What a great company! We are a small group of volunteer ski and bike patrollers who had recently and suddenly lost not only our meeting place, but also access to to CPR equipment for training and recertifications. I told my story to the young lady in customer service at MCR and she offered to write me a quote. Not only did she have a quote for me within minutes, not only was she able to significantly beat any other price that I had found, but she was able to to assure me that that once she had our order, they could ship it within a day or two. I am so impressed and will be spreading the word to others within the EMS community. 😷

Between May and June 2020 I had purchased 4 Adult, Infant and AED. I inspected the items upon arrival and everything was fine. I stored the items back in the storage bag as advised by the company. I have not used them because of COVID and had to revise my training because of it. Im about to teach my first class this week and when I went to check my products I discovered that my infants have blue marks on places such as the heels, arms and legs. I believe this markings are from their blue storage bags and will not come off. I did email today regarding my issue and hopefully we can resolve to issue ASAP. I paid to much money for this to be my first experience of disappointmentUpdate 3/1/21I called and spoke with customer service rep. and they will be shipping out replacement infants before my class and with the advise of maybe wrapping them with plastic if they are going to be stored for awhile with hopes of not having this issue again

I have been ordering Mylar blankets for the homeless from MCR Medical Supply for a few years. And now rain ponchos. Their website is very easy to navigate and even when speaking with someone over the phone, they are more than kind and helpful. I will continue to order from them.

I bought the Prestan Babies 7/22/2020. Today I brought them out to use them for the first time and they all have blue stains on them from the storage bag they came with. I have tried everything to get the stains off of the manikins. I am very upset! I paid 500 dollars to have baby manikins with blue stains on them. I am embarrassed that I have to use a product in my business that looks as unprofessional as these do. The storage case is supposed to protect your investment not ruin it! Very disappointed!Update:The day after I wrote this post MCR Medical Supply contacted me and made arrangements to rectify the problem. They overnighted new manikins and had FedEx pick up the the old ones. Rylee was AWESOME!! I will definitely be purchasing all of my medical supplies from this company. Thank you MCR Medical Supply!

My first post gave this company 1 star.BOY, was I wrong.Update: In July I bought 4 CPR baby manikins from MCR. When I pulled them out to use them I noticed they had blue stains on them from the storage bag. I was so disappointed because I spent so much money on them. I reviewed the items last night and by morning a representative was calling me to rectify the problem. They are overnighting me new manikins and scheduling FedEx to pick up the blue ones. I had a Prestan AED trainer that wasnt working properly-the warranty was expired, and the company that I had purchased it from had been bought out, and that new company couldnt help me. Sierra Medical to the rescue! They sent me a shipping label free, and fixed it-free!! I dont know any other company that does that!!! Now that is service! Thank you Sierra Medical!!!

I am a CPR instructor who has recently opened a new training academy for CPR. Recently I purchased manikin equipment from your company, when the first order was received the adult manikin did not function properly (possibly due to a broken clicker or malfunctioning sensor- the lights did not come on at all with new batteries being inserted) There was a rattling in the chest area. I immediately notified your company and expressed my concerns. The representative assured me she could send out a functional manikin and provide a return shipping label for the non functional manikin. the representative had me perform compressions on the manikin while she listened over the phone to troubleshoot the issue.I received the replacement manikin in the mail 3 days later, opened the box, inserted the batteries, the red light came on, I began compressions with the absence of the clicking sound, no lights appeared at all. I immediately contacted the sales department a second time via phone, expressing my concern about the replacement mankin also being non functional. I explained to the rep I had an upcoming inspection that would include functioning equipment and it was an inconvenience to receive a second non functioning mankin and how this could result in not being able to go forward with the inspection. Again the representative assured me she could send another replacement out overnight and again send a shipping label to return the second broken manikin; I agreed.I went out of town and noticed the third manikin had been delivered to my home. I returned today December 20, 2020, opened the box, placed the batteries, the red light came on, I began compressions and again, a broken manikin, there was no clicking sound again.This is the 3rd malfunctioning broken manikin. Today is Sunday, so I am unable to call. I am requesting a full refund, a shipping label on all the manikins. This is unacceptable to any business owner, manager, or sales representative.I was assured the third time the representative was going to go into the warehouse to hand pick a manikin to be tested before it was shipped to ensure the manikin functioned as advertised. This could not have been done.This has also caused me to have to spend out more money to have manikins purchased from another company, overnight delivery.Please refund my money and send a shipping label. I have been more than patient and more than a loyal customer believing this issue could be resolved; I was wrong!I provided all 3 screenshots to show the chain of emails and shipping labels for new (non functioning) manikins.UPDATE***************************Kristen emailed me back the next day and showed me a video of the first manikin I returned saying was unfunctional. After I advised her I was a nurse and had performed CPR on humans, she continued to assure me the manikins were different and needed more pressure. Kristen informed me to try the manikins again with more pressure.When I got home, I pulled the manikins out and with all my force began compressions and THE LIGHTS CAME ON.They worked from the start!Thank you Kristen

I ordered an adult CPR manikin on Amazon but received an infant manikin. I called MCR Medical directly instead of dealing with Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised when an actual person answered my call. The lady who helped me went above & beyond my expectations. MCR sent me a return shipping label for the infant manikin and immediately shipped the correct adult manikin. The entire issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes.

Awesome company. From submitting order online to products showing up on my doorstep - two days!! That was not expedited shipping. Thats just how fast they work. Absolutely AMAZING customer service!!Originally ordered CPR Rescue Masks from Amazon, who completely dropped the ball on it! I am so tired of MCR Medical not keeping their AHA website inventory up-to-date and current. Every time I call, they always have it in stock, but not on their website. This must change.

Im surprised there arent more reviews for this business and it turns out theyre worthy of praise. I needed enough masks and valves to instruct classes throughout January, and the added child and infant masks (with item # MCRTV-50) sold me on the boxed training valves. Everything had a good workout and everything held up well. The bladder on the face masks are still full of air and in good shape. We had zero issues with the one-time-use valves. Delivery was quick, too. If you need CPR/BFA equipment, give these guys a shot. Ill certainly be checking them out when I need more stuff.

MCR Medical company is outstanding, and I will continue to do business with them. Here is why: I had many items to purchase to teach 12 students First Aid, CPR, and AED classes. I was looking online for best prices and discovered if I purchase everything from MCR Medical, I would actually save from $50 to over $1,000 from others. One of the items I needed was out of stock - I called them, and the sales person was extremely helpful and committed to get them for me (which happened). After everything was received, I discovered that some of the items I ordered were no longer needed. I sent an email asking if they would be accepted back...and the answe received was yes, with an RMA number! The prices are extremely competitive and beat many others (was lower or even than Amazon on like products). The sales staff was extremely helpful, and the ordering process was perfect! Quality of items matched the description on their website. So, overall...I have not a single negative to say about doing business with MCR Medical. No, this was not a solicitited review or am I receiving anything special in return. I believe if a company is this good...others should know. I am sure others will have same experience as I did.Update 6/3/2019: MCR is TOTALLY AWESOME! One of the pads on the AED trainer was defective. MCR sent a replacement without any hassle. Customer service is top notch. They were even willing to expedite the shipping, but there is enough time until next class where it isnt needed, so I let them know regular shipping was fine. That is above and beyond expectations.
