Mike is the man. Taught my son excellent Jiu Jitzu skills that he brought with him to competition and the real world. Here everyone is family. All the instructors have been in the ring. They bring that experience from the cage to the classroom. The Hybrid Striking class is great. Sparring sessions once a week keeps you sharp. The kick boxing is awesome cardio giving you a chance to learn excellent boxing combos and you get to perform high intensity bag work. Everything you need is here.

Found them through a co-worker, I was looking for a place for my oldest son to train. From day one they have been absolutely amazing to deal with. Inviting atmosphere for any level of training, Coach South has an amazing way with the children. Liked it so much I joined as well as my oldest daughter and a few of her friends. Cant say enough good things about all of these people. Coach Mike, Will, Jordan you guys are amazing and thanks!!

Beware of their contracts!! Apparently when you sign a contract for 1 year, it automatically renews and no one contacts you to remind you. We had to stop attending due to injuries and knew we had to pay the last few months but it automatically renewed and now they say we still have to pay yet ANOTHER month!! Even though the contract ended in September!! Also, you cant talk to anyone who actually works there about it, they give you a 1-800 number and a generic email address to try and get ahold of a human being!

Great place. My daughter goes here. I absolutely love the peoples attitude. She does Jr. MMA. I know will be a life enriching lesson for my daughter. She is gaining confidence in her body. The teachers are engaging and fantastic.

Best gym I have been to and best workout I have ever done. Will and Sami are great instructors and treat you like family. Once I started I look forward to going back every week. Never boring and a lot of fun.
