DO NOT USE THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!I purchased my Ryker 30 DAYS AGO and started having fuel problems, called the dealership about repairs, and because I left a very truthful, yet poor review, they’re REFUSING to fix my bike.Told me not to bring it up there, it will just sit there without repair. Spoke over me on the phone, and was VERY disrespectful.If I could rate this a ZERO I would, without hesitation.I’m calling corporate. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, and I pray you do your research before coming to this dealership.

I purchased anCT 125 trailbike which is very hard to find. I live in California but a friend of mine who lives in Texas found this motorcycle at Fort Worth Motosports . This transaction went as smooth as could be . I dealt with Erica for 95% of transaction . She was profesional , went above and beyond for me several times . The communication was excellent. It was really joy to do business with this dealership and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Bought a sea doo three months ago and had problems. Then when you call customer service they lie and tell you they will work with you and then change what they said when it becomes inconvenient.

A couple of months ago I called all 5 dealers within 30 mi from my house & FWM had the cheapest price on 2020 Honda Super Cub. Salesman Brad is absolutely incredible- exceeding all of my expectations & a few Id only dreamed of...... I got such an awesome deal that Im not comfortable putting the details on here! Suffice to say, Ill never go anywhere else again. Ericka was fantastic also. I advise anyone looking for the best price not to waste their time elsewhere- just go straight to DFW Motorsports and ask for Brad.

I cannot recommend this dealer. I hope everyone will do your research before they negotiate a deal for you. I was willing to pay 100% MSRP, + Tax, + Title & Registration, AND full Freight and Prep/Assembly. Once I dissected the numbers, they marked up the Freight and Prep/Assembly $2,000 (per SeaDoo) more than 4 other Sea-Doo dealers I spoke with. I was going to buy 2 units today for $29,000 out the door. They would not sell them to me. They marked up the units to $33,200. Thats $4,200 elevated, even after paying full MSRP. The extra $4200 was all built into their Freight and Prep/Assembly.If FRT from Sea-Doo is $475 for one dealer, its the same for every dealership within 40 miles. I feel like my time was wasted. They literally turned me away rather than sell without an inflated Freight and Assembly profit.

Making the sale is more important to them than customer satisfaction. I didnt spend a lot, but to find out they wouldnt accept returns on unused unopened parts after the sale is not cool. Fortunately, it was less than $10.00, but you need my few bucks that bad, you dont deserve my business. Now Im stuck with an extra part I may never need or use. Look elsewhere, they are a bit more on price than other places too. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Sent my information via their website to obtain a quote. They quoted me $5,700 over the MSRP. They claimed this was their markup for taxes, freight and prep. As freight and taxes are fixed, and they neglected to add the manufacturer rebate, this means they tried to charge me 4,800 to take it out of the box, wash it and gas it up. When I pointed out the numbers and called them out on it, they cut all communications with me. Ever once did they try to correct this and give me a fair quote. The most dishonest motor vehicle dealer I have ever seen. Wouldnt buy a quart of oil from them.

I brought my 2000 Shadow ACE in to replace the rear brake pads, change the oil and rebuild the carbs. I picked up the bike and it seemed to run fine. It took the service manager Tony Gallegos about 30 minutes to take payment. After waiting around to simply pay, Tony Gallegos did not apologize for wasting my time because you know “dumb computers.” After riding the bike for about 15 miles, the entire exhaust bracket fell off completely. Luckily this was at a low speed. After inspecting the exhaust’s connection to the head and the bracket, I noticed numerous odd nuts and bolts. Some were standard and some were metric with variations in metal type and finish. 4 nut and bolt combinations were missing all together. The chain had so much slack in it that I could lift the chain all the way off the rear sprocket. At a high speed, this would have easily caused a fatal wreck. I called Tony and explained what happened. He immediately told me that it was unrelated because no mechanic would ever remove the exhaust to do a brake job or carb job. Then he told me this is because the mechanics he manages are on commission. Then he told me it was because he has been doing this same terrible work for 41 years. The exhaust was bolted on securely for 20,000 and then magically falls off after Tony Gallegos manages work on the bike. Fort Worth Motorsports should loose their license to service motorcycles. Stay away-it is to dangerous to work with Tony Gallegos.

