This 2 pairs of glasses for $38.95 is the deal of the century! My glasses broke and i needed an emergency pair until I could get my regular prescription reordered. Im also do for an eye exam so i didnt want to invest a lot in an emergency replacement pair of glasses.I wish i had asked the name of the womyn who assisted me because she was superb and deserves recognition. She was very friendly, helpful and efficient.They make the glasses on site which is another big plus. They are usually ready in about an hour. My only word of caution is: dont show up 1 hour before they close and expect to get your glasses that same day.They had excellent COVID-19 precautions in place. I felt and was perfectly safe.Eyemart Express really helped me during an emergency situation. I cannot function without my glasses. Now, I not only have an emergency replacement pair of glasses, I have two!!! As far as the glasses themselves, they are fine. They met all of my expectations and more. Thank you Eyemart Express!!!

I had excellent service. They were following all Covid guidelines. I am a senior citizen and felt so comfortable with that. I had an excellent clerk.

Got to this location around 2:45 with my daughter to purchase new glasses with her prescription. Waited and waited and still never got called. First thing I did was sign in when we arrived but they kept calling everyone else. After sitting and waiting for 45 mintuies we left after asking the employees whats going on. Seemed they didnt care that we have been sitting for some time with no help. Checked to see if our name was on the check in paper it wasnt they started a new one ! Not happy with todays service.

Terrible location lied to me and wouldnt return my glasses. Called corporate and they told me to not listen to the grove city location. The guy josh was rude and wouldnt listen to me I told them I spoke with upper management . Go to the Hilliard location much better Or Americas best.

I had broken my glasses the other day and was in desperate need of a new pair of glasses. My current eye care office was trying to charge me over $600 and that was even with insurance. I got recommended here and Im so glad I did. I was helped immediately and ended up getting 2 pair of glasses for $150. I even got them 30 MINUTES after ordering them. All the ladies in the office were so helpful. Especially Jana. This place is seriously a lifesaver if you are looking for an affordable pair of glasses. Especially during an emergency like mine.

I typically go to a local eye doctor, who began charging ridiculous prices for any eye wear (even WITH insurance).Because of that, I knew my prescription sunglasses were going to be especially expensive, so I began looking around. I came across Eyemart Express and they helped me tremendously. I got two near pairs of designer prescription sunglasses for $200.00. I previous would have paid almost $300.00 for just ONE pair of eyeglasses.I will be returning to purchase my eye wear (including sunglasses) from here again.Also- the sunglasses were ready within 2 hours of me placing the order. great for a quick purchase before going on vacation!

I just had my glasses made at Eyemart Express. The gentleman was so helpful in picking out my frame. I didnt realize there were numbers inside of the frames for the width and they have to be a certain height for no lines. There are quite a number of frames to choose from. Prices ranging from$19.95 to 149.99 was the highest I saw. I did buy one get one at a discount. He did give me an estimate first in case I wanted to change something. He then promised me that they would be made in 2 hours. I went to lunch and they were done within 25 minutes. I then went to pick them up and they were perfect. The staff all work together and are nice. It is a very good place to get eyeglasses made!

Everyone was very friendly! We signed in, we’re called within 15 minutes. Our assistant was knowledgeable, fast and efficient. I bought 2 new pairs of glasses with both progressive and transitional lenses. One pair was finished in 27 minutes and the other in 40 minutes. I tried on both pairs, one fit perfectly and one pair needed a slight adjustment to the arms. All in all I have two beautiful pairs of glasses and I was in and out in an hour!!

The optometrist visit was pretty quick and thorough I felt. I chose the no line bifocals which I had never had bifocals before and not aFan of the progressive style lens. Wish I would have understood before choosing this style. Not their fault, but will know for next time!

I got 2 pair of no-line bifocals, one regular glasses and one polarized sunglasses, and they were ready in one hour. 61 minutes to be exact. The service and selection of frames were both great. Im so happy with them. I even got a discount for working at a school. Ill definitely go there for all my eyeglasses needs in the future. Id checked another place first, but they didnt have a lab on site so it would take 2 weeks to get my glasses. I need to see now, not in two weeks. Love them. They were patient while I tried on probably 50 frames to pick the two I liked best, also, some of them I tried on repeatedly to compare against other frames. Love, love, love. I highly recommend them!

