My iPhone crapped out on me in the middle of the night. Nate was super helpful and spent all day working on it including reaching out to multiple companies to see what my options would be when the phone couldnt be fixed on site. He went above and beyond to help me out and was in contact with me the whole day giving me updates. Hes the best!

Devant helped my wife and I start a new plan and get new phones. He was extremely helpful and explained everything. He was able to answer any and all questions that we had for him. We will definitely be back to speak with him if and when we need anymore help!

Davant was super helpful with the plan and phone options. I was looking to upgrade one line and was unsure about switching to the unlimited data plan. Today I went out to the Grinnell Verizon to pick up my Galaxy S21+. It was the only location within 30 miles of Newton who consistently has the phone color I want within a 1 day pick up. The newest store manager was SUPER helpful and the rest of the team was so great. Easiest phone pick up to date! I HIGHLY recommend driving out to the Grinnell location for all your Verizon needs!

Devant helped my husband and I when we came in. We have never been thru a contract phone before. He made it extremely easy. He answered all of the questions that we had and was very positive. We will definitely be asking for him when we come in to get help!

Manager refused to sell me a S21 for $1300 PLUS $99 convenience fee because it didnt benefit him to sell a phone without an activation. He told me to go to samsung.

Staff was extremely helpful when I had problem with my previous phone and made sure I was able to get the best deal on a replacement device!

Cant wait to switch providers . Have been a loyal customer for a few years now. Make sure you document and keep everything if you use the store and I highly suggest you use Collin as your rep. At least I can say he is honest and stands behind his word. Manager didnt do his job as promised and wont do whats right to remedy the problem .

Went in to upgrade yo a newer phone. The service was fast and very friendly. No pressure to buy anything I anything I didnt need or want.

We visit the Grinnell store. We met Collin Mochal there and we were so impressed with him we always go back there if we need something. We recommend that store to all our Verizon user friends and family and encourage our non Verizon users to switch and go to see Collin.

We were just in this store today trying to find out about the trade in policy in regards to switching over accounts. The young man behind the counter couldnt get off his phone long enough to give proper advice and didnt seem too informed about the products and services his company provides. I normally try to find the positive in all situations but this was infuriating to me.
