I come here often to purchase dry ice for our lab. Staff is always nice and friendly. Dry ice is fresh... it lasts a few days in cooler or our -80 freezer.. unlike grocery store. Theirs evaporates fast. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Our company has been using Reliant for quite a few years and they have always been great. They are dependable and friendly. Their customer service is top notch. Employees are honest and hard-working. I wish all our suppliers were as good as them!

This place might be one of the only places to get dry ice in town but they definitely dont take advantage of it. Great customer service and great prices. If you need dry ice this is the place.

I recently had an all day excursion in this triple digit TEXAS heat and WANTED dry ice instead of regular ice for my cooler. I used to by dry ice from a company in downtown FTW. About a month ago I went the old location on Byers Street and was disappointed that they were no longer there. I called around to different places but they do no sell to the public. My last call and hope was to Reliant. Low and Behold it was them, with a new name and location. I was very HAPPY!! I got 30 lbs of dry ice that last ALL day. I recommend dry ice over regular ice any day to my friends and colleagues. Ill be reaching out to them for our Field Day! Keep selling to the public, your product is well worth the trip. THANK YOU!!! We needed dry ice to fly boar meat home after a hunting trip. They were quick, took only 5 minutes, and filled it in our cooler while having it on the scale. So they exactly filled them up to the 50 pounds (airline weight limited). Thank you guys!!!

Got a few blocks for my camping trip, the guy I spoke with knew exactly what I needed for 3 days of camping. The ice lasted the entire trip in a cheap cooler. Probably would have lasted longer in a more expensive cooler. Definitely will be filling my cooler with dry ice from now on.

I dont give many 5 star ratings and this one might be a little generous but I needed dry ice for my freezer and they came through. While their hours are listed as M-F 7:30 to 4:30 if you call them outside their regular business hours they have someone on call who might be able to help, especially with larger orders.

Have bought from them many times, always a pleasure to do business with them.
