I walked in needing a belt for my John Deere. Zoey in the front desk happily greeted me when I came in, and helped me find what I needed. She made me feel super welcome and even gave me a tip on how to put it on. She was super helpful and I would definitely come again and also recommend my friends to come here.

Austin Turf and Tractor provided the parts I needed to repair my John Deere tractor mower. Mr. Josh was very patient with the amount of questions, I had. Mr. Josh took his time and explained to me my concerns and give his full un-biased option for me to get my issue resolved.Hands down Mr. Josh and his team are very helpful and professional at Austin Turf and Tractor. Horrible customer Service. Did not know what engine was in my unit.. Said they did not have a part.. Called same store back on accident, then they miraculously had it. I beleive if they tried as hard to work, as they try not to. This place would be 5 stars.

Attempted to purchase a mulching kit for my 135 series lawn tractor. The manager sold me a part that would not fit without modifications to the deck. The instructions that came with the part said nothing about modifications. I was told that I could leave it with them for six weeks so they cut and drill the mower deck. I got home and looked up the correct part and it requires no modifications and instead of$130 it was less than$30. I called and had someone check stock to make sure that it was on hand. I went to the shop for the fith time and was told that it was not in stock. Basically I paid$40 for a restocking fee for a wrong part. I will never buy from them again. Manager was arrogant and condescending and basically told me that retail customers dont matter.

Had an issue with a part to my mower, and went in right around closing time. They took care of me for an extremely reasonable cost, along with excellent customer service! They have my business from now on, and I will refer all my friends/family there! Thank you guys so much!

Great job. They understand customer service. I took a tire in from my mower. They fixed it while I waited.....very reasonable price. I will be going there again.
