Update: was contacted by a very friendly sales rep that actually wanted my business. Was very kind and emphatic about my experience.Horrible customer service within the last month. When I was able to order water from them the delivery person was great. I liked the water when I was able to get it. No one answered the phone. No one returned messages I left. Was told even though I was able to create an account online the online service has not worked for a long time and I would have to dispute the charge with my bank and pay again over the phone. May have new owners or management. Not impressed at all with customer service.

11/17/2020 Update: After posting this, i finally got through to Manuel the new owner. He arranged to get us 5 gal jugs of water the next day. However, we prepaid $195 for a years worth of water (4/month), and then for some reason we were charged $35 for the first delivery on top of that.And we now understand we are only owed 4 more jugs on our contract so we will be paying almost $20 per jug vs. the $4/jug I signed up for.I dont know about you, but better we move on with a new service than waste any more time.--------Do not use this company! Service is terrible we have been waiting 2 weeks for our scheduled service delivery. We prepaid for the year and it was a big mistake.They don’t answer their phone or return our calls. We are too busy to waste our time calling and calling and emailing.Now we have to dispute the credit card charge.Do not believe the 5 star reviews. This company does not care about their customers.

Worst water! If you want real alkaline, pure, healthy water - dont order from them! Dont make my mistake and drink sink water with horrible taste, pieces of something flowing in it. The delivery service is extremely poor, forgetting your water for a week, leaving it in front of the neighbors door, mistakes, mistakes all the time, you have to call and beg to be fixed, after they have charged you immediately after you call to order. I never got my deposit of 60$ back! Worst service, worst water, overpriced....not to mention the dispense machine broke just a few months after I got it from them...

The service was great and the workers had a pleasant work ethic fast service even with the covid problem the curb side pick up was well organized u put your bottle by the door sit back in your car they come out ut your replacements in your vehicle and its over

I have been ordering water from you guys and today I called to make my regular order for the next two weeks and I was told that you no longer take checks when no one informed me so that’s very bad customer service I’m disabled I depend on the water

Just called this business to inquire about switching my current provider to them. Not only was Heather well if i called in rude it would be an understatement. Her lack of customer service was below this rating. I asked if she could give me information on there services and she replied as if i should know what they do. what do you me you want more information... i advised her that i am looking for an alkaline provider and if they had monthly service or what kind of services did they offer, she was again rude and stated they dont do anything other than deliver when you need it. i asked how this worked with filter and usage her reply was are you trying to tell me what it is, or are you stating a fact or you asking let me know........ WOW if i even had a thought to use this company trust me with a person speaking to potential customers as if they know nothing and should know everything i would now opt to stay away. As a business owner of 6 years and customer service rating of average 5 stars this is unacceptable. i could not imagine treating anyone like this. very poor service.

Best water ever. I extremely picky, and dont have anything to complain about. Water quality is amazing and the staff members or exceptional. Local water supply on demand. I use pure health water at home, and @ my business as well.

I called and asked for 1 gallon of acid water and told her I was on my way she said sure. When I got there she acted like it wasnt her on the phone and said the line was being used for alkaline water after I wasted my time and gas going there. Find another company they dont want small orders.
