on a Friday when they’re closed!!!

Should have went to Music Exchange on Camp Rd instead. Man at Hamburg Music was very curt during many interactions and couldnt be bothered with restringing a guitar for a non-professional, but did anways and took several weeks. Hours were very challenging for pick up. Apparently they think they can act this way because they have been in business for a long time.

A great place to stop for simple musical neeeds like strings, tuners and guitar books. Theyll also rent you a piano. But the real magic of this places lies in the great teachers they have

They are always very courteous, have the supplies I need and honost with their replys to questions you may have. I have been a customer of theirs since I played an instrument in this area 33 years ago and now my daughter hopefully will continue that legacy.

I just was there and my cello my completely fixed for 5 dollars! good store!

My problem was that we went there on Saturday and there website says there open till 4 and its 2:30 so we got there and it says there closed so we got in the car and called them and even the voice recording says there open till 4 today

I took my trumpet in for a cleaning and they said it will be ready in 5 days. Then they changed it to be ready on Monday. Monday, we called 3 times during business hours,but no one answered. When we went their the man said come back tomorrow.
