Would give zero stars if I could. Talk about getting screwed over. I’ve been searching for a very particular car for 2 years, I noticed Superior Auto Sales listed one that met every need. I called an hour after it was listed and gave them my credit card to hold the vehicle until I could get there since I was out of town. 1 day later, I receive a call saying the vehicle sold to a kid that worked at the dealer. I had a hold on it!!!!! If anything they could’ve at least told me someone else was interested at the workplace and gave me a chance to take action but nope. I told them that I had a hold on the car and I was told, “the general manager can override that”. I am beyond frustrated with my experience. It should have never been listed if they knew an employee was buying it. Absolutely do not recommend. Don’t deal with these clowns

Within days of buying a vehicle things started breaking and issues start arising - alerts coming up on the dash that sensors and features arent working. We drove a ways to get there and was told one price when we left to go look at the car and potentially buy it - then we got there and raised the price and then made it seem like they were doing us a favor by giving it to us for the price that it was listed for, that was our veteran discount. I will never buy another vehicle from here again. Im really regretting this one already.

Pros:Small dealership, friendly, family run. Allie our salesperson was friendly and good to work with. Vehicles are generally clean and priced fairly.Cons:I bought a 2012 f150 with low mileage. The first cold day, the battery went. The cost was around 200 to replace. I would assume it registered a low charge when inspected and put up for sale. Within 5 months and 5,000 miles i had to replace all brakes and rotors. I would assume these just barely passed inspection when it was put on their lot.

I am >60yrs old and have bought and sold many vehicles in my lifetime and this was my best experience. I live in Boston and found the car I was looking for on Cars.com. I drove from Boston to see the car without telling the dealer representative. When I showed up, they were doing preventative maintenance so I couldnt drive the car (my fault for not telling them in advance). Allie (sp?) gave me the name of a local restaurant and my wife and I went to have lunch to decide what to do (return to Boston?). Allie called as we were getting ready to return home and said that they had put to mechanics on the car to speed it up and it was ready to test drive! We drove it and bought it. We met everyone at the dealership. A classy place. Very unusual and feels like a true, old-fashioned family dealership. Huge service area. They have everything from Maseratis to Fiats. My purchase was not a big sale for them, but they treated us like we were purchasing an expensive car. I wish I could find a dealer like this in Boston, but cant recommend the entire team more.

I purchased a used Audi RS7 from Superior. I buy a lot of cars so Im pretty used to the runaround from salesmen and everything. Superior was absolutely wonderful when it came to EVERYTHING about buying this car. I did not actually see the car before buying it, and the dealership made sure I had photos of absolutely everything with the car prior.Second, the salesteam and finance manager were all extremely straightforward with me regarding the purchase. They were able to answer all my questions immediately. I basically knew I wanted to buy the car when I called them, but I found it very interesting that they did not push the car on me whatsoever. They simply answered my questions, asked if I wanted to see the car or if I was going to look around. Long story short, I bought the car and they got it shipped to me so I didnt need to worry about driving it home in the snow with summer tires. The person they booked to transport the car was also phenomenal, he was prompt and very courteous. 10/10, would definitely buy from again!!

Totally Awesome Dealership! I want to leave a few lines about my experience with at SUPERIOR AUTO SALES. This is a top notched dealership with outsanding people working there. My sales person was Richard who i spoke with many times before flying up from Florida to look at the car. Richard was there waiting on my once my flight landed. Once arrived to the dealership the first thing i notice was how clean and friendly everyone was. Ricahard had the car there waiting to be test driven. We took the car out for a spin and the car was everything Richard said it was, but a lot nicer! I had the best Car Buying experience in my life. I came into the dealership looking to trade my F-150 for something that was more practical with gas. I felt welcomed immediately. I was met by Allie, one of the sales associates (and daughter of the owner) who told me where she would be and that if I had any questions, I could find her there. She then let me browse the lot in peace. I loved being able to walk around the lot without having someone pressure me. I decided I wanted to look at a Mercedes GLA 250. I was able to take it for a test drive (alone) and fell in love with the car. Allie sent me to the finance guru of the lot, Andre. Andre was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in finding me great financing. He worked hard to find me the best deal. I received a call the next day about the financing and that Andre had worked his magic. I got incredible financing. When I came in Allie had all of the paperwork ready for me to sign. It was fast, smooth, and low-pressure. I was able to trade in my truck (which they gave me an incredible trade value for) and drove away in my new Mercedes-Benz. I will never buy a car from a different dealership. Low-pressure, fast service, great financing options, and a selection of great high-end vehicles. Bought a car from them, unfortunately had endless problems.since they buy cars at auction in canada, when there was a recall on my car no one could fix the part. Ended up having to pay out of pocket for it.Brakes needed to be done shortly after buying it, was told it was because I was driving it so much had to pay for that too. car needed within oil at the same time, was super low which means it either wasnt done or wasnt done properly.Major part for me was when I asked again to check the rest of my brakes a year later, I was told they were fine. Learned elsewhere that the nuts on the tires were so rusted on that there was no way they could have even gotten them off to check the brakes.just go elsewhere

