Tom and his crew do amazing work, I have used him for personal and commercial flooring. When I reached out to Thomas he was prompt in returning my phone call. That level of communication and professionalism was throughout our experience. He followed up when he said he would and was prompt with all appointments. Cannot say enough about Greg the installer. Greg was professional, dependable and a perfectionist. An all around great guy. We had one very small piece come off our steps after installation. Thomas and Greg were on it and it was fixed immediately. I would recommend highly.

Called the owner answered the phone Hello???? No business name, nothing. VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!! I inquired about a product, he referred me to Walmart. He was insulting and I would NEVER do business with this Company!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wonder how much he paid the 38 people to write a review because I dont know anyone that would want an insulting, rude know it all, doing work for them. Not only was I looking for an 8x10 area rug, I have an entire house to replace rugs in, one place I would NEVER CALL IS PRECISION FLOORING. He only got the ONE STAR because leaving NO STARS was not an option!!!!!!!!!! My guess is, he will be closed soon!!!!!!!! PERMANENTLY!!!!!!!!!!!

We recently remodeled the kitchen, living room, dining room, foyer and office in our home, and were looking for Brazilian Cherry engineered hardwood to match flooring we put in our first floor master suite in 2011. The prior flooring manufacturer had recently discontinued the product, and it was unavailable anywhere. We did endless research on-line and through other flooring retailers over several months but were unable to locate an acceptable product. Then we met Tom at Precision, who worked tirelessly for several weeks to locate and provide samples of an alternative product that was a perfect match to our prior flooring! Precision Flooring ordered, delivered and helped unload (free of charge!) over 1400 SF of flooring for installation by our contractor. The product is of excellent quality, and Precision provided it at a material cost that was actually less that the cost of the flooring we had installed 7 years ago!We love our new hardwood floors, and would highly recommend Tom Kapinos and Precision Flooring - he is professional, knows his product and provides very fair pricing - thank you Tom!Bryan and Carol Smith

Went back and forth with Home Depot and after 3 weeks of waiting, they told me they couldnt help me. I went to Precision Flooring and met with Tom. He made it happen. We had our whole house done by Precision Flooring. Love the flooring, Tom was very meticulous and very professional when installing the floor. He came up with great suggestions when a problem occurred whiling installing the floor and door moldings. We had him put all new rugs put in all our bedrooms and stairs ,what a difference in the warmth and quality in the rugs. Now our house looks like 2018-2019, instead of the 80’s. Would highly recommend !

I use Precision Flooring for all my carpet installations and try to purchase flooring products from him whenever possible. He does high quality work when performing installations and fast, no hassle service if you are just looking to buy product. I was fortunate to meet him on a job many years ago, was impressed with his attention to detail, and have done business with him ever since. This is a huge difference if you have any experience with box store installs where you never know who is going to show up, if they are going to show up, and what the final result will look like.

Lowest price quote, and by far the best experience I have ever had with not just a flooring contractor but ANY contractor. Was willing to work around our business schedule so as not to interfere with daily operations even if it meant at times staying until midnight or 1 am! As a homeowner who is extremely picky (my wife reminds me of this), he provided sample after sample until we found the exact engineered hardwood floor we were looking for. Toms installation team was prompt, professional, clean, and performed quality work. We had a few areas where the perpendicular floor needed to finish flush with a pre-installed stair nose or with a bathroom threshold (areas that cant be hidden by baseboard) and there isnt a gap or imperfection in site. We recently purchased luxury vinyl plank (Coretec Plus HD) flooring, from Tom, at Precision Flooring.
