STEER CLEAR. Tried out the beds and picked the one that felt most comfortable. Get the bed delivered and set up and it feels nothing like the bed we tried out at the store. So many issues with this bed i can write a novel. I went to sleep number based on all the positive reviews only to find out that sleep number gives away free bedding if you give them a perfect rating. Bed is getting returned this week. Dont waste your money.

I cant say enough about this business and the person that helped us!! Made an appointment and the sales lady that helped us was knowledgeable, polite and very easy to work with! We were there for an hour and left with buying a king size bed!! Cant wait to get it!!

We asked if we could sleep there all night she said no.

Purchased top of the line bed 3 years ago that came with a 25 year warranty. Bed is sagging in the middle already. Called company and was told cover needs replaced after only THREE years at a cost of $550. Would never purchase or recommend Sleep Number again.

Just got off the phone with sleep numbers customer service if thats what you call it. They hassled me about returning their glorified air mattress that btw is the most over priced piece of crap ever then they tell you that the adjustable base is non returnable and to top it off you cant use any other mattress on them. So thank you sleep number for a $3000 base that I cant use or return. I highly recommend a temperpedic. Do not buy from sleep number and if you do dont buy the adjustable base until u decide ur happy with the bed otherwise you to will be pissed off that they stuck u with this crap.
