The fact that its ten dollars is nice but, I dont think they had black women in mind with there selections. Even when I go in I feel that Im in a strange land. Lately I have seen a black workIt where is she now?and large woman you things.

The store itself is always awesome! I have never spent less than 140.00 in the store or online! However, the two workers in there today need to be replaced. I have never been in there with rude workers! If you dont like your job, find a new one. NO customer want an attitude while being checked out like we ruined your day...there were 7 of us and for each of us to spend in there what we did isnt worth coming back because of the 2 workers with attitudes. I will order inline only or else where for now on.

I just hate that you cant return an item if theyre not quite the right fit. Besides address room was closed.

The place in incredible. Everyone was helpful. The merchandise was good quality for the price and the sale was amazing. Got a lot of great deals. Their prices are already fantastic but this sale made my Christmas budget go do much farther. They have a wife variety of items at a very reasonable price for people on a tight budget. Or people just not wanting to go broke.

The store manager was very nice and helpful. Store very clean and orderly, displays were nicely organized, and sizes were easy to find. They do not tell you ALL SALES ARE FINAL until you look at your receipt at home. Sizes run about 1 size small, so try it on or your stuck with it. I think they should do even exchanges for size. Thats why they get a 3 star. If it was more customer friendly, it would have been a 5. Ill go back but never buy anything without trying it on.

They just stare at you when you walk in, no geeeting. I thought I was the only one, but after reading other reviews, I see they need to work on their customer service. It looks like they have nice items, but I didnt stay long because I got a negative vibe.

Their sweet employees were very kind to our very rambunctious 3 year old. Great deals and our older girls loved the clothing available here. Trendy despite the low cost.

Decent quality for the price but the staff was terrible! I believe it was the manager we interacted with and she was cold and rude! She looked at us as if we were bothering her by being there! I would recommend the products but they really need to practice better customer service.

This store use to be amazing! It always reminded me alot like the store online, Wish! I have gotten lots of different things here thru out the years. But today i was pretty disappointed at the selection of things. Its got a store full of really cute & cheap T-shirts but thats about it and even the jewelry to choose from has diminished hugely! I found a couple really cute tanks but for 10$ each I could get exact same ones for 3$ at Walmart. Or even Citi trends has a sale I spent 1.99$ on a LOT of shoes to choose from& tanks & jewelry but i only got 2 shirts today for 20$ and i shoukd of went to Citi trends & got more than 5 shirts for that price & more to choose from.

I loved this store before they changed into a clothing store. I use to love and go get all my gifts for all my family members .. now they have it limited with the clothes and few other things.

This isnt the first time Ive had a bad experience, but this time I had gone to get some new tshirts and walk in the store to find that most of their stock is wiped out. Also, almost all the tshirts in size medium are gone. If thats a popular size, keep more of it in stock. I had to settle for 3 other shirts. I got home only to find out I grabbed a size SMALL out of the MEDIUM bin. Also, I went to change into a shirt and realize IT HAS A HUGE NOTICEABLE STAIN FRONT AND CENTER. And of course they do not do returns or exchanges. Please keep a better stock and put the correct sizes in the correct space. I will NOT be coming back to this store.

The majority of the items for sale in this store were items such as jewelry, soaps, bath bombs, lotions, clothing, candles, some home decor items, and small Nik nak type items. The store was very clean and organized, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed shopping at this location.

This used to be one of my favorite stores until they changed. They used to have rubber boots, sandals, purses, and a variety of things. But now the majority of the store is jewelry and tee shirts.

My wife 😍 always finds something there, when she comes back to the car with a smile on her face I know shes happy.

Found a sign stating all purses and wallets were 2.99. Asked associate an she said yes . when i got to the counter i was charged 10.69 i explained to them there is the sign at the register he said sorry that should of been took sown. And would not honor sign his explanation was they were new. Very rude i will nevet go back there i have spent plenty of money there. He yelled atme while i was exiting to have a nice day laughing..never again.

I got a shirt that was in the wrong size bin, and called less than 24 hours after purchase to see if I could just come back and get right size. They refused saying all sales are final. So because they put the wrong sizes in the wrong spot, Im stuck with a shirt that doesnt fit. Was highly dissatisfied with lack of good customer service.
