I went to return a few items but did not have the receipt. They were a gift for my daughter. (Didnt fit). The lady at the customer service desk said sorry there is nothing I can do... Seriously? The tags are clearly on and say kmart. I wasnt looking for cash even just a store credit. Nothing. I have never heard of this non-return policy ever. Pretty crazy if you ask me. Thanks for not taking care of your customers.

Just the fact that it keeps me from shopping at Wal-Mart is a major plus. I love the deals they have and since I use uber a lot, I build up free cash points with them to buy stuff for next to nothing. The staff is friendly and helpful to the point they try to get to know the customers. One in particular has gotten to know my face so well that as soon as I walk into the store, she spots me and has my online orders ready to go as soon as I get to the counter.

Love shopping at KMART. I really like their clothes. And the KMART SWEEPS are great.

Cant get any help this store would prosper with better management to manage the employees to assure there providing quality customer service I wish I was able to completely remove the last star.

Rude customer service! Would not do an exchange on an item that we order online that had came broken..yea we understand that it has pass 30 days...but its was only 2 days pass 30 days...we didnt want our money back just the same product and they cant even do that.

Horrible, the isles were packed with boxes, could barely get through the isles due to the boxes then when we managed to get to the check out line,the cashier was texting on her phone ,she never said anything to us, even as she was ringing up our purchase she pulled her cell phone out & looked at her messages, it was not on silent or vibrate.She never asked of I had a K-Mart card & i repeat never said anything to us. The only words that came out of her mouth was my total. That was it. If they intend to keep the K-Mart in Gulfport, Ms. Open i suggest getting new employees with a better attitude and if youre not able to unpack your inventory then please put it in the back behind closed doors,not in the middle of the isles. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to give my feedback.

The music is ridiculously loud, its extremely hot in there, and the clothes arent very satisfying. In the garden center theres hardly no flowers. Its just not as nice as it used to be. Something needs to be done or I know I wont be going back there.

They were very rude. I went there today and I asked them where something was and she just totally ignored me. I thought it was the rudest thing ever. So did my grandpa. He ask 3 other employees and of course they didnt even have a answer. Rude.

KMART IS THE SORRIEST PLACE TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM. THEY GAVE ME THE GO AROUND FOR 2 DAYS ABOUT MY ORDER. THEN THE MANAGER DIDNT WANT TO LOOK FOR IT BECAUSE IT WAS TOO MUCH STUFF IN THE WAY. I GOT HUNG UP ON 4 TIMES THE 3RD DAY BEFORE I GOT THROUGH TO WHO I NEEDED TO TALK TO. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE AGAIN. THATS WHY YALL ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS BECAUSE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SORRY. NEXT TIME ILL PAY MORE AND GO SHOP AT WALMART. I purchased a microwave. I had to load it in the shopping cart. When I went to the register no one was there. I called out, Is anyone working the registers. A lady at customer service desk ask that someone come to the register. I have to say, It wasnt a good time. I dont think that Ill be going back anytime soon.

Its crazy that a website has the wrong hours and the store has different hours. I live 20 min away from the store and was expecting to be open at 8 not 9. Not I have to push all my other plans back to accommodate this inconvenience because the website is inaccurate
