Never shopping here again. Poor customer service. Rude cashier, black with dreads & heavy set (didnt catch her name with all the rudeness going on. She had an attitude the whole visit. Thumbs down! Wanna keep customers coming in, get rid of her. My opinion. Otherwise good hat options.

12/21/20, 6:50 pm, Christmas shopping deferred; Not important to make sales -more important to take a smoke break. I was told by Store employee that I would have to wait because it was her break, she was on her smoke break. The doors were locked during store hours. Was not concerned about making sales. “BUTTS”, cigarette break was more important than selling hats. I will have to find somewhere else to spend my money for my hats. I needed to buy 10 hats for Christmas gifts. I needed to get my Christmas shopping done. I will have to find somewhere else to spend my money, I can’t spend it here at LIDS in Gulfport outlet mall. Very disappointed and let down. Poor experience.

I have been to Lids from Alabama all the way to California and Ive never been mistreated....... until I went to this one. Since Im enjoying my vacation, Im going to just walk away but Im ordering my hats from Amazon from now on. I hate getting treated like I did something wrong just because Im black. I dont deserve it.

The associate was very helpful and was able to monogram the hat while I waited.

It’s a small store, yet they have any type of baseball, basketball, or football cap you want. They will also monogram your name or a player’s signature (if available) for an additional charge. You get to choose what font you want to use for the monogram.
