I stopped to throw away some trash, but I get gas there (or used to) plenty of times. I used to drive trucks and literally have thrown out trash at gas stations in 48 states. This guy walked out and just stared at me. He didnt even say I couldnt throw out the trash--he just gave me a dirty look and made hand gestures until I asked if I couldnt throw out my trash. Lost the business of someone who is literally staying up the road... to have a little less trash in your can this one day.

I called ahead to see if they had public restrooms and the man said yeah. I get there and stand infront of the bathroom for about 5-7 minutes because it said closed for cleaning until I knocked and realized noone was in there. I go in to find not only is it disgusting but it also has no toiletpaper. I go to the front where the man is sitting in a room watching all the cameras for him to tell me they have no toilet paper thats why it says closed for cleaning. WHY DID YOU NOT TELL ME THAT ON THE PHONE. WHY DID YOU NOT COME OVER AND TELL ME THAT WHILE YOU ARE WATCHING ME STAND IN YOUR STORE WAITING IN FRONT OF THE BATHROOM!!!!???? UNBELIEVABLE.

Website says theyre open until 10pm, but theyre closed at 9pm on a Friday right now. I have also gone in to cash in scratch tickets before and the man said they didnt have the cash, only had $60 cash in the register. I had to purchase more tickets in order to get the rest of my money from my winning ticket.

Store employee is extremely rude have seen him harassing several people over the last few months. Recently went into the store to buy a Coke, after filling my car upon entering the store and opening the freezer door to get my Coke employee approached me and proceeded to inform me I wasnt wearing my mask according to him properly I will not enter the store or shop there again I have seen the same employee do this to somebody else outside of the store a few weeks ago I dont know if they are just looking for a confrontation or theyre trying to save the world either way incredibly rude. And let me be clear I was wearing a mask .

This place might be bare bones but it has the absolute best gas prices around and is well worth going out of the way for

The owner, assuming it was, or could be an inept manager, has zero class. After filling my tank I went to use the bathroom. He wouldn’t allow me to do so! His far from intelligent reason, “I don’t want to clean up after you.”In my opinion he is extremely ignorant, stupid, or both. Stupid from the standpoint that he will, with this poor attitude, loose business. Maybe he is unaware that there are other well kept and maintained stations just down the road.He really must lead a very sad and pitiful life to have such a poor way of approaching his business.

Incredibly rude staff.

I have been going to that gas station for over 15 years. I realize the guy started with nothing and I did go there for the cheap gas. But now it has turned into a conglomerate. When I got to the gas station today, I noticed that I had left my small purse with all my license and credit cards at home. I did have my checkbook. I was desperate as I had pulled in with fumes. I know thats not how to drive a car but that is what the situation was today. I went in and told him the situation and asked if I could I write a check. He said no. He said what bank is it? I told him and he told me to drive to that bank to cash a check. I told him that the red light had been on for awhile (how long? I said I dont know, awhile). I told him that the gauge was all the way over into the red. (how many miles since the red light went on? I said, I dont know). He could see that I was getting frustrated and he said, hey, Im just trying to help you. Really? He said sorry and just dismissed me like that. At this point I was desperate since I live about 20 minutes from this gas station and I knew I was going to run out of gas. I walked out of there and started to cry out of frustration and a very kind woman, good samaritan asked me what was wrong. She proceeded to go inside and paid $10 for my pump and would not give me her name and address. She told me to pay it forward, which I most definitely will. What I most definitely will not do is ever step foot into this establishment ever again.Its been a year since I wrote this review and I have not gone back again. I thank that woman all the time for the kindness she showed me and think the owner of that gas station will be in a situation one day where he will not know what to do and might have to rely on someone else.

Sworn at by the owner/operatorI was there at 4:00pm on 5/9/18. When I pulled in there was a service truck parked at one of the pumps, so I had a feeling I may not be able to get gas, but I thought I would ask because I was running low. I stopped under the canopy and the owner was outside talking to the service tech. When he paused in his conversation, I asked him if I could get gas, and he said Were closed. I said Closed? He said, Yeah, closed.My first thought was of how many people like me were going to be pulling up every minute or so and asking the same question. I said Maybe you should put a sign up so people know youre closed. He said I dont have to put a sign up, you stupid motherf***er. I was shocked. I said Did you just call me a motherf***er? He started quickly walking towards my car saying Ya, you got a problem? You got a problem? I said Yeah, Ive got a problem. Im a regular customer of yours and you just called me a motherf***er! At that he scoffed and started walking away and said Well, why do you have to be such an a**hole? I could see there was no possibility of having a civil conversation anymore, so I drove away.This altercation was really disturbing to me, that someone running a retail establishment would act this way towards his customers. I would think an appropriate response would be something like Yes, Im sorry, were having some trouble with the pumping system, we should be up and running in about a half hour. I can tell you I wont be getting my gas there anymore, or at any Prime station for that matter, and I will be spreading the word about how this guy treats his customers, and telling my friends, family and neighbors not to use that gas station. It probably wont make any difference on their bottom line, but I thought it was important to let people know how this person is representing Prime.

Dont really frequent this station but did enjoy their customer service.

My gas tank holds 15 gallons. The yellow light comes on at 12. Yellow light came on, but somehow their pump claimed to have put 14 gallons in my tank. Total scam job. I get 30mpg so I would have had to drive an extra 60 miles that I cant account for in order to need 14 gallons. Other people have had a similar experience there.

My friend used to go in there every day, until the manager started asking what their name and age was, every time they would say they didnt want to answer. He asked if they wanted his phone number on the receipt and they declined. This kind of personal inquiry in relation to buying a soda is not necessary, nor is it OK.
