Winn-Dixie is a real pleasure to shop at these days. The store has some really good bargains and specials which offset the sometimes higher prices.The store has really stepped-up the look of their produce section. There is always nice & fresh items. Its right up there with Publix.I cant say enough good things about the store employees at this location.They are very friendly and helpful! They should be made aware of the nice job they do for the Winn-Dixie Corporation. They all get positive reviews from us.We hope that Winn-Dixie will continue to do well as we expect to be customers from now on.

Good customer service.

Store management is rude and condescending. Double check your meat. Manager states they get the cheapest meat possible to sell at a discount. Management does not require masks inside the store. Best advice, go to a different Winn-Dixie or go to Publix but, avoid this store like the plague. Long-time customer lost.

Usually has good sales and good selection. However, every time we go to buy meat it is already turning and going bad. Instead of taking it of the shelves they throw discount stickers on it to still try and sell it! The meat department used to be better so I definitely wont be buying meat here ever again!

The only reason it gets 2 Stars is because it was clean. Mind you there was four other people in the store counting me. Not being familiar with the store Im looking for something in particular I ask for help and was ignored. Someone finally did help me but they didnt seem happy about it. I get up to the cashier and with their rewards program I put in my phone number. Now mind you I could have put it in wrong, but Im sure I did not. It did not go through so I verbally gave her my number and she snidely said obviously it didnt go through online for you. I calmly said I got a confirmation email. She is rolled her eyes through my stuff in bags and said goodbye. No people have bad days but at least be polite to others. I will not shop there ever again

Large store, well lit and variety of items. Parking plenty. Items displayed clearly but frozen foods not too appetizing.

Clean store and well stocked. Bought bad ground turkey meat... Still well within time so it should have been fine. Huge hassle over signing up for a club card in the store so finally just did it online. If something is on sale its usually a killer deal otherwise prices are similar or higher than other grocery stores.

This store is very old school, that we love. The employee are personable and helpful. Easy to find products. Also, the best pharmacy aroud!

Have a good experience here needed a few things before our cruise the next day. Stanfords very friendly hopeful and the store was very clean. Some seem to be centrally located and with a nice variety and selection of grocery goods

Great place to shop.

I do not shop here often but when I do it is usually because they have something on special I want. The down side is that I seem to go when they are out of said special or some part of it. The store is clean and the employees are friendly. The deli and meat counters are fairly well stocked and there is always someone on duty when I pass through. The bakery is a bit small but the products are good. Make sure to sign up for their rewards card as a lot of the discounts you can get are through it. You can do it right at the register and it is quick.

Tons of GREAT DEALS ON MEAT! But I will probably go elsewhere for fresh produce.

I was there about 30 minutes before closing, and was one of only a few customers in the store. The cashier was chatting with another employee and did not even acknowledge my presence as she rang up my purchase. Worst customer service ever!!!!

Only thing Id change is putting everything in each isle on the signs at either end, rather than different signs for both ends of one isle so when you come in it looks like only half the merchandise is available. We nearly left without some things we wanted because we didnt see them on the signs at the entrance hall.

The store carries a wide selection of the same item, which is good, it is a clean store and the employees are more then helpful to help you find something.

The store needs a renovation. It needs to be brightened up. Their T-Bone steaks at $3.99 a pound are nice and thick, juicy, tender, and flavorful. It was nice that they steamed my fresh shrimp while I waited. They were perfectly seasoned and steamed.

Changed their discount card and instead of informing me rang up sale item regular price. I took them to the service counter and manager gave discount price but said Id have to go back and see cashier to get application or register for new account. NO,The Winn Dixie stores are awful for customer service. You have to help the cashier pack bags most times and forget anyone taking groceries to your car...- these will be the next stores to close up....

Dont buy meat here its brown and turning. Dairy always has expired stuff. They have decent sales but check the dates because they have a lot of expire stuff on the shelfs. I dont know how they pass a health inspections

Went to the pharmacy even though I live in Winter Haven because the pharmacist keeps my meds in stock when most places wont even tell me over the phone if they have them! He was helpful in helping me save money and filled my 3 scripts in less than 30 mins!

