We like the assortment and selection of their products but customer services is just terrible. The rudest employees ever, specially the cashier, she shows how unhappy she is to everyone, I just cant believed she still has a job there! everyone I know complain about her! And the new one follow her steps. No manners, courtesy or basic customer services here!Terrible!I will take pause before I visit this store again.

Locatel is a great pharmacy and overall good health supplier. It is very well stocked with many more things than just medicines and equipment to to improve your life when down and about.Alison was great helping me out. She knew and helped me out to get what I needed.I highly recommend this store that’s more than a pharmacy.

Great selection! They have everything that I need. I shop often for my mother in law who is 93 years old and they have all the products that she needs. I also like that they sell products that you can’t find in most pharmacies. Employees always have been very helpful, especially Rene who has helped me to find some products when I couldn’t find them by myself.

Marvelous pharmacy and store with lots of great products (over-the-counter drugs, cosmetics, food items, and more). Locatel has a great variety and superb service, I have always found everything I need, from the rental and timely delivery of medical equipment to a variety of medicines. Also Locatel became a one stop shop for my family for some groceries and convenience items.All in all a very complete and comprehensive store.

This is the best store for Health and Wellness, they carry so many different products that you cant find anywhere else. The customer services is amazing, they make you feel like family and for me that is very important! The Pharmacy is my favorite, because of the reason that you could find medications that other pharmacys dont have, and the most important part is that they accept Internationals prescriptions and have a great system of communication through the WhatsApp. I Highly recommend this store to everyone! The employees are very helpful, I do have one in specific employee that I absolutely love and she goes by the name of Lis, she is located at the pharmacy. I visited both locations, Hallandale and South Miami and I got very impressed how wonderful service they have and the variety of products. Employees take their time to explain and help to chose the best option. In my case, we buy Ezycare Adult Brief every time and those are fantastic, also the best price in Miami.

My husband and I always make a trip to Locatel when we are visiting. We like the assortment and selection of their products. We do not however love the cashier. She is very rude, impatient and her customer service skills need improvement. I will take pause before I visit this store again. What a shame.

I Love locatel their selection of products are great and some rare to find items I know I can find them here. I gave it a 3 star because of my experience with customer service, there is one particular cashier ( Nicoletta) that is very rude and unprofessional, just today I called and immediately recognized her as she choose to ignore my call and forward it to another line where a voicemail would take care of me. I ended up talking to the manager about this as I had to drive all the way there instead of finding the person to help me on the phone.

And I want to tell you about the terrible thing of all enrage this pharmacy today I tried to return my product I didn’t bring it when I asked the manager that it is impossible according to the law to hand over the goods I was told that this is due to pandas but it’s not according to the law, I have the right to hand over goods that I didn’t use and I didn’t buy them 24 hours ago. As the seller ran and began to defend her manager and started yelling at me, I started recording this on a video, I didn’t record their faces, but I recorded in the situation so that they confirm that they, in accordance with the law, cannot accept my goods back.Cockroaches are also present in this establishment! I was treated disgustingly by management. I purchased hand sanitizer for $40 that can be found at Costco for $20. I took it home for safekeeping in case of the pandemic. When I went to open the box, I noticed the entire bottle had a leak which destroyed my sofa. I brought the damaged product to the store and a management not only refused to refund me but they also refused to give me the owners number so that I can file a formal complaint. I’ve never seen such a disgusting manner towards a customer for an item that was their responsibility to sell without damage.

This place is a normal Pharmacy just like anywhere else, except that they also have more specialized medical equipment for purchase and they also have a full optical department as well.Then customer service in the store is normal just like anywhere else, I wouldnt say that its great and I wouldnt say that its bad either

This place has a large stock of vitamins especially zinc, that is very rare to find. Zinc is good to support the immune system.

And where does the state look when they give the right to open such institutions under the name pharmacy. Today I observed a situation about which I cannot but write here. The manager of this eatery and the cashier - they are completely lacking professionalism - the cashier stood and yelled at the young man - because he brought in the goods that he bought yesterday and did not even open it - today he brought with a check to return back. Perhaps I would not have written anything here, since the lawyer is a very egregious situation. If that young man is reading this text, contact me. This pharmacy violates the law on several points.

Love this pharmacy. They have everything you need. They have a great selection of vitamins and supplements and the staff to help you in that department are pretty knowledgeable and have great suggestions to help get you the right supplement for what ails you. Excellent assortment and service

I ordered vitamins, masks and gloves.They only delivered the vitamins. They charge almost $6.00 for delivery. No way to track the rest of the order , nobody answers a phone call and mailbox is full!! I WOULD have ordered this from amazon. If they did not have supplies they should not have taken the order and my money.

Worst front desk staff ever! I am a practicing physician and have stopped in here for little things here and there for over 2 years rather than wait for a McKesson delivery of products. NEVER AGAIN! The audacity to try to mandate me wearing a mask which is simply a CDC recommendation, and not a law. This is unacceptable, arbitrary, unfounded in medical practice, as well as offensive. I will be informing all my patients, friends, and acquaintances of the belligerent behavior of the SCREAMING check out women lying saying its a law. Of which - they failed to prove after stating the could prove. Im very disappointed

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Dont agree with the people that say that employees are not friendly. I found this store AMAZING, they are always smiling, and willing to help you regarding anything you need. So much better than CVS and Wallgreens.I dont know why people only take the time to put bad reviews, instead of using this tool to be helpful to others when it comes to medicine and items available; and being thankful for what actually worked. Locatel always has a huge inventory of medicine, food and beauty supplies, dont hesitate in visiting their stores.

