Nice little what appears to be family owned pawn shop,,the customers that I observed really seemed to enjoy the nature of their relationships. Very clean, nice variety of things.. just make sure you qualify before having a firearm sent here, because I feel kind of like any customer service whatsoever was let go of as soon as I didn’t qualify, and it took forever for them to check their spam for the shipping labels , then I got the he said she said.. all star said and I quote “That’s your thing call them yourself”.. and cheaper than dirt said they had been trying to get All star to check their spam for awhile. I ordered the piece in July or August and when I just called they think maybe it was shipped back.

All-Star Pawn is a well kept, clean, organized pawn shop. The staff are eager to help, or answer any question.The selection of items for sale is a little thin, but thats ok, and to be expected. Prices seemed consistent with other shops.I didnt pawn anything, so I cant speak to that end of the business.

Way over priced and guy tried to get one over on me tried to charge 50 for used game case thats 20 new

Very clean and well lit. The employees are smart and nice. The gentleman who helped me actually took the time to have a good conversation with me and with my unusual appearance, its rare for people to be openly accepting of me. They are honest and answered all my questions. I got a good vibe from this place and if youre in a tight spot, they will help you. If I need to sell anything else, Ill definitely return here. The process was stress free.

These people are pretty awesome for when you need to pawn some stuff. They also have a good selection of items from what Ive seen, and the cutest puppers behind the counter. I come back mainly because of them!

I have been to several pawn shops in my lifetime and Ive never ever had such a worse experience with customer service in my 38yrs living! If I could have given zero stars I would have. Need to get your crew in check at this pawn shop before you lose more business. Wouldnt suggest going here for even a glass of water.

Friendly staff and good pricing.

I was getting my first firearm transfer done by a local dealer and my experience with that dealer was very unpleasant. So, I decided to do some research and find a place that made me feel comfortable and welcomed and All Star Pawn was the place that precisely hit the target. Drew, Marisol and Jay are friendly and top-notch when it comes to customer service. Within a few visits, they will get to know you by your name. This place is a little far from where I live but to me, the drive is fully worth. All Star Pawn is the place for me and I will always be a faithful customer.

Drew and Marisol are the best. I have never rated a pawn shop with a good review but this place is the best Ive ever done business with. They will do what they can to make sure you dont lose your stuff and and have always given me the best price and service. They give you a courtesy call if you forget to pay and are truly good people. Im not getting any deal or anything for this review but if you are going to pawn or put something on loan Go here! Truly the best!!

Such a great experience at this business! Merisol really helped me out, shes very professional and kind. It took me a week to get the my confidence up to go in for the loan, because I felt embarrassed about needing a loan. But there was no shame your treated with respect here and I noticed this isnt a typical pawn shop, this is a New Decade kind of pawn business. All-Star Pawn is such a wonderful place with friendly people and a cute dog, Molly. Marisol talked to my son about the things he wanted to sell and the price she offered was very nice. I can see why Andrew, the owner, has such a great business. Everyone is friendly. The store was so clean. I highly recommend going to All-Star Pawn to find what you might be looking for to sell, or what you might want to get rid of. I think this is a very honest place, which is refreshing in this time.

Awesome experience people are kind only cost 20 bucks to ship a gun and pick it up through them and they had a nice selection of everything bought an old wwll rifle n the thing can’t stop making me smile definitely be dealing with them again

I frequent pawn shops regularly. Sometimes to look for good deals, but also at times to pawn items. Being an adult I often need things like medicine and electricity, or a car repair. Theyre fair in their offers and good on their prices. Whats best by far however is the customer service. Ive never felt invisible while in there. Ive never felt pressured. Theyve never been rude or eletist in any way. If youre a loyal customer to them they will go the extra mile to be loyal to you. Yes there are many pawn shops much closer to where I live, but I find myself returning to All Star continuously.

I stopped by a couple of years ago to check out their gun selection. They had good prices, and great customer service. I ended up buying that day. And have made several purchases since then. The store is always clean, and the staff is attentive. Which is not usually the case in pawn shops. Marisol and Drew always make you feel like a valued customer. Theyre honest and upfront about everything theyre selling. Which is the reason I purchased a TV today, and why I continue to give them my business. All Star is a prime example of what a pawn shop should be.

All star pawn is definitely a cut above the rest. I have been a customer for a long time and have always had a good experience. The staff gives you the best prices and is always willing to go the extra mile to help you. They work with you on your payments and are always friendly. I will never use one of those big chains again.

I can’t say anything that hasn’t already been said! Marisol and the young gentleman with glasses (his name escapes me) have always been awesome! They’re prices are fair when I purchase something.They go above and beyond with pawns. I don’t know any other shop that would call me as a reminder and work with me so I don’t lose my anything.I have never been a big fan of pawn shops but All Star Pawn has turned my opinion completely around. Ive bought many different things in my life time from many different pawn shop that have always been upstanding and back the products they sell, until my husband bought a lawn mower at All Star Pawn that doesnt work. Bought it Friday worked on it all Friday night changing the spark plug and putting new gas in it but still it wont start. Thats OK stuff happens and it is a pawn shop so we just got it yesterday so we take it back there where another pawn shop wouldve checked it out to make sure it really didnt work and wouldve given back his money back or just offered a different lawn mower of the same value which is what we wanted but NOT ALL STAR PAWN!! When the 3 different family members try it out to give there opinion of why it doesnt work than for the actual owner comes out with the same BS of it ran 6mths ago? maybe if we clean the carburetor itll work? If not come back Monday and we can talk.?! How about being a smart business man and keeping your customers happy and than maybe more business... my husband loves to shop at pawn shops for good deals but never at this one again!! We know the risk of buying at pawn shops and thats fine! But if I could stand outside All Star with a picked sign that says BAD BUSINESS PAWN I would but sense in all reality I wont do that, Im am going to make sure everyone I know never gets cheated by going there.

Wonderful customer service. The staff is friendly and caring. The owner is actually there most of the time and is very hands on. Their offers are fair if you are pawning an item and the merchandise to buy is actually very well priced, sometimes even underpriced! I have been buying, selling and pawning here for years and recommend All Star Pawn to everyone I know. Drew and Marisol are super friendly and never make you feel uneasy or ashamed for your current circumstances.

Drew was excellent in helping me find a snowboard at All-Star pawn. I have since moved to a place where Im able to use it frequently and have been really happy with it. I had a really great experience the two times I have been to All Star Pawn so far! I happened to make both of my pawn transactions with the owner, Andrew and he was really professional, knowledgeable, didnt waste my time, and also gave me the best pricing for the diamond I wanted to sell, as had been to many pawn and jewelry shops before selling to him. I totally recommend this pawn shop.

Drew was WONDERFUL !!! All of the staff is friendly and very helpful. They care about us customers as people and friends. Drew contacted us when someone sold a Texas A and M college ring, and Drew noticed that it was engraved and was for graduating year 2013. Then he saved it for us! All-Star is good people.

Newer (its been there about 4 years but thats new to me) pawn shop, slightly smaller than most around the north Fort Worth/Haltom City area. Friendly staff, FFL transfers are a touch higher than other local shops, but prices are good.
