Clean and organized front showroom.At 9:00 on a Tuesday, the place was busy, but all of the registers were manned.After a couple of minutes wait, a very helpful rep took my order. She also gave me a choice of non-warranty replacement parts for less money.I was unaware of these, and thanked her for giving me a choice. I went with the warranyt item.Before I went, I had called in and spoken with a different rep. He was very helpful and patient, walking me through the process.

Horrible attitude, bad management.... Decided to go to the Dallas store, found out from them that customers and employees have left because of management changes at the Haltom City location, they had the same complaints I had and I see why they left...

Obviously they are a little higher than buying online but you get your part same-day and they have OEM parts in stock. Theres some things on a washer you dont want to cheap out on if it involves water valves and switches. With tax and shipping, they were $14 higher than OEM online stores, but again, you get your part the same day and can finish your project right then and there. You dont know what sort of import junk youll get from online.

Came looking for old oven element. These folks dont quit, someone remembered a different brand that was available that had worked in the past, not in the books. They even explained to me what to do if a fit issue. They took customer service to a level a lot of businesss cant even see! I received a notice that an invoice was past due. I had a credit on my account as well they issued for their mistake regarding this past due invoice. So they do not apply the credit and let you go to collections.After calling customer service four times they said they do not apply credits. This invoice was showing past due 31-60 days which was not true at all to begin with, I never received the order. You have to go on yourself to their website and apply it to your account. How crazy is that, they are rude then they want you to do their job. Need better customer service.

Bad service, is easy to buy in Amazon whatever part you were looking for because they don’t even looking for any information that you give it to them.

Was charged for a lifetime warranty on a dishwasher control panel. Wasnt given a choice whether or not I wanted to spend the extra money for the lifetime warranty. Kept my receipt, even have the original factory Whirlpool box the part came in. Today I was told my Whirlpool lifetime warranty was no good and I would have pay $200.00.Why? Because they went out of business. Who went out of business? Whirlpool? No. This business? That cant be it. I walked in the same door to the same show room with the same blue walls, where they sell the same parts.If you do business here, check your receipt. The lady said you have the part in St. Louis. I would need to pay $200.00 for her to order it. I unfolded the receipt and showed her LIFETIME WARRANTY. There were three other employees standing there. That would have been the time for one of them to speak up. If you doubt me ask your employees. Im sure one of them found the part and receipt by the front door where I threw it. Like I said, I bought a new dishwasher and it wasnt a Whirlpool. I have also contacted Whirlpool. I thought they should know how an authorized dealer is handling their customers needs.

Jackie is very professional, kind and helps with all my appliance needs. She waits on me in a very patient, respectful way and she is very informative on any questions I have. She really goes out of her way to make sure I have everything and answers any questions.

I was looking for a Kenmore dryer timer and was qouted $145 plus tax at the store. A quick online search and I found the same OEM timer priced anywhere from $85-$97. I called and spoke with Suzanne who said they would not price match anything that wasnt from a Brick and Mortar store. I asked if they would come down any and I would come get the part today as opposed to waiting 2 days and saving approx $55. She just repeated the company line and added that she knows I couldnt drive anywhere in the area to find that part for that price so they wouldnt match it. In my eyes they were price gouging. They wouldnt budge. This is why people are going online for business now more than ever. You dont feel like youre getting gouged and If youre patient you can save a ton of money. I was willing to pay more for the part just to get it today but they wouldnt come down even a little. They have lost my business and I hope you consider this when you need parts as well. There are other appliance stores in the area that have what youre looking for.

Very helpful staff and great selection. They even let me return a power cord Id bought at their Dallas location. Id rather stop in here first when Im looking for a part before trying to buy from some obscure seller on eBay.

I seldom post Google reviews, but this place warrants praise. First off My refrigerator freezer compressor stopped operating properly and the freezer was defrosted. I expected the capacitor was failing, but beyond that had no idea what I was going to do (my google searches were exhausted). The place appears to be run completely by women, which I thought was pretty cool too. When I handed the cap to the woman at the counter asking if she had the replacement, she immediately took it and tested it. She responded “this capacitor is good”. My heart dropped. I said well I don’t know what else it could be, here are the symptoms. She had me tell another lady sitting at a desk behind the counter. The lady quickly responded, “Start Relay”. Of course they had three start relays in stock for that fridge. She asked me in reassurance, “it’s $70, is that ok?” I said “$70 or 2 grand for a new fridge? I’ll choose $70”. Sure enough I brought the part home, plugged it in, and Shazam! The fridge and freezer fired right up. Effectively saving me hundreds for a tech to come out plus parts, and thousands for a new fridge. Thank you ladies for a knowledgeable, friendly, fair priced experience. You guys have some Amazonian Wonder Women appliance powers! I’ll be back for more parts as needed, as well as those freakishly useful and affective sponges I also bought there. First use and my wife was like oh my gosh, this sponge!

