I brought my mom to port 2 numbers over from a different service provider and start a family plan with an added 3rd line. (I already have Boost, and suggested we speak to someone in person about what she needed.) Juana helped her choose the perfect phones that balanced budget and tech needs, and was so wonderful! It was a painless process because of her help. She even helped us find the perfect cases so the phones are protected right out of the boxes. She was incredibly polite, handled other customers quickly between the process of getting the phones activated, and Im really glad we had her assistance! The store was also spotless and well organized. Best experience with a Boost retailer Ive ever had!
