This store has so many discs to choose from its retarded. I cant believe I just now found them. They also buy used discs, which is awesome, but they just dont pay much. They were kind enough to itemize the amount to each disc they were going to buy, so I was able to pull out and keep the ones I felt like I wasnt getting enough for. Also friendly staff. The cashier was very helpful and friendly. All around great experience and will definitely be back.

I enjoyed shuffling through all the different disc brands here! They have choices from all sorts of brands. I even got lucky and found a couple of gems in the used rack!

Great prices, I bought a dynamic disc recruit basket $20 cheaper in this store than on the dynamic disc site and amazon. Good used disc selection. Im an out of towner and I went into the store to potentially buy another disc but mostly ask for advice on where to play in the area. The sales person was very helpful and had a lot of great suggestions of places to play in the area. I ended up purchasing a Mako3 and got my second Ace with it at Cedar Hill Coyote Course hole 7 the same day!

Fantastic shop with a wonderful disc selection and accessories. They also have cold drinks for sale and all of their prices are extremely reasonable. Really nice disc golf shop, and get this - they have all the flight numbers on each disc type! Curse those pesky disc brands without the numbers on them. Ideal discs fixes the confusion of googling everything and theyre always so lovely and helpful to answer your questions. They also take lost discs and always try and find the owner before they put them up for sale. Good priorities and great store!

Jesse (the owner I believe) has done an outstanding job with this shop. Not only is he very knowledgeable about almost every brand of disc, he is also one of the most kindhearted people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Very nice disc golf shop right next to North Park Disc Golf Course. Staff is always very friendly, and even the other customers are very friendly and helpful.They have rewards that will give you a discount that I believe is $5 off after every $50 or $100 spent. Either way its a nice discount.About the usual prices on the discs that youll find elsewhere, but they have a great selection and can give you recommendations on whatever youre looking for.

Go here for all your disc needs! Used discs are normally the reason I go. The selection was down from the norm, but the employee was good to point me in the direction of a similar flying disc.

Best DG shop ever.Im done thinking about my disc golf needs. I just ask the guy Jesse behind the counter what they are. Hes suggested the only 2 ace discs I own. [Based on my input and body type] everything he says turns to gold. I own the basket inside 30 feet cos I did what he said.I can hyzerflip, flick, and turn over a destroyer for 450 feet. Cos of him.This has been been going for years. Hes like the Chiltons manual to my game.Also. Huge inventory. Good prices. Discount programs, sometimes freebies. Lets you throw at the basket to test putters in the store... just a fun shop with cool stuff and awesome ownership.

These guys are fantastic my! My own mother came in and she said they were so polite and even explained the game a bit to her! Even though I moved closer to another store I make it a point to come to ideal discs because of the amazing customer service and plethora of discs and disc accessories.

This is a great store. Im new to Disc Golf and wanted to get a starter kit. I had a long chat with Jesse and told him what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a crash course in the different types of discs and how to use them. He made several recommendations. After trying out my new discs, I feel he gave great advice and set me up with exactly what I needed. Will definitely be back and hope to bring some friends.

I went in to buy a used disc. This is the first shop Ive been to where they have the used stuff sorted by manufacturer which was awesome! Employee was very helpful in finding a disc that did what I wanted to and was very knowledgeable of flight numbers and what discs did etc. He had his bag with his discs there in shop which he showed me and it kinda lets you know that he cares about the game as well. Good selection of used discs and a very helpful staff, couldnt recommend more.

Employee disc golf knowledge was good, but the hours of operation are less than desirable. I feel like most folks golf early on, or in the late afternoon. 12-7 is a small window for working folks. Ive also shown up a few times shortly after noon to find the store still closed. Other than that its a great store.

Not only is this a brick and mortar store but they will go out of their way to find you the disc you want shipped right to your door. I have had the pleasure of both, being able to go to the physical store and having a disc shipped right to my front door. Both have been an exhilarating experience guaranteed not to disappoint.

The person I talked to on 6/14/2016 was very friendly and offered some very good insight on which discs were good to use. He was very knowledgeable about the sport. I felt like I have know him all my life even though I had met him for the very first time.

Both my boyfriend and I are regulars at this shop. We actual travel 3 hours just to go to this one shop even though we have ahops in town. It is because of their quality employees, quality gear and just a family like atmosphere. Real good, honest people! Love you all at Ideal Discs!

The guy working behind the counter was extremely informative, the most informative out of any disc golf shop I have ever been to. He recommended certain disc and when he realized I needed practice putting immediately reached for to used discs for me to buy instead of pressuring me to buy new ones, I still bought a few new ones, but I am so much more well informed than I was before

Been coming here for a little over a year now and I have to say that this is the best local disc golf shop in my opinion. Great selection and fantastic customer service! Went into Ideal Discs with little to no knowledge about disc golf and I only had a few bad disc. These guys were able to help me pick out a few discs that would really get me started off on the right foot. At first I was uncomfortable asking for help but once I did I was so glad. They were really kind to me and even went through all of the basics to make sure I had a good understanding of, not only the discs I bought, but how the numbering system worked for discs in general.
