Im always on the hunt for good places to get some work/studying done. Saxbys is cozy, quiet, and has really good coffee. I got the buffalo chicken grilled cheese and it was bomb. The service was friendly.I saw a couple of reviews about issues with finding parking-- I park at the lot behind First Baptist Church off Chestnut St. Its free after 6pm and on weekends :)
Its Saturday evening, and we stopped in on a whim for some hot apple cider just before 6. After the first sip, my fiancé decided to order a grilled cheese. The barista replied, Im sorry, but we just cleaned the grill. Is there anything else I can get you?Who tells someone no who wants to order food over an hour before they close because they cleaned the grill already...?
Been here a few times now and has been impeccable every time. I get a Iced Chai Latte, my boyfriend gets coffee/tea and a double bacon grilled cheese that he says was one of the best he’s ever had! Looking forward to many more visits!
Always a great place for coffee. A little crowded today with students but all in all a great day in downtown Haddonfield.

Food is better quality than most chains, however they often get your mobile order wrong. The last 4/5 times my food mobile order was incorrect. At this point in time I would suggest only ordering in person or skip the food entirely. Coffee is fair at best.

Old white dude that must be the manager is incredibly rude and ALWAYS rushes me to order and generally creates an extremely unwelcoming environment every time I come in. He also wears his mask with his nose hanging out. The employees however are always lovely and welcoming.

Great location. Theyve got a huge selection of flavors for every coffee need. And just their regular drip is delicious too. Theyve got a special for a coffee and an egg sandwich for about $6 which is a great deal. The space inside is nice too. Lots of seating, most of which has available outlets. And theyve got lemon water out for you to grab as needed.

Sometimes, you just need a quiet cup of coffee. Some days, you need a large place where you wont feel crowded, to sit and enjoy time with friends. Saxbys may be a chain, but it provides. Comfortable seating, hot and delicious coffee, a decent food menu with quality food items, and more than enough space to spread out and enjoy.
Absolutely fantastic!!!!! Whatever it was that was made for me, raspberry swirl with whipped cream frozen coffee...cant wait to venture back here

Great spot for coffees and teas of all kinds, lattes, delicious sandwiches, muffins, breads and the like. Wish people spending long amounts of time on their computers would be considerate of the need for turnover in order for businesses like this to thrive and more importantly, allowing people who come to eat/ drink to have a place to sit.
I really enjoy their lattes, they have a lot of creations to choose from. Plus I always order decaf and I dont remember ever getting regular instead. The chocolate chip cookies are very good too!
Alright, sure its a chain coffee place, but at least its a local chain!their coffee is actually good and its a comfortable place to hang out for a little while. way better than that national chain on the corner a couple blocks away,,,,
The atmosphere and products here are some of the best, on occasion they dont get my order correct but I prefer it to the Starbucks down the street overall

It appears to be a popular place with the locals. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The place is clean and the servers are attentive. Their tea and coffee is no different than other coffee places.
Out door seating section was good. Food was delicious. Staff were nice.
Finally got some really friendly and nice staff to go along with some of the best homemade scones in Haddonfield.Always fresh pots of coffee available and a wide assortment of teas. Kicks Starbucks out of the competition, really, where quality and service are concerned.

Love the coffee and vibe, but disappointed with some of the meals I have gotten. Had a sandwich on old bread and the avocado toast has the thinnest layer of avocado spread, and it is clearly not fresh. Otherwise, a great place. Customer service is great.
Another local coffee shop that is great. This town period was pretty amazing! The cappuccino was nice and strong, just perfect! There is a Starbucks at the other end but why go there when you can support a local shop and getter better coffee and service!
A bit pricey like Starbucks but the coffee is much more delicious, with lots of flavors and variations. I also love the sandwiches, which are a lot more tasty and satisfying than typical Starbucks fare.

Nice, regional chain coffee place. Although its not a mom and pop, I dont mind having a place in town where you know what youre gonna get. The coffee and the pastries Ive tried are pretty good but didnt love the smoothie and there are better bagel sandwiches in town. Quiet and comfortable place to do some work or for a meeting.

