Seriously one of the friendliest and most helpful stores I’ve ever been in! Hayden didn’t hesitate to check the back for what we needed without us even asking when it wasn’t on the shelf. Ace saw my mom and I about to cart a 45 lb. bag to our car and offered to help us load it up. The lady cashier and girl clerk were also very friendly and helpful, but we didn’t manage to catch their names! On my way to start a farm, so I have a reason to visit more often. 🏃‍♀️

Every time I call up there and ask them if they have something they don’t even look and tell me they don’t have it and I go up there an hour later and they do. I went in there today asked a rude employee to see if they have the type of dog food that I need and she said they don’t have it didn’t even look and I know they do. I go and look online and they have it for the same day pick up.

We went looking for a specific large air compressor. The website said they had 1 in stock. Turns out, it was a returned item (returned for not working.) The manager sold it to us at a great discount and my husband got it working in a wink. Super thrilled!! Friendly, helpful staff.

Whatever their website says they dont have it false advertising whats the point of people wearing masks if theyre over your chin instead of customer service for 10 minutes had to go up front and wait 10 minutes in line to talk with cashier to be sent to customer service.

Great one-stop shopping for garden and pet items, plus a great selection of tools and much more. Sometimes the staff gets tied up with other customers, but the wait to check out is rarely long in my experience. All this time I thought they just had....Tractor stuff!

Its a great place yeah I love it who wouldnt they got some good stuff to bad they are closed today cuz I would be all up in there I need a 15 inch inner tube for my trailer today

Tractor Supply has always had what I need and yesterday I needed a generator and was able to get one. I was glad they were available to get what I needed.

Never have enough people working. Always a line to checkout. Always a wait to get help at service desk.Also I purchased a Gold Level truck toolbox with a 3 year manufacturers warranty. A few days after I installed it the hinge on the lid came loose due to poor welds from the manufacturer. The manager that was on duty insisted that she could not do anything because I did not buy the Extended service plan/Warranty. If I had purchased the plan she was all about warrantying it out. I had to physically take her back to the rack of tool boxes and show her that it had a 3 year warranty. After I showed it to her then all of a sudden it would take weeks to get one in if she could even manually order one. Finally I gave up and came back another day and the person was able to order one and I had a replacement within a week.

Nice people and good supply of a little bit of everything you might need.

Don’t hold up to posted prices. Even when it’s pointed out to them. Bought two fuel can from them. Right below the can said sale 24.99 (normally 32.99 ) so I’m like great. Save some money. Rang up normal price. I mentioned the sale sticker. Guy at counter calls another guy. I pointed and showed him sticker clear as day. His response was that a different number. I told him it says the exact same thing but on sale. He ignored it. I told him if it’s not sale they need to remove the posted price then. Poor customer service and not holding up to their advertising.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Small area. Unfortunately what I went for was unavailable. I ordered my raw honey with comb. No molasses. Will take a week to come. I was called. It was set aside for me. Really friendly couple running the store. I will now go back with great interest.

In the area, one of the best places to get several options for large bred puppy food. Most are listed on the top recommend brands (based on several websites who evaluate dog food based on different criterias). Priced good. Plus you can setup recurring delivery to your home online. Ive gotten items for my saltwater reef tanks support systems...they arent just for farms. Like the clothes and some hard to find candy. Lots of stuff in the store and worth the visit. Staff has always been gracious and friendly.

We went there at night, almost closing time, and the manager on duty was either tired or too eager to get home, she overcharged my husband first, then when anther employee was helping him get the right price, that manager refused to make the necessary changes! Other than that, thus store is well stocked and we cine ask the way out here from Biloxi to get our garden stuff.

Need RV supplies how about propane, Well this tractor supply is not your friend because they have zero RV supplies and propane fills average a 25 minute wait for me at least. Ask the manager and thats not the case though, he will suggest you go to the local tank exchange if you dont have the time to wait. Forget about the $150 you have invested in your own brand new 20 pound tanks for RVing and grilling. Yes thats right I have 5/20 pound tanks and I wouldnt change them for anything because of the ease of filling usually and handling. I have been to this location 3 times and plan on trying one more time to see if things improve. Tractor supply Ill see you in 2 months when I have to fill my tanks again :).

Service is good and the employees are friendly. We used their dog wash facility for the first time and its very nice; even soap and towels provided!

Inventory is ALWAYS wrong and they are completly unwilling to work with you on pricing of a more expensive item when they are in the wrong. 3 times Ive checked inventory online (on high dollar items), gone into the store for a product, and its not there. Employees seem helpful on the issue, but can only do so much

I used to really like Tractor Supply. I order feed online & pick it up the same day in the store. The last 2 times did that though, the wait just for someone to come to the customer service desk was 10 minutes and then they had to pull my order (even though I had already received an email that my order was ready for pickup). In addition there was no one available to help load the feed into my vehicle. I have since switched to a locally owned feed store. Even without preordering, I am in & out faster there than at Tractor Supply and there is always someone available to load the feed. I dont think Ill be back to Tractor Supply....

I have been to this particular location several times. During this visit the walkways were so cluttered that it was extremely difficult to navigate. Hopefully it will be better next time.

This is a Bigger store than ocean springs, and they have a wider selection. Good place to get farm stuff, but watch the quality because theres a bunch of China made stuff in there.

I love everything in this store they always have what Im looking for for out in the yard and the prices are unbeatable

Customer service is sorely lacking in this store. Never anyone at the pickup desk for online orders. Always at least a 15 minute wait to get someone to help. They should have a bell or an intercom or some way to ring someone other than going to ask the only cashier who is busy with checking out customers. Rarely can get someone to help load heavy / bulky items. I used to frequent TSC for all my farm supplies. Now its only a last resort.
