They came when they said they would. They were very neat and clean. Got the job done in super man speed. Gave personalized treatment in respect to placing of the safety bars. We had a tight space with low ceilings and we got a custom fit perfectly.They cleaned up everything, taking all debris with them. Couldnt ask for better everything, now I have a bathroom I can use again! Thank you!

We recently had Braymiller Builders of WNY Inc. do a much needed bathroom remodel of our bath/tub. They removed our 1950s bathtub and installed a beautiful full surround shower stall with high end fixtures. In addition, they covered our 1950s green tile walls with wainscoting. Eric Bond, the installer, was amazing. Not only was he professional, but his work is exceptional. We are so very pleased with the finished product. We cant believe its the same bathroom! The material quality and workmanship are excellent! We will recommend Braymiller Builders of WNY to all our family and friends. We certainly have increased the value of our home with this remodel!

I contracted with Braymiller to install a new patio door in my dinette. It was a bit stressful to have a huge hole cut into my house, but from the first call to the end of the job, the whole team at Braymiller were great to work with.They are great communicators - I never got any mixed messages or felt like I was being taken for a ride, the price I was quoted was the price I paid (and it was a more than fair price), and the work that was quoted was the work that was done.Gary and Bob, the installers, were meticulous and thorough and worked together seamlessly despite the mid-April snowstorm. They patiently answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the work. They also cleaned up after themselves better than any work crew I have ever encountered - the house was dusty when they were done, but thats to be expected; other than a quick vacuum and mop, I did not need to clean up after them at all.I admit I was a bit nervous to have this kind of work done on my house, as it is the first time I have done a fun project instead of a need to do project, but they really did a stellar job. The door is beautiful, the warranty is terrific, and the whole Braymiller team is great to work with. Id recommend them to anyone and will call them for windows and doors in the future.

Matt Young came out to give me an estimate and was both professional and courteous. I also interacted with the ladies in the office via phone an theyre very professional and friendly. Eric arrived on time on August 2 to begin our shower project. It was an enjoyable experience as he was very methodical in his work.and a joy to watch him during the tub to shower transformation. The plumber arrived at the time he was needed and finished his project quickly and professionally. Eric was extremely neat, keeping everything clean as the job progressed. We now have a beautiful,functional bathroom and we are extremely pleased with Eric’s work ethic.

Had an appointment for 11 am. My fiancee was home I was running 4 min behind. She was told that we had to reschedule. The guy told her and me on the phone that he had other appointments to handle. I called and was told it would get passed on to the manager, so I made another appointment and never heard back from the manager so I called and canceled. 15 windows and two doors are being replaced. I should have heard from someone. Horrible I would give a ZERO for a review but it wont let me. The woman on the phone was very apologetic and super nice to me.

I love my windows. I had all but a few windows replaced a couple years ago, I was so impressed that I had the remainder of the windows replaced this year. I am so grateful to Matt and Braymiller Builders. Long ago in a Far Away place (1995?), Braymiller Builders came out to Webster and installed a beautiful sliding glass door and window in our kitchen. while they both continue to look stunning, multiple dogs had taken a toll on the wheels of the sliding glass door. I learned that the hairs were the culprit from Matt diring his visit this week.When my brother and I wrestled With the door, we were unable to remove it from its tracks. Matt, however, made it look easy. A handyman friend of mine suggested that we could just adjust the wheels but I learned from Matt that the wheels were beyond adjusting. Matt is a polite and friendly professional and he accomplished what I could not do on my own. I learned from Matt that each sliding glass door is unique. How cool is that?! I found the whole process to be fascinating but I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have that sliding glass door working well again. This is the best access to our backyard so it was critically important. With all the challenges facing our world these days, it does my heart good to find a company who truly stands by their products. I don’t normally fill out surveys but it was important to say something because this company is truly exceptional.

The garden window is triple pane glass, custom fit for my house installation and is high quality framing. It is absolutely worth the cost when compared to other companies and found those products inferior when I did compare. 🙂

Being somewhat handicapped for a few years, I needed to have better access in my bathroom. I selected Braymiller to do a walk-in shower upgrade. They sent somebody to my house almost immediately to go over the details. This responsiveness was impressive. We went over the costs carefully and were able to get it down to a very affordable level. It took a while to schedule the actual install. The installer was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job in less than a day. Now I have an easy to access walk-in shower that looks great and performs perfectly. I couldnt be more pleased. I would certainly give Braymiller my highest recommendation.

We had a bay window a large slider and some basement windows installed around 9 months ago. Were pretty happy with them so far. They were a little pricey, but the financing is interest free, quality of the windows are good and the installers were good. Well probably order more after we pay these ones off.

Quality of product, installation, service and warranty are all excellent... They have replaced many of our old windows as well as our front door over the last dozen or more years... Our house is much quieter and more energy efficient in both winter and summer...