If you want to be treated rudely and like a 2nd Class Citizen, the two female staff members will be more than happy to oblige you with that treatment. I should of went some place else or ordered from another dealer online.

Horrible ! Bought a part from them that was already broken and when I went to exchange it they refused because they said it had already been installed and they made this judgment without even looking at it ! So no refund or exchange they wanted us to buy another instead of just exchanging it !

Very poor customer service. Purchased an ice maker for almost double the price on Amazon. When it was installed it made loud noises and failed the first day. Returned it one day after purchase and they would not exchange saying they had to submit a warranty claim, which if substantiated a refund would be issued in a month. They then wanted me to pay for another over priced replacement instead of just exchanging it. Said no thanks and ordered a new OEM replacement on line for less than half the price.

Got there at 5pm and they never once did anything to cause me to feel rushed. Acted as if it was any other time of the day.Not only that, but I had a dishwasher in my truck which I was there to purchase a repair part for. After purchasing the part I asked them if they had any advice for putting the part on telling them that I had the dishwasher out in the truck. One of the ladies offered to go out to the truck and take a look at it with me and before I knew it she had the part question for my dishwasher removed and dislodged a piece of glass that was the problem and had it put back together! Great, but now I have this part I dont need, right? Negative. I jokingly mention it and she says ( and its well after 5 now)cmon in and get your money back. I said Id return it later, but, man these guys(gals) get it right when it comes to customer service. Go here for appliance parts.Oh, I did not mention yet that they were the ONLY place in Fort Worth who had the art in stock.

Neat place. I live in an apartment and the dishwasher was missing the silverware basket. Found this place, we looked up my washer, found a basket (and they had it on hand). Dont let the small showroom fool you, theres a warehouse back there. A small one.

Excellent, friendly service. Great to find an appliance part in stock for an older machine. They had it waiting at the front desk for me already when I arrived.

I had to pay $35 for a $25 part but this business was closest to my job. When purchasing I wasn’t sure the piece would work as it looked different. I told the lady at the counter that i would try it but if it didn’t work I would bring it back. The part didn’t work so I attempted to return the part. Walking in I was the first person in line. The original counter person looked directly at me and then the phone rang. Instead of helping me she answered the phone. After a few minutes another woman reluctantly offered to help. I attempted to return the part and the woman asked why I was bringing it back. I explained the plug was different on my machine I was working on. The woman then said the part was “installed” and she would not return it. I told her about the original conversation with the other woman. This lady said, “that is now an installed part. I don’t know what to tell you.” She then refused to return the part or give my money back. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!!

5 Stars and Heres Why. When I lived in Ft. Worth over 10 years ago, Appliance Parts Depot was flawless then and still are today. I have been an appliance repairman for over 36 years and when I cant find a part or the local part store where I live now does not have the answers I know should be available, my first call is to Appliance Parts Depot of Ft Worth over 900 miles away. I have fixed appliances all over America and a good appliance part store with knowledgeable employees like Appliance Parts Depot is hard to find. Evelyn is why I am writing today. No part store in America that I could find had this common Maytag front loading washer pump and it was on factory back order, which normally means anybodys guess on delivery for stock. Evelyn crossed the Maytag part number to a Samsung part number and found 1 pump for me and saved me $45.00 too. Just as Important she shipped the part over night. Problem solved. Thanks Evelyn.

I want there for a oven element that is shown to cost $15 and some change. When at the cashier it was $54 and some change. This practice is deceptive and false advertising. The reason I was told for the price difference from posted price, The posted price is for account holder. 🐂💩🤮🤮🤮

They have just about everything you cant find any where else however they arw very high priced, nothing on there sales floor is priced you have to have someone look it up for you. The price for 2 mounting brackets for a ge whirlpool dishwasher $24.42 yep what a shock! And didnt even come witb screws. Wow!
