Went In To the parts department today on 09/21 because my key fob fell apart and broken. I knew getting one from there would be a little more expensive but figured I would at least get the right one. They did not have one in stock who’s had is about par for the course on anything these days. Which I understood, I asked how long to get it if I ordered It and was told he wasn’t for sure. But he would take my $200 and order it for me and call me when it came in. Still don’t know when that would be. Then tried to tell me it would have to be programmed by them and it’s $300. At $150 an hour labor they are saying it takes two hours to stick a key in a trunk, turn it 5 times and then insert the new fob in the compartment of the glove box. What a joke. Told them and I would look for o e somewhere else could I have the part number. Low and behold they don’t give out part numbers. Not only could they not get what I needed to drive my car they wouldn’t even help me find a solution. Went to a local lock smith picked one up for half the price and programmed it I. 15 minutes watching a video off of YouTube. Highly disappointed in Turan Cadillac in Gulfport on 49. Bret Favre needs to have a talk with them

The service department at Turan Foley Cadillac is outstanding. Michelle Galloway is extremely helpful with transportation, when I need it. She is always available to help out. John Leyser is the best service person on the MS Gulf Coast. He gives you daily updates on your vehicle. He wants to make sure your vehicle is repaired right the first time.
