I cannot say enough about my experience with JR Spas. If you’re looking for a good quality spa, this is the place. They have great customer service and the delivery was fast! They made the whole process easy. I highly recommend this place.

After scheduling a service call 9 days out agreeing to the 98.00 for assessing the problem (without discounting the 98.00 towards the repair bill) Service man calls at 11:07 am the day of schedule, telling me theyre on their way. I had to call back at 11:54 to check if they were coming. They arrive at 12:11. After checking the hot tub for less than a minute they tell me it needs a circulating pump and a heater. My hot tub displays a heater is dry warning. I pointed this out to them but they insisted it still needed all these parts. One tech immediately goes to their truck to retrieve a circulating pump without my agreeing to the repair. I tell the remaining tech I do not agree to any further repairs or replacement of parts. I know it has an airlock. They leave me an estimate of 260.00 for parts and another service fee if I dont reschedule within 30 days.After I call another spa repair store they explain to me how to remove the airlock from the circulating pump, after I reconnect the heater that JR techs left unplugged, I remove the airlock within 5 minutes. My spa works great now and I also know who to call in the future, not JR Spas. I did call to report this to JR spas but nothing was done, no refund, no return call, no apology.

Patrick showed up the first time to fix a broken pump. He found a bad leake in the shell on my Strong SPA. They quickly ordered a repair kit to fix the crack. Brad took excellent care performing level III tech support. Outstanding service!! Thank you! You guys rock!!

After calling numerous other businesses seeking Spa repair I finally found JR Spas. After explaining my situation the tech said the issue sounded like a setting on my newly installed spa pack. She was very helpful and assisted me in choosing the correct setting so that my spa pack worked as intended. She was both friendly as well as knowledgeable and was a true life saver after trying to figure out for two days what was wrong. Thank you JR Spas !

Becky is totally awesome in assisting with the needs of our new spa. She is Tech Savvy, polite, courteous and friendly. To any consumer considering using this spa repair service, this company came to my house charged me $95.00 to drive there as they said they would, and then wanted to charge me $40.00 just to take the panel off to look at the leaks if it was anywhere other than at my equipment. I understood that this would only be charged if I had foam in underside of my hot tub, I do not and explained this. Now they are saying it is because he had to remove panels, after I told them the panels were off. I never said that, my panels have not been off in months and I am NOT a liar. Yet the office manager, who is also the techs, Brads mother in law, continued to say I did say that, it was in her notes. in addition my bill was going to be $555.00, $95.00 trip charge, the reminder for parts and labor even though it it was only going to take the tech in his opinion, who has been doing this for several years, about 4 hours some PVC coupling and hose. I was shocked, because they told me the hourly rate was only $75.00 per hour, I know what PVC coupling and hose cost, so why the overcharge? Brad explained he always estimate over in case he takes longer than estimated, my question is if hes been doing this for years why such a large overcharge he should be able to pinpoint closer than a 200 dollar gap. Not to mention he said I had six or seven leaks, the office manager said 9 or 10, going on to tell me he repaired 27 leaks on one hot tub in less than a day, but he was telling me half a day to fix six or seven, why does that not add up? I was assured it might be less, but they couldnt say until the repairs were made. I ask for a detailed estimate so I could go over it with my husband, I got a receipt for $95.00 With some scribbling that was not legible. The office manager (Mother-in-Law), stood by her tech (Son-in-Law) 100%, and informed me I would be receiving a bill for the additional $40.00 then hung up. Please note I have had many repairs made to this spa and never had such an outrageous experience, I had a pump replaced, parts and labor only $360.00.

Above and beyond is an understatement for the level of service from Becky. I will not ever go anywhere else for service or parts.

I called them with a few questions about my home bathroom jacuzzi tub that keeps dripping. Ken told me that it was an easy fix, and he explained how to do it. They were professional from start to finish. Thanks Ken, and I will definitely recommend yall to my friends for any their spa needs.

Definitely go somewhere else for spa service.Gave this place two chances to display their abilities. First time call in November looking for a part. Gave my name and number and part #, never received a call back.Second chance, called to schedule spa service. Scheduled and told that I was not the first one of the day and confirmed AM appointment. Day of appointment, called to confirm that I was on scheduled and told that no ETA was given and representative would call technician and let me know. After an hour, I called back to cancel and was told that it would be at least another 3 hours to show.This company has displayed that they have zero concern for customer service and will get to you when and if they choose to. My time is more valuable than that and my expectations are definitely higher than that.CALL SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR SPA NEEDS!

Great family owned company. Came out to repair our spa. Got it working same day. Becky was excellent technician. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Brad was able to convert my tub into a jacuzzi and made it look great! It was an easy process to schedule and he was very informative. I highly recommend this company!

Our technician, Joe, was wonderful! We had leaking jet lines in our Jacuzzi tub that had to be fixed quickly, as we were in the process of selling our home. Joe diagnosed the issue quickly, coordinated with his manager, as well as their construction arm, to fully fix the issue, and communicated with me on a regular basis to be sure we were in the loop and understood the process. (One night he even called me at 8:30pm just to check in and give us an updated timeline on repairs.) He fixed our issue in less time and for less cost than originally estimated. He walked us through the process of function testing 24 hours after the repair to verify that the leak was fixed, and called to be sure everything was working properly after we function tested. Were very happy with the service and communication! Thank you!

Excellent experience with JR Spa Services. The tech was knowledgeable, identified the issue (pump that pushed water through heater was bad) and quickly fixed the problem. I was pleasantly surprised to find the cost was reasonable as well. Afterwards she set me up with chemicals, described how to use them and gave me recommendations on taking care of the spa. I will definitely be using JR Spa Services for all my hot tub needs.

Brad has been extremely helpful to me in getting an old spa up and running. He has been generous with his advice, which so far has been spot on, and has had parts on hand in most cases.

I called to get a quote for a circulation pump. I was asked if I could text some pictures of the pump which I did and I would receive a call back. I never received a call back so I called to verify that they received my pictures which they say they did. 48 hours later no call back no response wont be doing business here.

I called all around DFW looking for parts for my spa. JR spa services wAS the only company in town that had the parts I needed and were cheaper than online part prices. Thanks for helping me get back up and running.
