Jody was fabulous, extreme helpful and friendly. We were in a bind with our apartment and where to store our things in the meantime and she not only helped us with a storage unit but also made some great recommendations on where to look for another apartment. Would recommend this facility in a heartbeat.

Very easy to reserve the U haul. Easy to pick up, also they Sell boxes if you need them and other packing supplies.

The costumer service here is amazing, the management is very respectful and helpful when helping their customers decide on storage units. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable.

HORRIBLE experience returning U-Haul trailer from STOREIT AT GROVES!!We were told to call U-Haul phone number to enter gate. We were on hold more than 25 min.on each of our cell phones to return Trailer.Thank goodness for a random man entering gate to his storage unit. We followed him in when it opened. Still on hold & twice someone answered then on hold again.Next morning I drove to Storeit to talk to them & get receipt. Assistant manager said this has happened before and she has Emailed U Haul about this problem.When I asked why didnt they give me gate code, she said she couldnt. I feel like this WAS PREVENTABLE. Terrible,VERY frustrating Experience! Storeit could have told us AHEAD of Time that getting inside gate would be impossible without a chance storage customer arrival ! Dont Rent from this place !I will tell anyone I know about this experience!!

Very good service and kind people, good prices and a good selection of different sized lockers to choose from. My stuff was safe there and I never encountered a problem, lights turn on as you walk through the hallways. The office has a restroom and the employees are kind and willing to help.

Very clean, attentive staff, and hasnt flooded in the year, we have been there. My only complaint is that our monthly bill is going up. For this reason, we will be leaving as soon as possible. It is just not feasible for us to spend almost $250/mo on a storage unit when we can buy a bigger storage building for that or less.

Great Storage facility, withstood Harvey where everywhere around was flooded. Very courteous and attentive staff. Reasonable prices and inside and outside very clean, I would highly recommend this facility for youre storage needs.

I have been with them for a few years storing a fifth wheel. Concrete flooring and a huge metal awning plenty clearance for space between each one and easy get in and out of. They have outlet for each one of you need to charge your batteries. We havent had any problems. I would def get on the list though if this is something you have in mind. I Do Not recommend storing one w the uhaul place in orange tx right off the interstate. Alot break-in. And the cameras always come up missing. It also took on alot of water. Im not sure bout this one. But I know ours has been very safe. It wasnt located there during Harvey it was after that. You can pay your bill over the phone w automated service. $128 for a 40 foot fifth wheel like we have. 😁

Wonderful Storage Facility !!!!!I have been with store it at Groves for about 3 years and I have never felt such relief to leave my possessions in my storage knowing that pest and weather will not destroy my clothing and wood etc.... Also during Harvey they let me know that my possessions was safe and unharmed due to flooding.... I appreciate them for that! The front desk crew are so very awesome and will help you find a unit that best fit your needs ..... I Thank You Store It at Groves and to those reading give them a try you will NOT be disappointed you did ! ♥️

Generally good customer service and a safe location. During Harvey, nothing inside flooded. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is how often they raise their rates and my unit rate has increased by 40% over 3 years.

After Hurricane Harvey We were concerned if our stored belongings would still be in in usable condition. Glad to say that it was. The people there are friendly. The place is always clean. we feel our things are in the best storage facility in this area.

Critical things I look for in a storage unit are condition of the area, safety, structural stability and robustness in order to ensure protection of my property and Storit! covers that easily. will offer low-cost insurance for an extra level of confidence. that said what they also offer are incredibly friendly and courteous workers who answer all your questions and assist you in any way necessary without any hassle whatsoever. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

I’ve been with Storit! for several years. It’s a great place to keep things that won’t fit in your home or apartment. It didn’t flood when Harvey blew through and flooded everywhere else. I’m extremely pleased with their service also!

The building is always clean. The lights are always working. Access to the building is safe and secure after hours. I have rented spaces, as many as three at some times, for a while. It is a place I prefer.

The owners are vey helpful and friendly. The units and the building are very clean and well kept. Everything seems very secure. I like the fact that they have items accessible to customers to help with the moving, such as carts, brooms, trash cans, etc. Looked at several different storage facilities in the area and am very pleased with my choice in using Storit.

DO NOT RETURN A U-HAUL HERE! They will charge you a cleaning charge and fuel charge even if you fill the tank and clean the truck. When you call to dispute the charges they tell you that it is between you and U-Haul.
