I ordered a tom mount lock on November 29th and still havent received the order. Was told that USPS scanned the package incorrect ?I requested a refund and still have not received it.Was told by them that that since the holiday rush and covid packages are taking longer for delivery but over a month is ridiculous.Terrible customer service and would not order anything from this company.

They have drums and percussion items. A drummers heaven. Comparable prices, give or take depending on what you are looking for. Its a small place but packed to the gills full of drum stuff. Amazing cymbal display.

A beautiful place to go if you are a drummer or just like to play drums. Has a extremely excellent selection of drum symbols to choose from. Looks like art itself just looking at the wall. And has a small Studio room that anyone can take lessons in. I saw more to it than a few drum kits, symbols and drum sticks on what color tips you’d prefer. It’s a definite to go to and check out if you like the drums.

Im a touring drum tech and professional drummer and this is the only shop in the country that always has what I am looking for. When I called for help, the guy on the phone was laid back and friendly and knew his stuff. On top of that, every order Ive placed with them so far has been processed immediately and has shown up earlier than promised. The only bad thing I can think to say is that they arent located in my hometown.

Bought a drum head and some snares for my snare. They even put them on for me. They usually have stuff others dont, but not a very big store so the selection is limited.