If you plan to go here for undercoating. arrive at least 15 minutes early and ready to over pay. I dont have a big car, its actually normal sized sedan. $76 to put the undercoating on. Not too bad right? My bill was $141 for parts and labor. They only use their own special undercoating which costs $50. And with the time thing, I arrived a couple minutes late and the lady came out clearly annoyed and said she was just about to send the guy home... I wasnt even 6 minutes late. What kind of business is thatAlso be aware, there is no marked parking for anything. Its a parking free for all

Attempting to have a car shipped through SAS and it is taking forever. Car has been ready to be picked up for almost a month now. They keep postponing picked it up and have horrible communication with me. When I called to inquire about it Sarah was very rude and short on the phone. Would give zero stars if I could.

Bought a Mercedes c450 from there. I was talking to Richard and said the car is in perfect condition and everything.and I couldn’t get there to test drive it before because I was far away. But when I get there my brother notice there’s a bubble on the tire. I drove the car the brakes made noises I told him he said take it to the dealer and get it check anything wrong with it. They will cover it. Now every time I called them they say they will get back to me.

And no employees wearing mask or taking any covid precautions , not even a single sign suggesting the use of mask. Approached the general manager and asked what the regulations were in the lobby showroom and he gave me attitude. Needless to say he was reported for his inconsiderate behavior and more importantly his lack of safety for his employees and his customers

Purchased a vehicle from Richard. When it arrived it had a chipped windshield. Notified him immediately. He avoid my calls and texts. He then wanted me to submit it to my insurance. LIED and indicated that Safelite was scheduled, put me off for a week that then prevented me from returning the car. Poor service and fails to stand behind his products. Richard just continues to be full of surprises. He failed to tell me he sold me a car from Canada which even though it only had 16000 miles on it has no warranty....STAY AWAY from this dealership. Worst dealership Ive ever encountered they cant do a simple oil change correctly. It lead to our engine ceasing up. They had to replace it for free, it took them 2 weeks just to get the job done. We get the car back and a week later the car starts overheating they said 2 cooling fan relays were corroded. We bought the car 3 months ago we had it 2 and half months altogether and after you switch our engine they magically become corroded a week after? Its summer mind you. Complete scam artists. We were told there was no way to know the part was defective. They either didnt check the car out before selling it to us or they knew the part was on its last legs and sold us the car anyway. We were also told 350 plus tax to replace the already defective part. We get to the dealership to get the car back and the price jumped up to 460. They somehow didnt add the tow in to the total. So we get put thru the ringer for 460 bucks over a defective part they didnt care to replace before selling us the car. I hope someone reads this and decides to look elsewhere for a car they dont deserve the business.

Just purchased a 2013 Acura TL from this dealer - Rich Jr., the sales consultant who worked for me, was awesome. I am not local to the area so all of the work was done before even seeing the car. He was great to work with, shopped for multiple rates to find me the lowest one, and helped make the process very easy for having to drive almost 2 hours to get it. Working with him made the distance worth it, and Id definitely do so again.One negative to give a heads up about: the father, who owns the dealership, Rich Sr., who was assessing my trade-in, was a little difficult to deal with (not very friendly, a little arrogant), but, thats small potatoes if you dont have to deal with him directly. First off, I would highly recommend this dealership! Their selection of high quality vehicles from Aston Martin to Dodge is unparalleled in WNY. My salesperson, ALLIE, was over the top FANTASTIC from the 1st minute I walked in until I drove My gorgeous Audi A7 out of the showroom! There was ZERO high pressure, a willingness to negotiate and a follow up during and after the sale. Andre holds the purse strings in the finance dept. Im 61 yrs old and it was the smoothest process Ive ever experienced with ANY dealership....REALLY. They actually bettered the rate I was quoted by my credit union! I found a car online that I liked. Before making the trek from Rochester to Buffalo I discussed pricing and trade-in values with Allie. She was friendly and quite pleasant to work with. I found the car on Superior website. Purchased via credit card. Went to dealer (165 miles one way) and Allie Izzo had everything ready to complete the transaction. Allie was the most pleasant salesperson I have ever done business with - seriously!! We completed the deal and I was on my way home in less than an hour. While ther I had the opportunity to view the shroom and the service area. Everything looked to be top notch, ship shape and Bristol fashion.I recommend this dealer with zero exceptions.

Very cooperative. I bought a 2011 dodge avenger from Eddie. He was very personal and he was very informed. He said the owner was firm on the price but because they guarantee being at or below market price, we cut out almost a grand. Quick and easy financing and buying process. I came back about 2 weeks after I bought the car for low oil and leaky tires. Joseph was also very personal, cooperative , and informed. He ran through it completely and leveled out the oil, checked for leaks (which there were none for oil or in the tires), and all for free. I am very happy with this company thus far, and give them 5*s.
