Delivery by appointment only, so wouldnt show up too early unless you want to take the risk. Not sure if overnight parking is technically allowed in the drop lot, but noone has said anything to me before. Currently no drivers allowed in the shipping and receiving office, number to call is posted on the door. Once you get your dock assignment, unloaded quickly. Unloading crew is always friendly.

The absolute worst quality windows I have ever had to install, once I ordered my windows they said it would take 30-45 days it took them 4 months, latches weren’t even close, all the windows I bought were warped, one window bows in 7/8” on one side it looks awful, they came out looked at it said it was fine. After this stunt they pulled I will never purchase jeld wen junk again I would recommend everyone to stay clear.

I love coming here. Today I was informed that they do not allow overnight parking. Im sure some driver ruined that for all of us!Delivery is by appt only. Im nice to them and they are nice to me. Dont understand all of these drivers that have problems.

I drove here over thanksgiving break 11/22-11/26 from OR to deliver their crappy 45,079lbs load. I drove through 60-70mph winds, snow and ice and 8,000-10,000ft mountains with a two lane highway(HWY140 OR&NV look it up). I get here on 11/26 and they tell me that they have no appointments today even tho they were emailed Friday. Their receiving hours are 7am-2pm by appointment only. They have two breaks on top of it. One at 9:15-9:30am & at 12-12:30pm for lunch. It’s a 7 hour shift. Correction* 6hrs 15min shift. I have offered everything I possibly could to get unloaded after 2pm(work in) and they have refused. Mind you I’m scheduled to pick up an aircraft deicer that’s tanker endorsed for a new customer(1st load). Rude, slow and incompetent is what their slogan should be. Do NOT work here I was being harassed by my manager and supervisor when I said something the first time I was being rude. Then they talked about sexual pictures of me and when I filed a report I was fired the same day. Very rude people.

Only getting 1 star because I cant leave negative stars! Company is a nightmare. In January, I purchased a door through Lowes and after installers removed my old door, they discovered the new door was made incorrectly and will not close completely. I went round in circles with both Lowes and Jeld-Wen to get someone out here (they put a rush--3 weeks!) Jeld-Wens inspector determined it was a manufacturer defect. You would think getting a replacement would be easy. They insisted that I sign a letter that would satisfy and terminate any further warranty requests. I didnt sign one when I purchased. It take days to get the letter because, according to the rep, the letter had to be proofed. The letter stated the door was purchased 2/1/2018--incorrect info. I signed & faxed. It took 1 more faxing and probably 30 emails to get the rep to finally claim she received. Today is 3/20/2018, I still have no idea when I will have a functioning door. Avoid this company!!!

Negative intoxicated place. The lady at receiving Samy has a big negative ego, wont take u in without apoiment. Stay away from this place and its bad people.

We waited 10 weeks for our windows- when they arrived they were still properly packaged- once packaging removed, scratches were noted all over the windows. We were told we had 3 options. 1. Put them in and have a rep come out to try to fix them under the warranty, but if they weren’t fixed to our liking, there was nothing we could do about it as we installed them. 2. Order new windows and wait approximately 5 more weeks for them to come in and hope they were not damaged. 3. Request a refund. TERRIBLE customer service! TERRIBLE quality. We requested a refund and ordered windows from a more reputable company- they will be ready in 3 weeks. Such an awful way to treat a customer.

I would give zero stars if I could. I am the first owner in a house which is two years old and Ive been battling Jeld-Wen for months over a leaking transom window. Customer service is terrible. Calls and emails go unanswered, I even had to file a claim through the BBB. COVID cannot be their excuse forever when their products are leaking and they prioritize new customers over fixing their sub-par products and installation.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Due to broker incompetence and their lovely little holiday break. We arrived at the receiver on time after driving through mountains and a winter storm. The broker supposedly sent an email to them to schedule an appointment but upon arrival we found that they sent it during the holiday and they refused to schedule the appointment until this morning.I worked as a broker for almost 2 years. What kind of logistics professional doesn’t have their emails forwarded to their cellphone or home computer? Thanksgiving isn’t even a real holiday, neither is Black Friday. Their disregard for time and money is aggravating and abhorrent.Also, they only have two receiving docks. They refuse to use a loading dock to unload product even though they all look the same. They are lazy, incompetent, and rude. I can’t believe these people get paid union salaries because sitting at a desk and riding around on a forklift hardly qualify for our tax dollars to be paid towards their entitled backwards operations.

Got stuck here for 18hrs because they didnt want to except my one pallet at 130 so had to wait till the follow day then they had me unloaded in 10 minutes so pack a lunch if your going to get there after 1pm

Purchased a window that had weird coloring on it we saw once it was installed... called them and they send out a tech to replace glass pane... tech was a joke and cracked new pane... now 3 months later they want to come in January 8 to put in new pane... Pella windows will being the rest of my business... 22 windows will be purchased NOT FROM Jeld-Wen

Customer service was very responsive and processed my claim while I was on the phone with them.My vinyl windows were installed only to find out that 4 out of 7 windows are dimensionally incorrect, some window sashes are 1/2 taller from one side to the other and the window barely closes. All 4 windows have the same type of issues. Very poor quality during the manufacturing process, these windows were installed on 11/21/19 and replacement sashes wont be here until 12/20/19. Once the replacement sashes arrive I have to change out the hardware and install them, not even sending a representative. Would not recommend.

Amazing place to work

Not a good experience with loading so far. 4 hours and not done. Still working on me, and after I tried to checked the status, lady wasnt so nice. Go and wait in your truck, someone will let you know when its done. And closed the window! So, now, Im back to my truck and have no idea when I would leave this fuc*** place!

9 hours to be loaded

Deliveries to this place suck. They need a first come, first serve basis. They also are so very slow at loading and unloading that it’s pathetic. ( Example: 2 men on forklifts unloading truck and there only 10-15 pallets. Thus took well over an hour to unload. Should have only taken 20 minuets tips. ) Been a driver for many years now and this place tops out being the worst. Also seen products and think it’s crappy material and would never make a purchase from here. Not only cheap material but for those of you who may have children or dogs, I’d suggest a much better product than Jeld-Wen. It’ll break and tear up very easily. Trust and believe.So to Jeld-Wen corporate officials, you should address these issues and get better products and workers.

Terrible driver arrived on Friday on time to the right place, he was dragged around for3-4 hours sent to a different building across the street, checked in they refused to unload the truck rescheduled appointment for next Tuesday ,terrible
