Worst customer service. After waiting a year I finally received my merch and logo was not centered as I clearly described on previous emails. Since it looks good for the staff they refuse to reprint or refund. This is beyond unacceptable customer service. Now I’m stuck with product I can’t use.Do yourself a favor and use someone else

If I could give less stars I would. The lack of customer service is insane its actually just a lack of respect in general from the Art Department Dean all the way up to the owner Johnny. The lack of care also shows in the products they print, quality control is non existent and unlike respectable companies when they make a mistake they make no attempt to make it right. They procrastinate till damn near the deadline and then when they give you a incorrect product have no time to correct nor the inclination to. I would advise against anyone using them for any printing needs there are plenty of reputable and respectable businesses who can offer similar and better prices.

STAY AWAY! Rude, terrible customer service, and even worse quality control! If i could give Swago zero stars i would. Ive had hundreds of items printed with them and still no effort on their part to fix issues they created (undersized, and crooked logo!). Even if you make your request very clear in writing Dean in the art department will completely ignore it. When i picked up my shirts and started to sort through them i realized they printed the logo completely off center and some shirts were very close to the collar and some closer to the middle of the shirt. When i reached out to them with the issue the owner Jonny completely brushed me off and offered no real solutions to the issue. After hours of going back and forth with his secretary and negotiating ideas that i had to form a solution they agreed to give me a partial refund. At this time Jonny never tried to reach out to apologize for the terrible service or quality control. I am never giving them my business again, and i implore anyone reading this to do the same.

We have been using swago for our company t shirts since 2008 and so far we have always had the product delivered on time and as it was ordered. Thank you from KB Green

The owner of this company is very rude and does not pay attention to the client. I would never use this company.