On hold over 15 mins. trying to get details on a new battery. Keep picking up the phone and putting it back on hold! Went around the corner to Ft.Worth Powersports! Should be a zero star but google makes you put at least 1.

Tony in service is awesome and always takes care of me! The owner is great people. If you want high quality work done and with people you can trust see Tony! This isnt like all the other shops around its a family business. I bought my first bike from here and now his son is running the company. Support local business they do care!

The store was not what we were looking for. It was crowded, disorganized, kind of dark and the music was too loud. Might be okay for some but my wife was uncomfortable. She wanted to buy a Ryker 600, but it was going to take 30-45 minutes to get one out for her to ride. Huh? There were 3 Ryker 900s on the floor. The guy told her they are the same bike just a bigger engine. Yep, good to know, but she wanted to buy a 600 so she wanted to test ride a 600. There were several under Showroom New Inventory on their website but, apparently, the warehouse counts as showroom. We bought at another dealer..

I called 3 times and put on hold for 5 minutes and again 5 minutes and the last one 5 minutes, finally some answered. I just wanted to know the price of 1 gallon 2 stroke synthetic oil for my seadoo. He said $50 to $60. I asked I just want to know how much the a gallon cost! Because the price goes up every year...use to be $40, I price how much and buy 3 gallons so $20 saving is a lot...he says again to me $50 to $60 bucks. Most places give you the price. So I try to look online...forget trying to get a price on anything. Just a waste of time...here I come Walmart and they do free delivery...I want to help small businesses but trying to get a price on anything is hard....

After 6 months, 750$ and taking it back 2 times. My bike still doesn’t run. They didn’t seem interested in making sure I was taken care of and I don’t think you should ever let a customer leave with a bike not running when that’s what I paid for y’all to do... make it run..... but they swear it started 2nd kick when they tried it. But didn’t bother to do it this time....I’m just going to take my bike elsewhere.

Went to purchase a Sea doo and they didnt have in stock so I was going to put $2000 down anyway so they asked for that. Well then about 1.5 to 2 hours later I got a call from a place 4 miles from my house that gave me a better deal and better interest rate. So called back ASAP and said thanks but I am going to go with someone else who is closer to me and has the machine in stock so if you could please refund my deposit. They told me No and hung up. Now I am a reasonable person so if they were like we can refund all but $150 buck or so because we took time out to find the machine for you then okay I would be okay with that. But no no no !!! Even called back to talk to GM who was even ruder. Then they called me back and said they were going to bill me on my credit card the cost of the rest of the machine. Keep in mind people I have not signed a thing. Never been there and was never told deposit was not refundable. Its not like I waited days and days and cost them a sale to another customer. They are plain rude and I think maybe they are crooks like some other reviews I have read. Just my experience and thought I would share.

I am the manager of a very reputable truck dealership in Florida.I went to visit my children in Texas and surprise them with 2 Jet skis.My son found 2 online at Fort Worth Motorsports. I should have read his reviews as I would have stopped my decision to buy from them right then.I only had a couple of days with them so I purchased 2 skis from Brad the owner. I paid 9800 for them one only had 60 hrs the other120.Both broke down with in 1 hour of owning them. He was very quick to cash my check but when I called him for help he said we sell our jet skis as is and he would have to charge me for any repairs. I had another professional come over and asses what would be needed to repair themGuess what? One has a cracked hull the other has a bad motor!Brad told me that there is nothing wrong with them and he serviced both skis. My new mechanic showed me otherwise. Now I have to spend another $4500 in repairs to make them seaworthy and mechanically sound.Brad is a liar and a thief and you should never do business with Fort Worth Motorsports. Google me and feel free to contact me for any more details or if you would like to file a class action lawsuit. This guy needs to be stopped!

This place is simply unethical. They took advantage of my son, a young inexperienced buyer. He was overcharged and oversold. When he returned (after riding 200 miles) and asked if they would buy the bike back...they offered him HALF. They said that was the best they could do since it had been titled. What a bunch of snakes. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

Guys were great. They did not have the color I wanted but had it in the next day. There was a minor mix up with the financing but they handled it well and honored the deal we agreed on. They went above and beyond what a normal dealer would to make sure things went smoothly.

