This store hid some accidentally donation with high designer items, Burberry etc. Returned in 20 mins and they refused to give it back with the donation receipt. Came back acting weird and promised to call back…items never reached the shelves..

Smaller store with less space but found some nifty products. Near a more well-to-do area so the stuff was generally nice-ish. It always feels like I’m wading through a pile of junk but there are great finds to be had, for sure

They tried to sell an item that was on hold and was already sold. Very shady indeed.

Went in for shoes and a book.All the shoes were mismatches all over the shelves, and found a few suicide notes in the books.The woman up front was very, very nice. Although, she was completely alone on the sales floor. The kids working in the back were all doped out.The woman up front called for someone to unlock the door to the restroom multiple times & no one came until she left the register to go open it herself.That woman needs a raise, and the kids working in the back should be fired immediately.P.S. there was an overdose in the parking lot - might possibly be the kids working in the backs drug buddy.

I am a frequent shopper at Hacienda Heights Goodwill and although I shop at number of local Goodwills, this one is my favorite! I am always greeted with a sincere hello and this team is keeping this store in tip-top shape. This is a great management team. Patrick, Yvonne and Jessica make a great team-I have noticed the racks are tidy and not too stuffed with clothes which makes it pleasant to ship there. And there is obviously some thought out into the store displays! Delmi, Ricky, Jonah, Maria and Chandra are always ready to help and I’m always glad to see them. I know there are more people on this team behind the scenes and everyone plays an important part in the operation of this store. But these are some of the ones I know by name and they know mine. So this is just a shout out to this great team.Kathy Preston

Sorry Pablo, you guys lost a loyal customer today. Love how you said that that’s not your problem, go to the goodwill location that sold you it and tell them to fix it. The box of lipsticks that your organization sold me today has a warning concerning the ingredients that are known to cause cancer. You guys seriously expect me to put that on my lips? Makes me wonder if you guys are selling recalled items or other products that have been removed off the shelves. That was a real snooty attitude. Thanks, well done!

The store is very neatly arranged. This makes it easy to browse. There was a nice selection of items. The staff was very helpful and patient. I loved it and will definitely shop here again.

Excellent customer services, clean and well organized

Nice little place to shop, always finding something good. Chill environment and classic rock at a moderate volume. My fav Goodwill so far.

This store is good and have nice people but I saw a guy with white shirt, black pants, has blue apron on, wears gloves and glasses and has a short beard who is slow and not a helpful guy. But hey this store has good items and the cashiers are nice and very friendly.

Today was an ok day, it was busy at different parts of the day.

This place is ok for a quick look. Sometimes you can get lucky Goodwill hunting here. Its hit or miss but worth a look because you never know what you might find.

Arrived to drop off a computer chair in the back but no one was there to accept the item, so I wanted to do the right thing and wait for someone to look at the item and make sure it is a valid donation, so I called the store and was rudely told by a female on the phone, “well, if it’s a chair, just drop it off then.” Great first impression, guys. Will not be donating anything else here.

Nice place to find something not in your mind

The workers are always nice so is the manager always find good stuff

Way too overpriced. Some of the kids clothing are way too expensive. If Im going to pay $5 for a used faded shirt, Id rather go to old navy or Gap, and pay that same price for a brand new one. And the staff isnt too friendly either, if something doesnt have a price they look at you as if you pulled it off on purpose. Id rather just avoid this store all together.

They dont have a huge array of electronics but its cool if you want a shirt or two. Also one of the special workers got spit on me.

Goodwiill great theift shop

Nice enough, on the smaller side but theres still plenty to choose from. Water fountain is a nice touch too.

There are good brand clothes, I prefer to go to this store and buy good brands than to buy them in the mall and of course I know that they are second-rate clothes but very good and in very good condition. I have bought shirts from República banana annas for 6 dollars.

Donate clothes, buy clothes, donate convenience in the back door warehouse, buy cheap
