Target drive up orders are fantastic!!! Great for moms. Shop from home and go pick up. Orders come out very quickly...

It took less than 2 minutes to check in and have a Target employee bring out my order. He was polite and had a smile in his tone of voice.

What is there NOT to like about Target? (Dont ask hubby that; he often winds up napping in the car, while I fill an entire cart, when all we needed were Q-Tips, ha ha).There is a Starbucks inside of Target. Expensive, but arent all Starbucks products and locations overpriced? Regardless, a nice treat every now and then, especially for someone not too keen on coffee.Also, inside of Target, is a pharmacy. If I recall correctly, its a CVS. The pharmacy manager (I feel terrible forgetting her name), was extremely patient, kind, and comforting towards my husband; a very nervous patient in any medical setting.The location is EXTREMELY convenient for people within or around the Hackettstown/Mount Olive area, as it is directly off NJ Route 46 between the two towns. The store is very large, bright, seemingly hygienic, as well as open and spacious.The employees Ive encountered have been nothing less than helpful, polite, and very friendly. Though, being as the store is relatively new (10 years, give or take a few), I do forget about it pretty often.Theres also a major bank in the same car park area, though Im unsure which bank it is.Overall, Target has a huge selection of pretty much everything you need and want. They also have plenty of stuff you didnt even know you needed or wanted.

Cashier was very nice. Love Target. Store is always so clean and pretty. I live in NE Pa and we dont have a Target. I only get to go when I visit my daughter in Hackettstown. I wish theyd put one by me

Cleaned the perimeter of their store free of charge and they wouldn’t let me put their trash in their dumpster! Had to put the trash in my car to properly dispose of it. Otherwise the store and staff are above average in terms of Target stores.

I love the one stop shopping for all my needs on my list. Usually this store is better stocked found it less stocked this time. I’m guessing it has to do with this pandemic but nevertheless I still love shopping in one place for everything on my list and for everyone on my list. So glad to have Target nearby!!

The pick up team is very fast with getting my orders! Way faster than other retailers. Its great for busy people like myself. Also they have the option to have someone else other than you to pick up your items for you, which is a great feature! Love that they also text you and email you when your order is placed and when its ready for pick up. Makes shopping so easy and convenient!

I explained it to a manager by the registers, even though it happened somewhere else in the store and he immediately made it clear it would be taken care of. I was filling an RX and the lead pharmacist was very rude. This is NOT the first time. The last time I swore off this pharmacy she made me yell out my information (private info) in front of other customers. This time she ignored me for 10 minutes and then her tech acted like she knew everything about my insurance since she has been a tech for 7 years (Ive had my insurance for 20 and used it at CVS for as long) and proceeded to undermine me and belittle me. She ended up wrong. I have complained in the past to CVS but since she brings in so much money and saves them just as much they wont do anything. Save your breathe and your money...they dont need it...go anywhere else. I even worked for CVS for a long time and we were never allowed to treat customers this way. Very sad.

Called to ask about the Fisher price rock and play recall and was told sure come down they will give full refund. Pack my son up and drive here to be told I will get $25 back only! Because I have no receipt. Its still in the box and less than 20 months old and was around $130. Recalls killing babies and thats the customer service gotten here

I stopped at the CVS indoors. Its bad enough not feeling well. Cvs Cashier was robotic at best.

My 1 and a half year old daughter left her blanket in the shopping cart. Tyler from the target team got my frantic call that it was lost and went out in the freezing rain and found it for us. Thank you so much, Tyler!

Nice set up and I can get almost everything I need. I visit here a lot and they have everything ranging from food to electronics to clothing. I have yet to have a problem and am satisfied each time I got. They also just added self checkout lines that are perfect if you want to be in and out fast.

This has to be the worst target!! Every time I go to get orangic milk for my kids I either get the last one or theres none. Any time I buy bread it never seems fresh. Dollar spot is not stocked like other stores. Last time I tried to buy flour there were holes in all the bags. Food selection sucks.

Decent selection of items at reasonable prices. Quality of off-branded items is about average, but not bad for the price. Good value. Website database could use some work. Listed the item as at the Stroudsburg location when it was not. Listed the item at another location which, after I ordered, I was informed that THAT store didnt have it either. The third location showed it as there and indeed it was! Inconvenient to display faulty information (or have a long lag time between in-stock checking).

There are some major great deals - and the checkout people are fantastic! Never get annoyed with me and my lack of figuring out Cartwheel. Get a Target Redcard. Even though W may be cheaper many times, Target has some amazing deals that show up. Also, Target has things I purchase that the other doesnt.

Found what I needed, what I didnt like is what I call The junk drawer its that section right up front where items are inexpensive and the customers just toss things everywhere and not back where they belong, what a mess! The cashier was very nice and helpful!

Went to get some clothes for my son, but the Boys section had a lot of empty shelves. So I just what I can get for him (so that its not time wasted) and left. Was looking for boys pants, but the choices were very few.

Love Target, & this one is great. Only problem Ive had lately are the sale racks. Theyve been very disorganized & barely have any plus sizes on sale. Same at the Phillipsburg Target. It used to be my go-to sale sight, but theres not much to find anymore.

I walked in around 6:30 to get a bathroom cleaner. I couldn’t find it and went to “guest service” to find that no one was there. I looked around me and found a series of workers mingling with eachother near the self checkout area. Before hand I called guest service to see if they had this cleaner. But it kept ringing for two minutes until I eventually hung up and came in. I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service I was supposed to receive as I left the store and took my business elsewhere.

So I had an amazing experience going here! I called and spoke to Peter for a costume, it was the last one and he put it away for me. Not only that but when I went 10/29/17 it was raining hard and I got to target and Peter was ready for me, I thank him so much! He helped me to get to the aisle of costumes! When I got to the register! The girl so sweet! I drove 56 minutes from Home and I’m glad I did! Great team they have in Hackettstown!! From Passaic,NJ👍🏻

Decent store. Rarely have shirts, pants or shoes in my size, though its a common size. Dont recommend the company as a whole.RedCard may seem nice for discounts but there is no customer service. They do NOT care about you as a customer. They want your money and thats it.Prices are not great. Food selection is not great. Other item selection is, not great. Most food products cost the same or more than the supermarket!! If they even have the item youre looking for.DO NOT sign up for the RedCard!! Its not worth the savings they fake you in to believing you get!

I went to 2 Walmart to buy a TV, nobody was interested in helping me. I learned Target sold TVs and the moment I walked into electronics Drew helped me and Chris helped load it. Walmart lost a sale twice.