Great service, better than the rest of the bike shop around. Ive been coming here since I first own my first bike. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Lots of inventory and style to fit any riding style. If you are looking for parts, if they dont have it they can get it for you.

Ripped off by the service department. I was quoted a reasonable price on the phone for some service work to my motorcycle and decided to bring it in. When I picked up the bike and got the invoice it was 3 times as expensive as the original quote. When I confronted them about the charges they merely patted me on the back and said, but the bike runs perfect and walked off. The bike does run better but its far from perfect, especially considering what they charge. Stay away. Take your business else were.

I had a great experience buying from Fort worth Motorsports. after purchasing my new 500 Honda foreman es, i bought a winch and asked them to install it for me. i of course was fully expecting to pay for the service, but they were a little behind in work and i just went back their with their excellent service techs and just hung out with them while they work hard at work, working on my bike and others bikes in the shop. when checking out, they Apologized for the wait and loaded it up onto my trailer and told me i was good to go. would Personally Recommend Fort Worth Motorsports for any and all needs!

I have bought 2 bikes from Ft Worth Motorsports and Bradley and his crew have always treated me more like family than a customer. They have always made sure I was happy with the service I received or parts I needed. They have always been a helpful, sharp bunch and know their machines. I would always come back and I always, always tell me friends about this crew. So if you are looking for a bike, jet ski,or an ATV be sure that you go see these guys.

Took my GL1500 in for a new tire. When I went to pick it up Tony the service manager said the wheel rim was bent. Id washed it before I brought it in and ensured him it wasnt bent when I brought the bike in. I also asked Tony why he didnt let me know before he replaced the tire- no answer.I called and spoke to the owner- Niles- who stood by Tony.I want to support local family owned businesses but I recommend steering clear of Ft Worth Motorsports.

Called to go an pickup a brand new 10k+ quad. I really wish I got the persons name because I would love to voice it on here, however when I called to get a pricing he gave me a price that was about 20% higher than his other competitors in the area. He then asked me for the price of Freedoms listing, after I told him he laughed and said Thats why they sold it out from under you, good luck! What a complete unprofessional move, and I am going to highly recommend no one buy from this price gauging business. They were even trying to sell the Can Am Outlander for a higher retail than the website was showing - it doesnt take much research to realize you have priced yourself out of the game, guys!

I worked there for only 3 weeks. The staff is great. Butch knows more about this than anyone on the planet. However, the owner is a jerk. Do not deal with him. Deal with Butch. Owner treats employees like dirt and is extremely condescending. Just my opinion.

The service department here is the worst I have ever seen from any dealership of any sort. The service manager, Tony I think rambles on about his 41 years of knowledge, but his customer service skills, well I wouldnt treat a dog or even someone I hated that way. Whatever it is, its your fault, he will not stand behind his work and will lie to your face, then turn around and say I didnt say that He is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. I took my cbr1000 up there almost 2 weeks ago to get it running again, and they fixed it super fast! thankfully I didnt have to fork over my whole check for it too!! Tony in service was really helpful with getting the right parts and he kept communication with me the whole time. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

If I could have given 0 stars I would! My husband and I took our Seadoo boat to have it repaired. We were told it would be ready in approximately 2 days; if not the same day. Well they had our boat OVER a month! Everytime we called or went there to check on it we were told the guy fixing it wasnt in. FINALLY... needless to say the boat still isnt fixed and now were being told that the motor needs repairing. You would THINK they would have identified the issue being the motor and just said that in the 1st place instead of giving us the runaround! And the price for them TRYING to FIGURE out the issue was almost $600.00! We are extremely frustrated about the whole ordeal, not to mention very disappointed and highly ticked off!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would ! The guys in the service department are ignorant. They had my Honda Aquatrax F12 for 2 1/2 months and $600 later its still not fixed. I called weekly to find out the status and was always given another excuse. We kept being told they would lake test on Tuesday, then it failed test. I was charged for two different sensors that didnt fix the issue so they obviously were not broken and didnt need replaced. I wouldnt recommend anyone to use Ft Worth Motorsport.