If there was a way to give this pharmacy 0 stars then that would be the rating I would give this place, the customer service is terrible, the staff is extremely rude as if they did not want to be there. The manager kicked me out of the store because it was closing time and he completely disregarded the fact that I had entered the store 10 minutes before closing time and had looked for help but all staff was rude and refused to help, once I did get help I was told to leave immediately. I do NOT recommend going to this pharmacy and I will not be making any purchases here in the near future

Called a customer service to ask the price for a specific diapers, and lady was complaining that I called with such a question to another lady, how rude and unprofessional that was! She said why they dont come and see? I live in a 100 miles and I Couldnt just come for nothing. I would highly recommend to work better on communication skills and be more professional.

I called this place yesterday and apparently they want to charge people for EVERYTHING. No one would believe me if I wrote what their proposal was, but believe me, it was outrageous! Another place insisted that they come out to take a look (and of course charge for travel and time). I would have brought it in myself. Regardless, I wont go to these two places, which are close to me (one in Hollywood on Federal and one especially on Hallandale Beach Blvd.) I ended up calling Statewide Mobility, Inc. and a professional, ethical man named Drew simply asked me a few questions and ta-da! Situation resolved. Dont waste your time and money here.

This is the experience my wife had in Locatel store:Locatel Hallandale use to be one of my favorites stores. I use to buy things there at least once a week since they opened, over 10 years ago. Im very polite, I dont like to talk too much, I dont like to argue with anybody and, I always try to avoid any dispute.Everything was apparently fine until one day.That day was Saturday, November 29th, 2014. I had the worst experience as a customer in my life. Ive been treated as a thief without any reasoning. This individual, her name is Yael Zovi, is very disrespectful, unreasonable, impolite and, dangerous to work with customers.I was doing my shopping as usual and then I was getting ready to pay at the cash register.At that time, the cashier, I dont know the name, and this person, Yael Zovi, which called herself manager started to aggress me verbally and insinuating that I was stealing something from the store without any reason and she was keep mentioning that they have cameras. This person, Yael Zovi, asked the cashier if she saw me putting something in my purse. The cashier answer was No. I was shocked about their attitude and I canceled the transaction (was about 180.00$), then I told them that Im a customer there since opening and Ive never been treated so disrespectful. You cannot imagine what I went through. I tried to defend myself, I even wanted to show them the interior of my purse but they wouldnt listen to me. Then I asked their names and they wouldnt give it to me. I took their pictures and at this moment Yael Zovi got so angry and literally started screaming at me that she wanted me out of there and to not go there anymore because Im not welcome. I wanted to call the Police because it was inacceptable to treat a customer this way. I was rushing to pick up my daughter from math lessons so I left. Besides that, I had a cold too that day and my condition got worst because of that experience. I was shocked, I was crying and I couldnt believe it what was happening to me.Next day, I went speak to the owner, Maurice Raul, but he was not really listening to me and he didnt try to help me out or to save the situation. I also I went to Hallandale Police to complain but they couldnt help me. It wasnt that important since they didnt touch me.Nowadays, that individual, Yael Zovi, still works there without any problems. Probably she had been promoted Manager, ironically. This situation is really pathetic and I will never go there ever in my entire life!I will never recommend this store to anybody! Even now after nearly 6 months, I still didnt find peace after what happened to me that day!Thats why Im writing this review because people need to know what to expect in that place.

Very poor customer service . I came there January 18th to purchase some fish oil pills...I went directly to the pharmacist and asked if she new of any brand that would not cause the burping up of the aftertaste of fish oil. She directed one of the employees to show me some burbless fish oil...Based upon the women who helped me I choose to buy one that she assured me would not have aftertaste of fish oil...So i bought it tried it and i was burping up the fish oil taste all day....I brought it back immediately the next day and ask for a refund...The manager said we cant give refunds its store policy...I explained the situation to her and she repeated the store policy. I told her that i would have not bought the product if it was nt for the recommendation made by store clerk...She again repeated the store policy in her stoic manner.I tossed the item on the counter feeling frustrated and told her she could keep it...and i walked out and said that i would never come back to this store again...I then went back about a minute latter and asked to see if i could at least exchange it for another brand...And she once again in her stoic manner repeated the store policy....If the folks who are in charge of helping customer do not know enough the products in your store then they shouldnt be making recommendations. They should just admit they dont know...I have been a frequent customer of CVS and NEVER had a problem bringing an item back if i was not satisfied with it....My experience with them has been stellar...They make every effort to try to be helpful. Their demeanor is friendly, warm and accommodating...The manager I dealt with at your store on that day was none of these things.....I am not one to complain but after my experience with your store manager i needed to voice my opinion....Trish Keporos...