Great bogo deals, great fresh meats and vegetables. Now with the new SE Grocer card you get 1.00 off shopping for every 100 points or 5 cents off gas at shell for every 100 points. To top it off the staff here is absolutely wonderful. They a very friendly and helpful.

The person who attends the pharmacy is without a mask, coughing and sneezing clutching his nose, please the one who knows the health of the establishment the most and does not comply with sanitary regulations, that deserves supervision

Always a great place to shop. As a native Floridian, I grew up with my mother and late grandmother always shopping for their household meats specifically at Winn-Dixie. This location is a relaxing alternative to the next door Wal-Mart and I like their reward points program.

This is the best Winn Dixie that I have been to. Its in Davenport, Florida route 27 they call it Haines City area. Fresh deli food....best fried shrimps ever....

This location could use some improvements. Produce is ok but i find you need to use it quickly. Its def not as good of a quality as say publix. Usually when i go they dont have a lot of the items i need stocked (which in some ways could be a me issue for going maybe a day before they get their truck in). Its fairly clean but def looks a bit run down.

Good ol Winn Dixie. The staff is friendly enough and the store is always clean. What keeps me coming back is the Winn Dixie reward card. There is always something on sale or buy one, get one.If you pay attention to what you are buying, you can save a lot of money compared to Wal Mart or Publix.

I LOVE shopping Winn Dixie but this location has the worst customer service. They need to clean house and hire staff that wants to earn their pay.

Be careful what you buy here after the storm. I bought some Italian sweet cream on Sunday and drank two cups of coffee with it and got food poisoning. That is the only thing I had that other people in the house did not. I was so sick with vomiting . I called them and told them and they didnt seem to care

Stopped at the store on a Thursday at 8:00 pm. One clerk on the register which was plenty for the 3 customers. Lots of empty shelves. Makes me wonder how much longer they will be there.

Tried giving this store another shot today after not shopping here for months. Mistake. As soon as I walked in a manger and employee are yelling at each other in the produce department. Went to the deli section and they had the 9.99 wing buckets on display yet no wings available and it was nearly 5pm for dinner time. Went to get chicken from the warmer....no chicken. No one at deli to ask. Went to service desk to complain and was told nothing was made I’d have to wait 25 minutes. No thanks. Went to Publix.

The pharmacist is a hoot so much fun to talk to while youre waiting on your prescription shes great

I use to be able to come to winne dixie and jump on the buy ine get ones and leave with a full cart of meat for 100$ not anymore spent 50$ for seriously 9 things in buy one get one crazy!!!!! Im taking my business to walmart next time i go shopping less expensive and more food for my money!

Today I wanted to share how amazing the women and men who work here are. I have three children and we made it inside before the rain started. When we went to leave and were checking out at register 5( I always check out here because of the nice woman, shame on me for not remembering her name) the woman who was checking us out offered to watch my kids while I ran out and got the car. We decided to wait a minute to see if the rain would let up, she then proceeded to find an umbrella for us to use which we ended up waiting a little bit longer. Then while still waiting two nice women who were also waiting offered to watch my kids so I could run out and get the car. Not only did they watch them but helped bring my groceries out. I just want them to know how thankful I am for their help and how thankful I am to the employees at Winn Dixie! This is why we will continue to shop here!

Nobody knows anything to assist you with in this store and theres a blonde manager with a nasty attitude and is just too much for me to deal with in a place where I give my money too. I cant pay for rudeness so went next door to Wal-Mart!!

On occasion I just leave my groceries and dont pay for them cause of the card.No I dont want a new card. Bump the card. I believe Winn Dixie is going out of business cause of the card.. This would be your normal supermarket, but I cant give it that rating. Unfortunately its deli counter is very poorly stocked and the same goes for its seafood area.

I tried to buy vitamins with coupons and competitor coupons but the manager said he could not take one competitor coupon fir the 2 items i was buying on top of the manufactures coupon. I ended up leaving without buying anything. I am very aggravated.

Employees r very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Meat dept is superior. Butcher & fish monger always helpful. Cashiers remember ur name.

Winn-Dixie is my favorite store for food they are always well stock on sale items and the Plenti rewards are fantastic. I recommend my Winn-Dixie store at Haines City to shop, youll always save on quality food for the money.
