Would not recommend going here for flu shot . Seem very disorganized at a time that was supposedly less busy than usual. 2 people were there before us - we waited over an hour in an area that eventually became more crowded than we were comfortable with. Not a good experience!

Have been a rite aide customer for many years. This would be a five star rating save for the fact that they are understaffed and have been for quite a while. The people who work there are fantastic it’s just too bad they don’t hire more.

I went for a drive through Covid test and the pharmacist at the window was just great! So friendly and gave me detailed instructions. Very friendly and courteous.

Me and my wife went for a drive through Covid test an they said 24 hours we will get our results back it been almost 7 days and we still didnt get our results back yet Worse place ever.

Omg the store is horrible, the stuff in pharmacy really slow , looks like people learning how to do their job over here

Went for a Covid test on Friday evening. Woman that came to the drive up had the WORST attitude imaginable. Was very short and nasty, even walked away from the window while I was administering the test on myself. When I was told that it would take 2-5 days back with results, I questioned why so long and she said “yep, whatever”Will never go back to this Pharmacy!

The lady who attends the drive thru is unkind and rude. she does not attend well.

First time picking up a prescription here, out of connivence. And she super rude. All because I wanted to use a coupon for my prescription. Told her forget it and went on my way. didn’t even ask me if I had any questions about the medication- Will continue to use CVS on main st instead..

Impeccable customer service. I love coming in here to get what I need, especially since I live near this Rite Aid. The older gentleman who works in the front in the AMs always helps me when I come in looking for a specific item. The other day, I went there and Mallory helped me found what I needed essentially for my car. I thought they weren’t going to have the product, but she knew exactly what I was talking about. I was happy with the purchase! Overall, the store is neat and I don’t have any complaints. Keep up the great work!

Was my first time going to this Pharmacy and I hope the last one. I went there and I received such a bad service and attention at the pharmacy by an old woman. She was rude, no polite at all, so I decided to leave and come back another day. The following day I called the pharmacy and a young voice received my call and was very nice, polite and helpful. So I went to pick up my prescription again and that old woman at the pharmacy was there and received me again. Second time,very rude, bad attention, not professional at all.

I have experienced only friendly and helpful clerks each time I have visited this location. In fact, the folks at the front register almost always greet people as they walk in. This store has a nice variety of merchandise, although nowhere near the selection as Wal-Mart. However, they do sock what I need so thats all that matters!

Only had one car in front of me which took 20 minutes and then when I got to the window the lady didnt even get my name or say hi. I called her then she left. she was slow and cant multitasking

As always great customer service even though it was a different rite aid then our normal, which didnt have the meds we needed so they found another rite aid location on my way home, verified they had the medication and sent over the information. It was ready when I got here just like they said and very pleasant woman at the window for medication pick up!!!

I actually really like this little rite aid, its so convenient and they have a lot of products and brands that Walmart and target dont carry, sometimes can find great deals for cosmetics/beauty/toiletries. Ive never had trouble returning or exchanging anything

I have a mixed opinion on this pharmacy. Most times they are helpful and great, other times... absolutely terrible experiences.

The pharmacy is one of the best Ive ever been to. The cashiers are always very kind and helpful and answer all questions. Theres never any problems with the prescriptions and all bad reviews are very inaccurate. 10/10 would reccomend.

Always a difficult experience. A week to special order a common medication is unacceptable!Moved on to CVS and they are always competent and accommodating.

Honestly the WORST drug store experiences I have ever had. All of the employees are dismissive and INCREDIBLY rude. On one occasion, the boy that was checking me out loudly reported to his coworker every item I was buying, and proceeded to make fun of me for needing tampons and other sensitive items. He did so so loudly that one customer actually stepped up and defended me and when I asked to see the manager I was mocked further and left the store embarrassed and in tears. That was a year ago. I went back for the first time the other day thinking that it couldnt be as bad as I remembered. I had ordered photos to be printed and went to pick them up. I went up and asked for assistance as to where to go and before I could even get out my entire question was responded to angrily with NO. NO WE DONT HAVE ANY OF YOUR PHOTOS OKAY? Maybe they fell off the truck. When I insisted that I had ordered them, and apologized and asked when they might be ready another employee came up and responded with We dont have any frickin idea okay? We dont know. Go to another store. The manager walked up during this time and looked at me and said We dont know what you want from us, we cant help you. Then they proceeded to talk amongst themselves about how much they hated an approaching customer. Honestly, this place is absolutely disgusting.

Pharmacist is a joke.. Dropped off a prescription and indicated I would be waiting for it...45 minutes after listening to her complain about everything under the sun, I go to pick up my meds and she never started them.

Very disappointed website says closed at 9pm not at 5 pm I need my medication but now I have to wait a full day in order to get them because your website says one thing and your store does another thing

Thoroughly disgusted! They either give me the wrong script or I have to wait a week for them to get it in. This time I am told the script doesnt go by the day its filled but my the day you pick it up to refill. Said it would be ready today. Now they tell me tomorrow. Getting really aggravated with this whole store!!!

Total ripoff BUY ONE GET ONE FREE supplements B12 paid 15.99 with rite aid customer card ..on amazon same 150(75*2)$6+$6 bottle tablets for $12 they just cheat customers ..nothing is free ...just trying to up-sell the products...
