Customer service is great. But the paint quality is a C+. This company was likely great in the late 90s and early 20s but now paint has made HUGE ADVANCEMENTS and this company has not kept up. They are selling 90s paint in 2021. for 1500 sq feet, I purchased four 5 gallons of the REVO because it required 2 or 3 coats. The Interlock on the doors and trim required 3 coats. If I just went a few more block down I would have saved my self 4 days of painting. This place has okay paint but it will waste your time. Go down the street and get great quality one coat application paint. The paint technology is just advanced and this company is selling obsolete paint now.

The manager guy there is named Ron I believe. He couldnt be nicer! He is so helpful. One time when we were there another guy was in charge and he was so mean and grumpy and so we asked a helper when Ron would be back and we left and returned when Ron was there. Ron goes out of his way for people and seems to personally care and is cheerful and so are the other workers... except that one who was horrible.The place is nice and clean and very neatly organized.

If I need to match a paint or stain color this Is my go to place. I have.a custom woodworking and furniture shop.

By far the best paint store in the area for us. Not only am I very satisfied with the products, the staff at the Hagerstown store are great. They always have my paint matched and ready to pick up when I call it in and do a great job at color matching as well. Very professional crew.

Have been using this store for sometime now, have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. My house was built by Ryan Homes and they have been able to track down all of the paint colors from when my house was built in 2007. Highly recommend usins McCormick paints.

I dont know their names, but both gentlemen that I see when I go in for paint are extremely helpful and courteous. You wont find a better paint anywhere. Even the standard paint is much better than anything you can get at Home Depot or Lowes; their paint is water compared to the coverage of McCormick. Ive tried many paints over the years and this paint is consistent and high quality. The Interlock paint is amazing for painting over oil stained wood without priming. Saved me a ton of time and money and looks great!!

I have delt with McCormick paints for over 30 years. I always use there top of the line paints , unless I have to match a builders grade paint such as Match Point . There Revo line is for superior then there competitors brand both in price and in quality. Not only does there paint cover well , but you can have them make it in any competitors color and its always a perfect match. There staff is extremely knowledgeable of all there products in practically every store you walk in . Over the years Ive seen McCormick make changes to there inventory some things I agree with somethings I dont . They use to be that special store that you could walk in and purchase a pair of high quality painter pants but someone had the bright idea of changing that to s poor quality pair of pants , they use too cary some things that you just couldnt find anywhere else. That would be about my only complaint. Over all 30 years of quality.
