This is a clean, well stocked supermarket with a wide selection of reasonably priced food and sundries. The deli made me an excellent sandwich today and the service here is very good. There is a Starbucks inside the store, also. They do delivery and curbside pick up. A very good place to shop!

Was racially profiled while shopping here.. twice! Definitely didn’t like the managers immediately questioning me upon self-checkout like I was a criminal just for using my rewards on the vons app. If they don’t know how their own vons rewards system works, get some training done instead of following me around and hovering over me.

Got groceries from here one time and one of the ready food products went bad so I called and came back within minutes they exchanged for the exact same thing always helpful

First time they have self checkout. Nothing really particularly stands out. You have everything you need in store. On a few occasions, I bought their 8 pieces mango habanero chicken (2 wings, 2 legs, and 2 thighs.) Theyre very tender and tasty compared to Costcos rotisserie chicken. The store feels nostalgic like youre in 1960s.

The last traditional supermarket in Hacienda its the go to for things like bernaise sauce and a filet mignon.

I love buying flowers here but today I received a very bad attitude from cashier Oscar when asked him for something. Looks he did not wanted to work there. Knowing he has to deal with customers all day, he should ask to be in different area. And not show bad customer service. Hopefully hes future days are better. God bless him

I know people say Vons has high prices, but I love this store. I know were everything is and I know the checkers. They keep the baskets disinfected and they have an open bathroom. I dont need a case of anything like some stores sell and I find Vons more pleasant to shop in than Walmart. If it costs a little more its worth it to support good union jobs.

Quality is hit or miss, and lots of items are market up by a few bucks with no option of price matching.The new self-checkout machines are nice but they need to have the audio turned off. Nobody wants to hear them.

Friendly cashiers. Pretty typical selections. They no longer have hot soups... hope it will come back after cov19. There is self check out now. One star off because there isnt a great snacks selection.

Great Deal on Hot Chicken Meals, but they only had 2 checkers open and long lines. My food was cold before I was out the door. Poor management for not scheduling enough staff. I watched man go trader out his ice cream because it was melting while we were in line waiting. Im usually a fan of this Vons because I grew up in the area but every time I come to visit my mom I try not to go to Vons if I dont absolutely have to for her.

The people giving this place 5 stores shouldn’t be allowed to review/rate businesses. The main doors to this building are eighth next to the bakery, where all the bread is left exposed and in the open. It’s gross and the breads that look good are basically untouchable because of flies and other insects. Even if they didn’t have insects all over the bread, that stuff goes stale quickly.The deli sucks. Even when the food is “fresh”, it still tastes old. It isn’t the employees fault but that doesn’t change the fact that we refuse to eat the deli prepared goods.The lines are just lazy. They have a bunch of cash registers that never get used. It’s kind of like, why even have them? Basically you’ll wait 15 minutes just to buy a cupcake that isn’t even special to begin with.

The fact that not too many lines are open its a big deal. I remember, back in the day when you would have more than three customers a new register would open. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Vons is so awesome... Makes me sentimental for lunch off campus at Safeway, Bainbridge Island location as a freshman in high school. Up there they have corn dogs and chinese in the deli ;!

Von Deli In Hacienda Heights is the beat. They really came through for me today. I needed 50 pieces of fried chicken ASAP and had it all ready for me within 30 minutes. They also made me a delicious sandwich for my lunch that I ate while I waited for the chicken. Thanks again Vons I really appreciate their hard work.

The thai tea flavor is unique and awesome :) They have a lot to choose from, but it gets pricey. Expect to spend $5 for a satisfied single person. It can get crowded, but like any desert shop, the crowds come in waves. Great atmosphere.

Vons is good store on food quality and service, but PARKING is big issue. Between Monday - Friday, is very hard to find space. Please result this issue. I understand that may cause some time to communicate between store and store but you may consider put signs on the floor Only for “Vons Shopping”, because Shopping customers are in and out not like office workers who takes spots for 8 hours.

I really like this Vons. I have been to the store many times and its a little bit on the smaller side and its a little bit expensive. We can here to pick up a birthday cake and candles luckily we had ordered it in advance and it was ready to go but the name was misspelled and the candles were like $7.

I Like Vons

Vons is one of the few American brands left in the area and have items that some of the other stores dont have.

Since they have remodeled I have notice a significant increase in their prices almost that of a Pavilions

Convenient to places i shop in that center. Vons has good prices if you sign up for the discounts & sales u get those specials! Nice store, clean, fresh fruit and vegetables. Also has a bakery yummy too! I always find what I need at Vons.

Retired disabled first responder was waiting in line like everybody else the female clerk just abruptly because it was her break and I was the last one in line just left me hanging there with all my groceries on the belt no consideration so rude spoke to management they said they would deal with her very poor example of what our society has come to and customer service
