Employees very helpful and kind. Really hot in the store, AC must have been out. They carry a lot of random things from mattress to toilet paper, you just have to look. Poorly organized but good deals. If you go back later they may not carry the same item. Had a lot of sugar free items when we went. Just watch yourself in the parking lot.

Called to inquire about purchasing a sofa. Tyler found this question to be of mind blowing proportions. Placed me on a indefinite hold, while he presumably wrapped his mind around the simple question. So theres a cash sale they will not be making today. I cant fathom what sort of company would place someone in a sales position who doesnt understand a question so simple as what do you have available in store today?.

This store is pretty great. I think they have cute home items. They also have food items that are cheap and interesting. I find food items here that I havent seen in other stores before. The staff are always very friendly and well mannered to me. The only reason I gave it one less star is because last time I went there were boxes waiting to be stocked and the shelves have been a little cluttered and barren.

Good prices and selections

I was a little disappointed. There were plenty of storage organization items listed online, but the section for those items inside the store was close to empty. What was there was not organized very well and prices were missing. Other than that, the store seemed nice and was clean.

Big Lots has wonderful holiday decorations, but I often wait tell after a holiday to buy big items. After last years Christmas season I got a beautiful 6 foot Christmas tree for $12. Of course if I see something I cant live without, I get it at full price! No reason to Rick it selling out!

Worst Big Lots Ive ever been to by far. Rude staff. Most of the aisles were blocked due to items that needed to be stocked. 1 cashier and a line of 10 people. I waited 10 minutes then the heard a manager instruct several staff to walk around the store and follow those people who may steal. I was offended by the statement so pushed my cart to the side and I left the store. Several other customers in line heard this and did the same. NEVER AGAIN will I go to this Big Lots.

Amos was very helpful in helping us find a tree we wanted even though it wasnt at his store. Rest of the staff was helpful and very nice.

Mr. Larry and Mr. Amos are AWESOME kind helpful. However the manger with her neon BRIGHT eyeshadow, is rude.

I love Big Lots! The ladies working there are really nice and the store is relatively clean. I didnt use the restroom so I cannot vouch for the cleanliness of that. Overall, the whole little shopping center has a lot to offer too. Froogels, Tuesday Morning, and various other stores.

Found great Serta pillows here for $10, with like 5 varieties. So far so good, Im hard on pillows and these look like the day I got them, pretty good for $10. Pillows are expensive!

I generally like Big Lots, but I cannot stress enough how much I HATE this Big Lots! Why? Because the cashiers are so confused and out of touch with what is going on around them that people literally stand in the line for up to twenty minutes just waiting for the employees to figure out whats going on. They are so obsessed with their stupid reward cards that it becomes a hassle to even attempt to buy anything here. Do you have your card? No, Ill just go without it today. Whats your phone number? Id rather just check out. Well, lets look up your reward card. Seriously, stop it! One star!

Big lots has a great selection of household items, dishes, decorations, furniture, food items...alot of things to put in one store. The service is super friendly and I would retro anyone that is looking for a good place to get good items for home