The pastries werent fresh, multiple occasions. I dont remember who the staff person was and would never want someone to get in trouble, but same person not very pleasant multiple times. Location is very cool though and the caffeine is all there. At the end of the day, Id go back, but I usually end up at the other end of the block. Maybe Ill give it another try.
The smoothies are good. The workers are really friendly and helpful. One huge downside though is that they dont have recycling or compost. Also their straws are compostable, but not the cups. Saxbys should be committed to fully removing plastic from their supply chain and offering composting and recycling facilities.

Quiet place usually not many people. Not much selection of decaf teas, only 3. Should be open later than 8pm; as Starbucks is and was packed w/customers.
New and fun! Close to home and it has the BEST hot chocolate in town!I like being able to switch it up and walk to a new coffee house. I had never heard of Saxbys and was excited by the drink and food selection. the Staff is super nice and helpful. And the store is roomy and clean. Love it.
Just weird. Its Haddonfield so if youre not from there youll most likely not like it. Otherwise its cozy and standard coffee nook fare and ambiance. If youre a hipster youve found your hang.
Nice, bright coffee shop on a busy corner in Haddonfield. This is a great place to meet a friend or business associate for coffee, and the stuffed chairs make a nice comfortable spot if you just wanted to hang out with yourself.
Clean location and quick staff. Nice place to stop as you are walking thru a beautiful neighborhood. Bathrooms are always kept clean and good amount of seating.

This place is great! Service is friendly and quick to remember you, drinks are made well and at a cost comparable to any major coffee place, and the food options are much better than what Starbucks offers. Even on the rare occasions when my drink was incorrectly made, one of the employees asked to make it again for me before i could even mention it to her, plus provided me with a card for a free drink. There are plenty of places in the area to grab coffee, but this should be your go to.
Friendly people work here and eager to please. I wanted to order something that was not on their menu. The man behind the counter was more than happy to fill my request. Now thats great customer service!
Always friendly and make great coffee! Gave a 4 bc they got rid of their scones and their Frozen yogurt. Other than that ...great!Have to edit...THEY JUST ADDED THEIR SCONES BACK! 5 STARS

Saxbys is fantastic. Quality roast coffee, really flavorful and good syrups, delicious tea and fresh food. I have yet to have a bad experience here and Ive been coming here for over two years. They have never made my drink incorrectly, which I really appreciate since Im lactose intolerant. Theyre polite and efficient, even when theyre busy. I definitely recommend them to all coffee aficionados.
Favorite coffee shop, every time I am in the area I get coffee here. My favorite being and iced cafe Vienna, creamy coconut is also on my list. I go here sometimes to study as well or just to get a warm chocolate croissant.
Fantastic coffee and great service. Good place to take the kids or sit and work with your laptop. Good isnt amazing but theyre really just about the coffee.

I visit Saxbys 2-3x a week and I really love this place! The Haddonfield setting adds to the experience. Its a testament to Saxbys that I had no idea it was a franchise until a few months ago.The service is usually excellent. Every once in a while Im taken care of by someone who is providing perfunctory service, but this is not usual.I love reading my newspaper while enjoying my coffee and a snack. The leather-like comfy chairs positioned by the window are an extra treat.All in all, I would highly recommend a visit, and weather permitting, sit outside and enjoy the people, sights and energies of beautiful and historic Haddonfield!

The coffee is the best in the area. The service is hit or miss. The two guys whove been around the longest can be pretty rude, but all the newer baristas a pretty customer service oriented. Id give it 5 stars if it werent for the lackluster service.
During my journey 5k walk Saxbys is the best pit stop for me. Had a bowl of shrimp corn chowder with bagel chips! Awesome!
Coffee and pastry were very good. Barista was also very nice and helpful. However, Saxbys seems to be running a date care center in Haddonfield. Children running back-and-forth screaming constantly. I was there for about 35 minutes. It went on the entire time I was there. I was trying to do the necessary work while enjoying my coffee. This was impossible due to these out of control children. I wont be back ...at least not anytime in the morning or afternoon. Maybe Ill try evening sometime.

Went there last weekend on Sunday is beautiful outside walking around downtown stopped in grab the sandwich it was the best sandwich that Ive ever had the bread was awesome and it was just made perfect its a very cozy little spot
Cant complain about the food and beverages, but I once received terrible service there from one of the employees. From reading the other reviews it seems like most of the other employees are friendly, but this one man was very rude to me while I was ordering and impatient when I asked a question regarding the menu.
