When I realized I didn’t have my laptop’s power cord an hour before a zoom presentation, I frantically drove to the nearest computer store. They lent me what I needed and told me to bring it back when I could. Totally saved me. Thank you!!

Unfortunately I was looking for a new IT company to work with and this is most definitely not the one. They could not even successfully change out a router. NOT RECOMMENDING THEM!
