It was a pleasant surprise to receive such a warm, genuine and friendly welcome this morning at Sally Beauty in Hamburg. The Manager greeted me when I walked in, was very helpful in assisting me get the right product for my needs and was very professional and knowledgeable. Nice to see in this day and age. You could tell she loves her job. Sally is fortunate to have an employee who goes above and beyond. I will definitely be back.

Loved my experience! The last lady at the front was very helpful, nice and attractive. We hit on another a little. Just playfully, it was cute. I think she really likes me. Maybe I should ask her out. ;-)

Horrible experience. Im not sure if the clerk was bored or thought I was going to steal. She asked me what brings me in today which was perfectly fine, but then she just stood next to me the whole time not saying anything. The most awkward experience Ive ever had at Sallys. Weird. I will never shop at that Sallys ever again.

Went here the other day, workers acted like I was going to steal watching/following me the whole time not even saying anything, no greeting when I came in. Place is also dirty and looks beat up and run down, the place was much better a few years ago.

We came to this location after 11 oclock to purchase bleach a young blonde girl in a red car showed up with the key stared at us as she unlock the door entered the building and re lock the door This location States that it opens on 11 oclock but clearly this is not the case

Clerk was miserable, as a customer we were bothering her