All I will say is if you want someone that will stand behind his work do not go to Fort Worth Motor Sports. In my case, Tony, the Service Manager at this place, finds it much easier to not annotate something on the record so he doesn’t have to warranty his work in case it wasn’t done right. Tony also believes with his 41 years of experience (so he states) that he is the BEST and the local, well known and credited Motorcycle shops such as Swifty’s and Cycle Werkz are “little hole in the wall” shops that don’t know what they are doing. IF YOU LIKE to be treated rude, cussed at, willing to listen while he is bad mouthing the local shops and back peddling on everything he said previously so he will not have to re do work that was done at his shop then this is the place to come to. I pulled my bike out of this shop before he did any more work on it. I have never had any problems with anyone else I have ever dealt with regarding my bike. There are two more things I want to point out: Butch with the sales team is excellent. He has always been a pleasure dealing with. So is the parts counter Gentlemen, I believe his name is Rickey. Very friendly and helpful. Because of Tony and the way he treated us we will never come back here, which is a shame because this is where I bought my bike, helmet and other things. Bradley Niles, the owner, doesn’t really care about his customers much either. He had not much to say about the situation.

STAY AWAY! Earlier this year, I purchased some oil products from this shop. After doing a bit more research, I realized that I could save a significant amount of money at a competing retailer. So, having not used the oil products and having my original receipt, I promptly returned to the shop to get a refund. Maybe its because Im younger (18), but not only did the staff refuse to give me a refund but he was vulgar and demeaning in his explanation as to why. After getting a manager and haggling with him, he agreed to refund me ONLY if I posted favorable review on google. Which I did...as he watched over my shoulder. Of course, I deleted it after I got the refund but think about that for a second... These are just plain bad people. Over priced and crooked.

Not even one star. STAY AWAY! Ordered a part a month ago and they sent the correct invoice with the WRONG PART< we were told to send it back thru FED EX (our cost) for a refund. We sent it back the next day which was delivered within 2 days... It has been a month and we have tried to be civil but these folks do nothing but dance around and give false information on who issued the refund and on what day or date. DO they not realize that IF they had refunded the money that it WOULD appear on your account??? These people are CROOKS!!!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service from the owner that I have ever experienced. When I mentioned what a joke this place is, he told me I own this whole place, brother. I guess he was trying to impress me? Still havent figured that one out. It was a Saturday afternoon and there was only one other couple in the store looking at an ATV. Business sure is booming over there, brother!Took my money and business over to another dealer which was packed full of customers.I wonder if the so called owner realizes how much in sales he loses from word of mouth. Rest assured, when anyone asks where I bought my bikes I will be sure to mention to avoid this location at all costs.

DO NOT EVER go here. Ever!!! Spent five hours with the guy telling me yea youre approved then hed come back with some excuse as to why I wasnt approved. Did this several times. Then he couldnt operate a computer or his printer. He finally asked well is there anyway that you can come back on our next business day and pay the down payment then and finish the paperwork? I said sure shook his hand and said Ill see you Wednesday which was their next open business day due to 4th of July holiday. He said sounds like a plan. I left got 20 minutes away my phone rings it was him he asks where I went I told him that we had discussed doing it all Wednesday he said yea but I thought that youd go ahead and pay down payment. I said no sir you I said Wednesday. I asked is this a problem? He said that o, no itll work. I said no sir I dont believe it will. Just simply put DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

The staff is rude, prices are marked up for the sole sake of haggling, and they continually spam every advertising service they can. What exactly is the point of putting ads on craigslist for the same bike in fifty different cities, most of which hundreds of miles away, when the local dealers offer better rates? Everything about this business is shady.

We purchased a 4 wheeler from them over a yr ago. We financed it (so we thought). After 1 yr we called finance company to pay it off and found out it was a lease with option to buy. Payoff is 3 times what its worth. This dealer was not upfront about it being a lease. Just rushed the paperwork and got us out the door.

Bought my scooter here about a year ago had had no problems with service or support come here for everything that I need and its great company.
