I enjoyed a day of shopping for clothes at the Outlets. My favorite stop was the Rack Room for shoes. Good quality shoes at BOGO half off. Excellent customer service.

I found some really good sales and clothes in this store. I was very happy with how accommodating all the store associates were the entire time I was shopping. I will be back each time I’m in the area.

The best store in Hagerstown. I have been here many times and they always have a deal going on. This is one of the few stores open after the pandemic.

Great discount for that weekend, One of the best times to buy Coats is during the summer time. The floor display was direct and the point...Good customer service..

Most of the stores are closed. Not much to choose from but Yankee Candle was excellent. Food Court was depressing. Ate at Dairy Queen, but not pleased with the help there. Didnt seem to want to be bothered and one server had long hair hanging in her face that she kept touching. Over all, this was a disappointing trip.

Regular Northface store in outlet mall.... they have some good deal like 50% off but they do not have new collection.

Women’s coats: good variety in stock. Price advertised for 40% off but wound up being a much larger discount —closer to 75%—when we got to the register. Very pleased with selection, purchase, service, and the ultimate price.

It was great. They kept track of who was in the store so store capacity never went over. Our shopping trip was successful

Great little place to shop for good stuff

I rarely go to the outlets because the prices are usually barely discounted, but the markdowns here are great. I needed boots as my work boots had died a dramatic death that day, and felt bad going in near closing time, but the staff were super friendly and helpful anyway.

Nice clean outlet store. I cant believe anyone would pay non-outlet prices for these products though. The outlet prices are respectable (seem more in line with what Id expect for these products at retail)...and staff was friendly and helpful.

The best of their outlets that we have visited in this area. Staff is great. Hey, its North Face. Be prepared to get better but pay a little more than the other guys.

I found everything I went for. Plenty of parking. Nice array of stores.

Great selection of coats, hats, vests, raingear and backpacks plus other clothing. Clean and organized store with friendly staff. Some great deals depending on the season. Just picked up 2 coats at 50% off. Great deals. Would highly recommend. Located with plenty of other shopping at the Hagerstown outlets.

Winter or skiing store only. Filled with customers in the summer. I dont get it. LOL

They have big sales going on up to Christmas. So I would recommend that if you were ever thinking of buying and the price was to Rich for you. Then knows the time

I live less than a mile from a retail store but I was visiting family near Hagerstown and stopped by. The staff was really great, but they had no idea that returns could be done at a retail store so I ended up driving another 100mi round trip to return the boots and pants that didnt fit. Thats just obnoxious.

This store lost my business and everyone I know from the lack of respect and the powerful discrimination of the employees that work there. The managers and staff treated my military family and I will racism as well as disrespect to the point we walked out. They used racial slurs when the manager was contacted and nothing was ever taken seriously or handled in the right way. The regional office was called and David cut my conversation short and basically coughed throughout the the whole time I talked to him....again such lack of respect and sympathy. Being that our family travels all over the world this must be the worst store we have ever been in.

Visited this store while attending a Baby Shower in the area and just wanted to take a look however, I came out with a few items and the sale was great and the staff was very friendly