I was there 2 weeks ago and my glasses are already ruined. I have worn glasses for 10 years and have never had a scratch on my glasses, but these have been heavily scratched. When they are not on my face they are in my case.The nurses also gave me the wrong eye exam and when I asked to get the right one they said I would have to pay out of pocket. I will never be coming back. If you zoom in on the glasses you can see a little bit of the scratches.

People where friendly but not happy of results. Bought one set of frames that where large in size and put regular poly progressive lens in. Received them and could not see out of them. Took back and tried more expensive lens. Got them back and still couldn’t see to read. Every thing was blurry. Had to go back to cheaper lens but had to pick out smaller frames to accommodate the progressive lens better. This should be something the sales person had said something when I picked up first frames that they may not work with progressive lens. They are ok still reading is blurry a bit. I asked about refund for more expensive lens and was told No because I had had them changed four or five times. No protection was offered or put on last set of glasses.

This is the second time I have gone to Eyemart Express. The first time was with my grandson who had suddenly broken his prescription glasses two days before the start of the school year. He went back to his regular optometrist and they of course said it would be 2-3 weeks.Within an hour, we had two pair for him and he did not have to go to school without glasses.As an adult, that has happened to me and I just stopped at the store and bought readers. Reading glasses are made for adults, not children.I was skeptical about the quality and if they could truly get the prescription glasses done in such a short time. I was impressed not only with the convenience of getting glasses within an hour, but the quality of the frames and professionalism of the staff.The selection, service, convenience, and quality was consistent in my second visit to get glasses for myself and my husband.We will definitely refer others to Eyemart for their eyewear needs.

The gentleman their was amazing I had my 2 year old with me and was very patient with me. I had an appointment with another spot but it was going to take a month or two 2 get my exam and glasses. I called eyemart and asked do they do walk inns they said yes but it would probably be a few hours cause they would have to try and fit me in. It took 20 minutes after I got there to get my exam. And they said I would have my glasses by 7. But it only took like 30 minutes. They was so nice fast and clean plus the glasses and frames are cheap. Great place to go

Listen this place tech is just simply awesome. Staff fun friendly and good at what they do. Now it was expensive. (My insurance didnt cover) However I got almost exactly what I wanted had a wide selection of cool frames. Come to think of it I could cut the cost but the glasses were just too cool to go cheap. Need glasses same day this is your spot.

I highly recommend Grove City Eyemart Express. I was seen in a timely manner and the optometrist was great! I picked out 2 pairs (one pair free) and they had one pair ready for pick up in 14 MINUTES and the other pair in 17 MINUTES. As a busy mom I was impressed.

My son is 3 and got his first pair of glasses. The staff did a great job helping him choose the glasses he liked and did a great job explaining to him how to take care of them. I was telling a friend of mine about Eyemart Express. She needed new prescription Sun glasses. She decided to go to Pearl. Vision as they accepted her insurance. With $630 for the sunglasses, insurance paid $175 and she had a $25 off coupon, they still cost her $400.I just got new glasses no line with hard carbon lenses and non glare coating and a matching pair of prescription no line polarized sunglasses for $630. They gave me the receipt and paperwork to send into my insurance company. I dont know how much they will pay. So mine was 1/2 price of Pearl Vision. Two years ago the two pair of glasses was $400 at EyeMart Express. Eye exam was only $60. Good deal!

I went in on a Saturday picked out my frames and I got progressive lenses for $79 and a pair of sunglasses for $59 and they were ready within 35 minutes and that was amazing for us working 8-5 people didn’t have to wait two weeks to come back and pick up my glasses great experience at this location!!

Gone in multiple times and was ignored and waited for 20+ minutes. Then I just went in, finally did get service, only to find out the frame pricing is actually bogus, as I would be getting charged almost $200 for what should have been under $100.

Needed some new glasses in a hurry and Eyemart Express helped me find the perfect glasses which were ready in under an hour. The customer service at the Grove City location was outstanding. Could get back to teaching the same day!

I lost my glasses and I am severely nearsighted. I arrived at the store with less than hour to get glasses quick and I was text to pick them up at 6:42! Almost no waiting. 2 pair for 41.00 dollars and change! I will be going back for a designer pair very and sunglasses very soon. Good customer service also.

Firstly they only had one person working when I came in... I waited for over an hour for them to turn me away because apparently they do contacts separately... I wasted an hour of my time to get absolutely NOTHING
