I know young people today don’t have the WORK ETHICS or even hygiene that we grew up with, so when I mentioned the outside of the storefront to a young MGR, she seemed completely indifferent to what I was saying. I said it smells so good in here so it’s a shame that the WHITE FRAME DOORS and window sills are disgusting and dirty and black. I wiped a bit and it came off on my fingers. May be the responsible of the Mall, but how about a little respect for where you work. And just inside on the window sill is 409 and paper towels. USE THEM.

They were having their one day soap sale so they were pretty busy. Store looked great. Shelves were well stocked. Was welcomed in a friendly manner. Was told about the sale. Was checked out in a day and friendly manner. What more could you ask for.

Have good selection of merchandise (not too impressed but better than regular store.) Good price.

Huge selection of items. Had a great sale too. We got some body sprays, lotions and hand soaps for $3 to $4....had bag full of 17 items for less than $45.

Store was well stocked with latest scents. Also, the customer service was great and staff was very helpful.

Amazing store! Since this is in the outlet mall, the prices are amazing! When you combine their discounted prices with your coupons, you get an AMAZING deal! You can also find scents that may have already left the other stores here!

I checked last night to see what time this location opens, as I live 20 miles away and was making a special trip to come and return an item plus purchase some new things. Google said 10am so I arrived around 10am and it wasnt open. There was a sign on the door that said their new hours were 11am-7pm. No big deal. I went and blew some time until 11am. I came back at about 11:04am and saw another potential customer standing out front. She said that they are not open and that no one is answering when she calls. She left (and was frustrated) because she had to go to work but I hung around a bit since it was my day off and only day this week that I was able to come. I waited until 11:15am and there was no one insight. A couple more customers came up, waited and left. I tried to call one last time before I left and the phone continuously rang and rang. I also checked Facebook just to make sure they werent closed and saw nothing. Im not sure what the issue was but if the store was closed for the day a simple sign on the door, voicemail message saying theyre closed, Facebook post, etc. would have been much appreciated!

Jazmyn was excellent help!! She went above and beyond to ensure that I had assistance in finding new scents for my wallflowers! Not to mention, I wasn’t able to actually smell the scents in store due to the packaging so I just took Jazmyn’s word, and she had good recommendations!! I LOVED the scents when I got home.

To say it was an outlet location the prices were the same as in the mall.

Went to this location with my wife today and for some reason, every time I looked behind me the same employee was there pretending to straighten things. Kind of weirded me out but chalked it up to her maybe wanting to stick around in case my wife had questions. Well we would move and she would continue to follow without saying a word so I finally caught on to what game I was unknowingly apart of, watch the black guy to make sure he doesnt steal. Well played b&bw.

OMG!!! I always love visiting this store. Always clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The prices make it easy to select several gifts for my friends, family and coworkers.

Is always a great experience. My sales person Ryan makes it a great experience and helps me finds all the days deals. Me and my daughter are regular customers. He always greets us with that great smile. He knows what we like and when we get there he heads us right to the great deals.

Im a long time fan of Bath & Body Works, I always enjoy going to the outlet store, especially if I want to test out a new scent. Usually I will order online for convenience. But when I can get there, I like to load up, theres always a good sale!!

Clean store with a large selection. One bottle of their scented lotion costs $12.50 at regular price, but today I bought FOUR bottles at the outlet store and my total was less than $11. It would be nearly impossible to get a better deal than that. Love love love this store!!

Borrow one of bath and body works coffee scented candles to sniff in between scent samples. It will help reset your olfactory senses so you can keep shopping with your nose 👃☕