I purchased a patio door 16 years ago from them. it is literally opened and closed upwards of 10 times a day so it is highly used!. it has far exceeded my expectation of duration to say the least. I called because the seals had worn out along with the wheel track on the bottom and the screen lock had broke. they ordered the parts needed and within 14 days they came out and removed and repaired the track, made adjustments and installed seals. I can tell you the door is like brand new in operation. To top this all off they only charged me a service fee (they are located 45 minutes from my house) considering thats 2hours travel.. i am not only pleased with my original purchase and install but the care after sale is stellar especially considering the dropping off of most customer services today. Had a walk in shower installed that was paid for by the VA through a special grant for my husband who is disabled. The first time it was installed we were told 2 installers 1 day and it ended up being 1 installer 2 days. After a period of time, the whole base of the shower and up the seems started developing black mold. Contacted Braymiller and they ended up coming out taking pictures, removed the old stuff and installed new. Well they sent 1 installer who showed up late, took many breaks, 2 days to install, cut one of the panels too short and guess what more black mold again. He said the reason we had black mold the first time is because the first installer didnt use denatured alcohol. Well whats your excuse since we have it again. We were originally told that this would be a seamless shower and its in sections and there is nothing seamless about this whole setup. Should have went with Bathfitter which is seamless. From what I have read in other comments, there has been other complaints about their shower installs not being good. So buyer beware do not get a shower installed by Braymiller. I cant sell my house with all the black mold and will have to pull out all the caulk and fix it myself since I gave them 2 tries to fix it and its still not done right.Update: Talked to the owner and my husband does not want anyone from Braymiller in the house to fix the issue. They were given 2 tries and still same problem. Blaming it on the caulk is an excuse that I was given when the company has done other jobs and probably not had issues with the caulk. We will be fixing it ourselves.

I was told to check the reviews for Braymiller builders at google reviews because they were supposed to be better. Some of them were if you have a bathtub or shower installed. My experience with Braymiller builders so far has not been great. First the salesman comes out as I wanted four windows replaced. He measured from the outside and described the windows. The windows are supposed to be their top line triple pane windows. The salesman quoted me $4200 installed. He did not give me a written estimate just a brochure and a quote. Then I received a phone call from the girl in the office telling me that they may be able to do me a better deal she’ll have the general manager come out because they want to showcase their windows in the area. When the general manager came out, he told me that the salesman gave me the wrong price for the windows. He measured again and came up with a quote of $5300. I was offered 48-month interest free financing. He ran it through his system and told me they would only approve $4200 and I would have to put $1100 down. As you can see it just went up $1100 for the windows. I called Braymiller builders requested to speak with the general managers boss which is Mike. Mike did some investigation and called me back Ian told me that the $5300 figure was the lowest I could go on the best window even though the salesman had given me a $4200 quote. And then Mike called me back a few days later and told me what the salesman had told him that the reason he did not bring out the sample was because of the COVID-19 scare. I guess the general manager wasn’t afraid to bring up a sample he showed me the window but still it was $1100 more than I was originally quoted. Finally, we settled on a lesser window which got down to the $4200 mark but they still wanted the 1100 down 550 up front and 550 on install. Well I am hoping that this window is going to be installed properly and be of a quality that I was promised. I will finish this review After the installation. So far not happy with this company.

Whenever I called, whichever one I got on the phone took time to talk with me and didn’t rush me at all! They were never too busy to listen to me before and after my job was completed! I had a full roof installation several years ago and we were fully satisfied despite the mess they left in my landscaping. So, more recently, we needed a sliding door replaced with two windows with the lower section wall rebuilt and sided. MISTAKE! Our only bad work ever done by a professional co.The window installation was fine but despite the contract, and after the windws were in, the installers announced they did not do mudding or finishing of the inside wall. Despite the order being placed in June, it took so many conversations with the salesman and his boss to get the windows in by October. We go outside to inspect and the siding is placed vertically instead of horizontally like the rest of the house and the order. Sorry they said m, this is ourwork order says and we are done for the season this is our last job. You will have to call back for next year. I couldnt believe it! Needless to say since it was in the cold of October we had to order additional people from another company to come inside to finish the wall and I just cannot bear looking at that siding section it is so out of place it looks bizarre. I think this company may have been better several years ago when they were experienced salesman and there was a focus on quality installation and customer service rather than just getting any job they can get which is I think & what I hear theyre doing now. I would not use them again. My roof which they installed is now leaking and it was a while ago not over 20 years old but -no - I will not be calling Braymiller.

Just had a second sliding glass door installed and once again they did a great job. Salesman was great and the installers did a great job. The installation was done during the pandemic and they wore masks and practiced social distancing wss when talking with us.
