I dont recommend using this store to send packages! I had a box get damaged and they wont except the insurance covered do to ups damage.

The service from Joseph was quick and professional. I’m taking off a star for their pricing. It was $5 per page for notary services and over $10 for the equivalent of USPS certified mail for a standard sized letter mailed in the same city. If I hadn’t been sent a UPS overnight shipping label by the company requesting the documents be overnighted from me I would have used different notary services and went to USPS for my other needs but doing it all here was more convenient.

I have only ever used this store to drop off things that are already addressed and paid for by the receiver (Amazon returns). I always tape up my own boxes and packages, but on occasion they put extra tape on it. They never mentioned charging anyone for it. Ive had a good experience. Sometimes they seem a little understaffed for the amount of customers in there, but everyones got to eat and use the bathroom sometime.

I went to the UPS store to mail a package to my grandson. I had several large bags full of clothes. The guy weighed it and then I paid. I paid to have them package and send it for me. He took all the bags of clothes and threw them on a table in the back. I said are you going to pack that in the box in front of me. He said no I will do it later. I said I don’t like that idea. He said you can wait until I wait on all my customers and then I will package it up. I didn’t say anything and then he made a smart comment that if it was going to help me sleep better he would go back and do it now. He went in the back room and as he threw the bags in the box he said bag #1, bag #2, and bag #3. After he did that then he said now you’ll be able to sleep. I’m not sure why it was necessary to act like a smart mouth. I only wanted to make sure everything ended up in the box since there were so many different bags. That was definitely bad customer service. I’ll go to Fedex the next time.

Prepare to wait, nothing is of urgent speed here. The owner reminds me of squidward from spongebob, quite the grump. At least hes not a Doctor, his bedside manner would be horrible.

I have had an account with this location for approximately 4+ years. I recently found out my mail was not being picked up as expected. When I, personally, went in to investigate, pickup my mail, and renew my account, not only was my account reassigned, my mail was nowhere to be found. I would have expected a call, email, or direct mail to my primary location as a heads up, but received nothing. Now, I have to uodate all my account addresses. Additionally, my keys were never collected. So, I had access to someone elses box with their mail. I am completely disappointed by this level of service. I am rating 2 stars because I had good service before all of this.

This location is the best. It’s easy to get to and get in and out of. There is plenty of parking. And the staff is wonderful. Always so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.

Supposed to receive a package from them and they seem to have lost it. they wont even do anything to potentially find my package for me. DO NOT USE UPS MAIL INNOVATIONS. the USPS says they dont have it and UPS wont even do anything to try and find it.

Went inside in the middle of the afternoon. About a dozen people in the tiny store. Had no room to move away from the door buzzer so it went off every time I moved at all. Im the 5 minutes I was in the store 1 person was checked out. Then the cashier mentioned their computers being down....If your system isnt working, tell people when they arrive, not casually in passing after theyve been waiting. I feel bad for all the people in front of me, who knows how long they had been waiting until they find out the computers arent working

Nickel and dime you for everything! Such a haggle and always never a breeze for anything! $2.25 to print an amazon label that’s always been and is offered by amazon to be printed at the ups store free of charge! $5.00 to get on computer for less than 5 minutes to print something plus the cost per printed copies! Never used to be like this, until recently. Did they get a new owner? If so, she’s TERRIBLE! Not friendly whatsoever. Go to the post office and save your cents/Sense! 😊

With attitude, this UPS store will charge you $1 to put a piece of tape on your box. Had same reaction as if a restaurant told me it was extra to put ice in my drink. $1 for a piece of tape...

Joke! Charges $1 for a label sleeve that UPS provides for FREE! I never asked for my box to be taped, or anything concerning tape. I only asked for a UPS sleeve. The workers offered to tape my package and only mentioned a $1 charge, after they had finished. I asked for a UPS sleeve and ended up with a $1 packaging charge. Pathetic and crooked!

The website indicated the store was open. I arrived at 8am. The Store was CLOSED and the sign in the window indicated the store did not open until 9am. So, I missed mailing a package containing time-sensitive documents.

Charges a dollar to tape up a box when I return ship boxes every day without ever encountering such nonsense. Thenn require a min $2 charge to use a card? They literally cut the tape they had already applied. Incredible poor service that will be escalated to UPS.

I was charged $20 extra dollars because my box was 49 inches long and 5x5. It weighed 4.88lbs but was billable for 8lbs, again for the size box. It costs $10 to ship to me and $34 to ship back? I will NEVER go there again...

Not sure I will trust the UPS store anymore. Shipping a 12 lb electronic item within the continental US cost over $100. Things that we were being told just didnt make sense.

The guy who helped me had no idea what he was doing. Not very helpful. Overcharged me for a shipment and insisted it had to be in a box...even though the company that shipped it to me (for half the price what I was charged to ship it back) had only put bubble wrap around it and shipped it to me via UPS. He could not even read a tape measure! AVOID

Sadly disappointed in service. Employee didnt listen nor did they follow specific written instructions. They shipped my work PC by ground when it should have been sent overnight air. This cost my company $3500 in lost wages. Unacceptable for business. Will NOT return.
