As a designer this was the worst experience of my career. They cancel orders without notifying, they took $808.61 out of my account and claim they never received the money. Even after I have shown them screenshots of the money being taken out of my account they still claim the card was declined. Not only did they steal $808.61 out of my account without me receiving the product this is also the SECOND time it happened with the same item. First time I saw it being canceled (with out notifying me) and they gave me an additional 10% discount, second time they ordered it and took money claimed they haven’t received funds. I have sent bank statements but nothing seems to be helping.At this point I’m just going to charge my money back or hire an attorney.I have been passed from the editing department to business sales department. This is a changing table for a baby and that baby is going to be born in two weeks!! I ordered it in April it is now mid may!!!

Best find. Surprised to turn corner around valet area and find this amazing store. I have been buying from the catalogue and having g stuff shipped so was pleased to find a store near me. Good size and selection. Love to browse the sale areas and the store ways smells great. Cant wait to be back.

I received a wonderful gift of a popcorn/snack maker but It was too big so I wanted to return it to my local store. The initial salesperson was not happy I was returning this item. She indicated they don’t take food items (popcorn and salt in sealed containers) as returns. Ok fine. She checked on the popper that was now on sale. She informed me they were NOT OBLIGATED to take any sale items. I politely asked if they could make an exception (since another sales person helped me find one of their poppers online that was smaller). I was told no. That was it. I don’t shop here much but now I won’t at all. I wasn’t asking for a cash refund - I planned on just getting something I could use. With so many options for shoppers, (there was only one other person in the store) I would hope people would care about making sure shoppers are happy. Not at this store.

I got a very bad experience from this store, starting with her manager called Blanca lapinskas; which is a totally disorganized person in what he does and with a lot of lack of ethics to be a manager of said company, I worked in your store for a few weeks which I resigned due to poor execution and lack of orientation in it almost 2 months later I called So that they will pay me the days that I work since the lady never contacted me or sent me a message for said payment of which they only paid me 2 days and I was in their store for almost 3 weeks a real lack of respect to the work done , I hope and serve as an example to people interested in working there, and as for your manager to change his attitude or take an intensive course in business performance and communication since he very much needs to add it to his job resume ...

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. Unfortunately has in many other businesses some employees seem to not want to be there.

Love love love William-Sonoma! Could spend a day and a paycheck here. Staff are friendly and accomodating. Glad theres still a location on South Beach, even though its no longer on Lincoln Road and its a much smaller store.

I love this place, always you will find something useful for your home, the place is very dynamic with the variety, the costumer service is awesome, they show you the options and also they help you calling other stores where to found it if the inventory is running out. Our kitchen is full of it products and we recommend it to everyone. Many of the Christmas gifts are from here.

Despite the fact we walked in a few minutes before closing time, employees did not rush us. Cashier was very helpful and took great care in packing our items. Well be back soon!

The worst place on earth, people are extremely rude, they just dont follow corporate policies and treat you like garbage. We brought something to exchange and we have the hardest time ever.Corporate should turn your eyes to this store so they dont ruin the image of the company.
